41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano will replace ETH! on: September 03, 2018, 06:31:39 AM
Cardano is a very interesting altcoin.
The team behind Cardano knows what the consumers is looking for.
It's being developed as an ideal blockchain, having the advantage of learning from the roadblocks encountered by its predecessors.

However for today there is no any secret advantages over ETH. Lookin for the news.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market can be manipulated? on: September 03, 2018, 06:23:13 AM
I consider that cryptomarket can be manipulated.
Of course, the pump and dump strategy is the base way to correct prices for whales. But there are more complicated tactics.
One should care when investing in the cryptocurrency market, and never invest more than you are prepared to lose.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what happened to ethereum? on: September 03, 2018, 06:13:13 AM
For last 3 days ETH is under more pressure then BTC in case of such a market correction.
One of the reason ETH has a relatively lower market cap than BTC.
But ETH is actually more vulnerable to a correction.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cut losses on: August 27, 2018, 06:10:42 AM
I recommend you to have patience. If you sell all your ETH it will be a great loss.
Instead you may try to buy new cheap ETH and get profit via day trading.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How long can ethereum be bearish? on: August 21, 2018, 06:41:46 AM
The value of Ethereum is going toward BTC with some delay. As for today, both BTC and ETH are falling down.
But, IMHO, this is a temporary phenomenon. Cryptomarket as whole is in stagnation. Top 10 prices are vary near their constant value.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The New Norms of Bounty Payment Distribution? What are your Thoughts! on: August 18, 2018, 05:52:18 AM
Compared with last year, the number of participants in the bounty campaigns has significantly increased.
In addition, the overall cryptomarket growth has stopped. And those projects that looked promising at the time of their inception in November-December 2017, at the moment are experiencing serious difficulties due to the fall in the rate.

Therefore, developers and project marketers try to stretch their payments to somehow make a profit. We can only accept this fact.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MARKET IS RED AGAIN on: August 18, 2018, 05:47:30 AM
If we look at the graph of the course of BTC and altcoins for the last three months, we see that the average rate is at the level of $ 7,000. Local jumps of the course do not cause serious hindrances, so, most likely, this year we will not see the rise of the cryptocurrency.
However, this state of affairs is suitable for daytrading.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you care about product? on: August 18, 2018, 05:43:05 AM
Not so many projects reach the state of the finished product.
Unfortunately, we observe only that part of the project that is directly related to the technology of the blockchain.
If the result of any project becomes economically profitable not only from the point of view of ICO, it will be a breakthrough in the cryptoindustry.
49  Other / Meta / Re: HOW TO AVOID SPAMMING on: August 17, 2018, 07:17:33 AM
As we all can see, spamming is one of our problems here in this forum, that is why the moderators came up with a precaution called "MERIT SYSTEM",to encourage all of us to make quality post, but it seems that it is not that effective because for sure others are just ignoring this since they could still post and join bounty with their current ranks, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE, SO HEAR ME OUT GUYS.

TO AVOID SPAMMING WE SHOULD HAVE:

1. UNITY and COOPERATION

- This is the number one thing that we should consider for us to avoid spam post or spamming this forum. We are all getting benefits here in this forum, so it is our responsibility to take care of this forum, we should stick to the rules that is given to us, we should obey and we don't need to be a hard headed member on this forum ignoring the important things and just keep on spamming.

2. to become AWARE
- before posting a certain topic, make sure to have a research first to know that the topic that you are going to post is not yet posted, because there is a lot of topics that has been created in different threads which are all related, for me that is spamming.

3. to be UPDATED

- it must be a routine for you to stay updated on what is happening in the forum, because if you are, I'm sure you do have a lot of knowledge that is worth to be share and not just inventing random things to post on a thread.

I consider that such a problem exists, but in general, it can be ignored. While moderators will not create the 100% criteria for determining spam nothing will change.
Moreover It is necessary to approve the practice of reporting repetitions in topics and flooding. I mean more often use a button "Report to moderator" and explain your opinion.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest Now!!! on: August 17, 2018, 06:57:43 AM
IMHO this post has the aim to advertise twitter account.
As for issue I don't recommend anyone to invest now. The price for BTC not so low as possible. Moreover, now we observe the rise of market.
Be careful and look for technical analysis of such a situation.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you sell 100% of your holdings when in profit or hodl? on: August 17, 2018, 05:16:55 AM
As for me, I sell 80% of the investments for a particular cryptocurrency with a final profit of 25-30%.
If the growth is 10-15% and there is no response for future market, I bring everything out.

Usually, especially during the day trading, 2-3% is enough to sell 50% of ivestment.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are too many new Token, new project on: August 16, 2018, 05:45:49 AM
I believe that such a large number of projects is a consequence of the youth of cryptomarket as a whole.
The technology has not yet found wide practical application. Therefore, for the moment, developers try it to somehow benefit. Hence we observe a large number of projects.
Over time, in the course of obvious evolution, only the most unique of them will remain.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the mission of crypto? on: August 16, 2018, 05:42:17 AM
It seems to me that the main mission of the cryptocurrency is to attract attention to payment systems based on the blockchain ones as a counterbalance to the existing classic payment systems.
In addition, it is a challenge to the old technologies of information storage.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors? on: August 13, 2018, 12:39:52 PM
I am forced to agree with the opinion of the author of the topic.
Actually, one can overgrowth its bounty hunter ambitions. Therefore it is necessary to find new way to improve your income from crypto.
Also experience in investing helps to understand strengths and weaknesses of the project.
However nothing prevents to use investment and to advertise the project by means of bounty campaign.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Whitepaper determined credibility of an ICO on: August 13, 2018, 12:28:35 PM
I agree with the mention that not so much whitepaper but staff of project determine its credibility.
Undoubtedly, well-formed whitepaper helps potential investors to get on track rapidly. More over from whitepaper you can understand the main goal of project and its attainability.

But recently many of ICO-makers make beautiful pages and stop at this stage. One should be careful.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your strategy for hodling or selling? on: August 13, 2018, 12:19:32 PM
It is the main question for everyone in our community.
Of course, the strategy depends on market behaviour. Look for the trend line (and other markers like bollinger bands) and draw conclusions.
If you see that value of crypto goes down about 5%, exit from this market.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [discussion]A new form of consensus on: August 07, 2018, 10:11:47 AM
I do not quite understand how this scheme differs from the one used in the mining of bitcoin. Could you exlain me?
Why is it necessary to enter a node for Provisioners?

In all, this is only one way to get proofable block which is no better than others.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what if altcoin or bitcoin crash? on: August 07, 2018, 09:59:14 AM
If top coins will crash I think that for some time the market will decline (1-2 year). During this time all weak players will be eliminated. Therefore, BTC and ALTs will rise again.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My wife tell me that i should sell all of it. on: August 07, 2018, 09:48:50 AM
Hello guys,

I have attended this place since May 2017,
Maybe i like many people here, i was profitable in December 2017, BUT i didn't sell because i think market will up more,
Then like everyone have seen, market has gone down for 8 months, and now i losing so much, but i still wait, i believe that market will go up and i will have profit again.
But my wife was impatient, she told with me "i think you should sold all of it".
I will don't sell anything, but I feel sad because I made her disappointed, she had hoped for me.

Hi! Why can not you compromise with your wife? I can sell the half of your coins (if you actually went to the cryptomarket at May 2017 you should still in profit after December 2017). Leave the second half in case the market grows again.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto money will kill fake money on: August 06, 2018, 12:09:55 PM
I'm sure that BTC won't kill usual money. At least in nearest 10-20 years.
Traditional financial systems are too inertial and wide spreaded.
The main disadvantage of crypto is its big transaction time. While this problem be solved crypto become new fiat.
