there is no limit to holding the coins we get. that's just how are your be patience .? holding is a way to return capital and make a profit. if the price is more than when you buy. you can sell it. it can happen short time or long time. because we don't know when prices will go up. my experience in holding a coin, it's more than 4 months. and I can enjoy the profit of it. because my money is 2-3x from when buying coin

Wow, recently heard that Facebook, Google, and Microsoft will all begin to completely ban ads and messages on cryptocurrencies. But one thing I don't quite understand is that the first company that proposed to ban these ads should be Twitter, but so far the ads on cryptocurrencies are still everywhere on Twitter. Therefore, I think these companies have only to issue such announcements because of some policy reasons. What do you think?

It's risky but doable, it helps if you have lots of capitol to play with so you can pull off bigger trades but if you do your research and a bit of luck helps then you can make good money. Crypto currency is on the rise and overall will only gain in price. BTC and ETH are solid investments as they are platforms other coins can run off and be traded against too. If you research newer alt coins and seek the real use value that they hold then you will do better. If you participate heavily in social media campaigns and find good companies to back from the start then in couple years time when they become more established you should be rewarded well. It definitely takes a lot of work and time keeping up with all the news and prices though so it will be a lot of work graph watching and reading and watching news.

As the new comer, first you need improve your knowledge. Study the whitepapers of good ico's which came to the market and bad ico's. Find out the differences. You bought into a bubble and should have been selling for reasonable profit while it was going up. Instead, you held out of greed and now are screwed. You have no choice but to sit on them and hope they go back up to a level you can sell for some profit which could take some time (bitcoin took 3 years to get back to a point where those that bought at the previous ATH could sell again for a profit). Last time bitcoin did this sort of thing, it went from it's ATH to break even for miners over the course of a year. It stuck in that area for roughly a year and started to go back up again leading up to the halving. I don't see much reason why bitcoin wouldn't do the same thing again. And since ALTs follow bitcoin, I can see them continuing downward.

There are a few bounties that pay you in btc or eth or tokens that are already listed on exchanges. It is always advisable to do those campaigns.
But, these campaigns would only pay you a limited amount of money, at max 150$ a week.

Try to assess the bottom if you can do some TA. I cut most of my losses even though I'm still way up from where I started, I've changed my tactics aswell since 2018 will likely see heavy institutional money flowing into BTC. So i'm sticking with; BTC, ADA, Waves and IOTA. Not gonna mess around on the alts market anymore its to dependent on BTC and since BTC forks a lot and also will likely go way beyond where it is now, I don't want to risk it. Hope to see BTC at 100k next year this time.

ICOs are failing because most of the people knows what ICOs are going to give a lot of money in the future,few of these ICOs has good technology that is why most of the are failing,i have been hunting ICOs from about a year and i can say this year has more good ICOs coming than those last year's projects because last year has full of ICO scams that are created just to raise funds.

I think it all depends upon how comfortable enough you are in holding altcoins rather than converting it to bitcoin. If you already have doubts on your altcoin and how ell it works for you, it will be better for you to sell it all rather than your mind is sticking on worries about your altcoins and its fate.
