The Career Driver Compass is a 50 question survey developed by our Partners, Emergenetics International, with a psychometrically valid algorithm that rank orders 9 different work place motivators (see graphic below) to reveal what aspects of a job that each individual prefers.

Corporate recruiters match the ideal motivator set for their open positions, to the candidates that are available for the most ideal fit.  It is a strengths-based approach, and there is no right or wrong answer to the survey.  Emergenetics has used it for years, and it is a very accurate and valuable tool in the placing candidates who are most likely going to enjoy and succeed in their jobs.

1)  Since we started a week later than anticipated, we have moved the TGE date to April 9th for more people to get to know us further.

I agree with the above statement, and, to my knowledge, there is nothing that is preventing a US citizen from participating in our Token Generating Event.

Initially, we will begin with the US market while under Beta testing, and then plan to expand, quickly, after the full launch.

Yes!  That is definitely part of our future plans.  In the mean time, the use of the Career Driver Compass (a nine-factor workplace motivator's assessment) by both job seeker and employer greatly improves the individual fit to a job.  This process, while manual at first, is crucial to the success of the Caerus Platform and represents a significant advancement in the recruitment space.
