41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deedcoin receives excellent rating from TrackICO on: April 03, 2018, 03:05:14 PM
Valuable assessment and can be an attraction for investors, because it does not close this possibility can be a plus. For that let's see and hope the project is really realized.
All the signs for Deedcoin seem to be pointing in the right direction. I guess we will know a lot more as they complete more real estate transactions and what their ICO launch later next month does.
Maybe what you say is true, right now I'm browsing their website  Cheesy because it is very rare to get such an assessment. I hope they succeed.
What is your honest opinion about Deedcoin after checking out their site Bundo?
I'm not sure what Bundo found out in his research but I think this is a solid project.

Congrats on your high ranking Deedcoin! Well done.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High ranking for ICO- Any feedback? on: April 03, 2018, 02:37:10 PM
One of the ICOs I have interest in just received a strong rating for ICOpointer. Anyone have any other info on this project?

It seems pretty solid. I would recommend taking a strong look at it.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: holding and prices will go up ? on: April 02, 2018, 08:28:25 PM
Everyone is holding and saying prices will go up again what can make prices go up again ? I do believe it will go up but not like last December unless something comes in and changes the market so what do you think it could be ?
You may never see record highs for BTC every again. That doesn't mean you can't make money. Remember, you only lose when you sell at a loss and position yourself financially where you write the money off so you can let it hold as long as you need it to.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Trolling scammers never gets old on: April 02, 2018, 08:22:14 PM
Deedcoin trolled another scammer. These never get old. Gives me a great laugh every time I read one.

46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bouncing Back on: April 02, 2018, 07:44:52 PM
It will rise but dont be the FOMO guys and sell all they have to buy bitcoin. Buy some and hold it, you never know after this bounce the price will keep increase or can be dropping again.
FOMO is the key all the way around!
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO strikes back against copycat company on: April 02, 2018, 06:11:12 PM
I guess Deedcoin wasn't amused with Atomvilla stealing their content!

Good for them. You can't take something like this lightly.
Like trying to rob a bank in the middle of the afternoon with no masks and a butter knife. Not real smart!

There is plenty of talk of ICOs trying to scam people. What about all the people trying to scam ICOs? They are definitely out there! Thank you everyone for your support www.deedcoinlaunch.com

Good stuff! Very true about the scammers going after ICOs!
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / ICO Listing Sites info on: March 30, 2018, 06:50:39 PM
Here is an informative breakdown of some ICO listing sites. I think we all consider them a necessary evil when doing research, but there are some that are definitely better than others. This might help you draw your own conclusion and find some that you like.

52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rating Real Estate ICO- rank these five on: March 30, 2018, 06:30:59 PM
Realestate has potential in the project, because this is where everyone needs a home to live in. Of course home becomes one of the most important things in life, besides eating and furniture.

But certainly that house will never die and will definitely grow and grow every time. because the world's population will increase, and certainly when the population is increasing the number for housing needs will also increase. Thus I think housing is one of the great projects to follow.
Makes a lot of sense when you look at it from a more literal point of view Bangkecol. Good insight.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Copy and Paste: Is Your Favorite ICO A Scam? on: March 30, 2018, 06:23:03 PM
I think this is a subjective thing, projects like Dadi and Tron copy and paste their whitepaper but their price has not suffered for it, I think people do not care about the project being copy and paste the focus is on can the team delivered on what they actually promised,
I think your point is valid but in this case Deedcoin was totally ripped off. The other company tried to duplicate from A to Z and everything in between. How can that not bother people from an ethical point of view?
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs on: March 30, 2018, 05:51:40 PM
Back in october when i invested in my first ICO, everything seemed like a dream. The coin i invested in rose over 25 times and every other coin was going up. I wanted to invest in more ICOs but i waited and saw that from that time almost all ICOs have gone down and not even given the value they were purchased for. Why  are people still investing heavily in ICOs when they know that there is a higher risk of the project failing or atleast the price going down?
If your going to start a business will you plan your business to go down? Ofourse not! You should always think positive negative thinking attracts negative happenings. Investors know the risk but they also know the gains Wink. You have to risk in order to gain.
Well said. I think people know the risk involved in ICOs. I guess you can put your money in a coffee can and bury it in your backyard if don't want the high reward that comes potentially with the high risk.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deedcoin receives excellent rating from TrackICO on: March 30, 2018, 02:57:01 PM
I'm very cautious about this kind of sites with the rating of projects. All these articles and reviews and the same rating is bought and sold, the question is only in price! Do not trust them, better study the project. These resources can be used to learn about new projects, but no more!
I completely agree with your philosophy about how ICO listing sites work. In this instance I can confirm Deedcoin DID NOT pay TrackICO in any way for the rating we received. It was completely on our own merit. Thanks for your interest.
Thank you for clarifying this TeamDeedcoin. I am always cautious about ICOs that are simply paying to get to the top of these sites. There are good sites out there that do have creditibility without just allowing this to happen. Great information to pass along.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Copy and Paste: Is Your Favorite ICO A Scam? on: March 30, 2018, 02:50:10 PM
While innovators in the [Suspicious link removed]munity drive the world forward, the scammers sharpen their schemes. The newest technique can be effectively dubbed the “copy-and-paste.”

Token purchasers must now ask themselves, “Is my favorite token launch an counterfeit of a functional product?” That’s right, gone are the days of the cloned site on a slightly different URL. Now, the cockroaches of the startup world have begun copying entire sites and “rebranding” the materials to begin a duplicate “launch.”

Imitation is the ultimate form of flattery. Unless it involves plagiarism and fraud. A new “ICO” called Atomvilla has literally stolen word-for-word, the content from Deedcoin’s website and whitepaper. First, let it be known that Deedcoin is in no way affiliated with Atomvilla, and the content stolen was originally produced by Deedcoin, and then butchered by a novice graphics editor, assumedly on the Atomvilla team.

“Deedcoin is in no way affiliated or connected with Atomvilla. They are not real, they have no national broker network, no platform, and I doubt even a token,” Deedcoin Founder Charles Wismer said, after having read the counterfeit white paper riddled with new logos and token symbols. “This is not a college essay. Plagiarism in crypto will not be tolerated and we will take aggressive action immediately.”

Phillip Mrzyglocki, Deedcoin’s Media Director commented, “The only intelligent choice these people made was ripping off a legitimate and vetted project.”

Atomvilla also makes references to SEC registration and legal representation that are false. Atomvilla uses copied SEC information, and states in the copied material that they are represented legally by Thomson Bukher LLP, Deedcoin’s legal counsel. This continues to confirm throughout their whitepaper that they are literally copying Deedcoin information word for word, simply replacing Deedcoin with Atomvilla in the copied text. Thomson Bukher LLP does not currently, and has never represented Atomvilla in any way.

Tim Bukher at Thompson Bukher LLP has said, “Atomvilla is in no way related to our firm. They have simply plagiarized Deedcoin, a client of ours, and copied their content. We only work with positive projects, and have warned the rest of our clients about this activity. Token purchasers must be careful in the future, search Google for exact sentences, and vet projects carefully with these new schemers trying to defraud the marketplace.”

They made no keen attempt to hide the fraud, using the exact same graphs and charts throughout the whitepaper stolen from Deedcoin. Atomvilla also claims to have the same national network of brokers throughout the U.S., like Deedcoin. Deedcoin in fact has a real estate broker/agent network representing 150 cities, across all 50 States and Puerto Rico. The legitimate Deedcoin website, and its original content is located at www.deedcoinlaunch.com. For a good laugh, the Atomvilla site can be Googled, but will not be linked to from this article.
Wow! Good for Deedcoin that their product was strong enough for someone to try and duplicate it, or in this instance steal it.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rating Real Estate ICO- rank these five on: March 29, 2018, 09:09:46 PM
I have not seen any successful ICO is associated with the real estate, they all either turned out to be a scam or did not collect the minimum investment. I hope you are not going to invest in them?
Any specific scenarios of this happening that you can reference? THanks.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any feedback on Deedcoin ICO? on: March 29, 2018, 08:40:26 PM
I'm looking at an ICO called Deedcoin. I have done quite a bit of research and it looks solid, but I would love some more feedback. Thanks!

So what did you draw these conclusions from? I did not do a lot of research, but just went to the site https://icobench.com/ico/decounter and I see that this project is not high and the team there is not as strong as it could be! Even based on this information, you should once again to reconsider investments in this project. Good luck!

I just looked at ICO Bench. It looks like they are a 3.4 out of 5. I hate the fact that all these ICO listing sites are popping up and letting companies pay their way to the top. I'm not sure which ones to give credibility to. It looks like Deedcoin has a network of agents and they already did a real estate transaction with the token. I'll do some more research. Thanks for your feedback!
Deedcoin must be on to something. I just saw they received a excellent rating (5.0) from Trackico. I did check on ICO Bench and they did have a 4.0 rating. With a strong network of brokers and already closing a real estate transaction they seem to have a very legitimate ICO. It looks like the launch is at the end of April.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deedcoin closes first real estate transaction using DEED on: March 28, 2018, 07:03:18 PM
Deedcoin closed the first real estate transaction using DEED on March 8, 2018. The buyer received a rebate of $3,780 at closing by using 20 Deed that was purchased for $30.

Well done. Nice to see an ICO actually perform in the real marketplace. With all the chatter about the dip with Bitcoin it is great to see some good news out there with a company directly benefitting the end user. I'm anxious to see how things progress with Deedcoin.
