I am just curious how will Blockchain helps on Trustlogics aside from being hack-free. Is it really an advantage to use this technology and be different to other recruiting systems. What if there is no blockchain in Trustlogics? What are the major effects of the application?
Aside from blockchain, Trustlogics will be providing high security to prevent hackers having access to users data. That being said, I believe that if a hacker is really determined to get in to Trustlogics, he will need to go and find away into multiple security measures placed by Trustlogics. That is very good to know. It means that our data are really secured and nothing to worry that some hackers will find a way to steal them. I think we will never experience that someone will call us and offer us something like credit cards which is very annoying. With Regards to the sucurity of the datas that will be submitted of the job seekers to the recruiters of the trust logic project platform as well as the information that will be given the security and privacy of these are all secured. So there is nothing to worry about. Well, as long as we know that the trustlogics people are loyal to what they say, we can be completely calm about the matter. The this is though is that we can't be sure that their security would be unbreachable because there will always be a flaw in any type of security. And if someone finds out what it is, fhey might take advantage of it. I just hope that the trust logics team is ready for this.

I just want to ask. What if I have something deficiency such as physical disabilities. Do I have also a different steps on applying using trustlogics application? Because I think person with disabilities are the primary concern whenever there is a company that hires employee.
Thank you Roukawa for raising an important matter that has usually been forgotten. Based on the whitepaper, as far as I know there is no specific detail about PWD candidates. But, raising this matter might serve a starting point for Trustlogics about PWD hiring. I do mot think or cannot even think of a single problem that may arise off of this matter because clearly, as long as the people who have disabilities regardless of the type are still capable to work or have the qualities that companies or employers are looking for, I think they will be accepted. And if they work hard enoigh, they will be more likely to be in demand more than people who do not have disabilities but lack work ethics and determination.

What a wonderful project it is, although this is not new to us but the platform of trustlogic can help all candidates to have a proper job that suited to their skills based on their personal data.
Absolutely right all the data to be gather in this platform of trustlogic can help jobseeker`s to find a job easily with no more hassle, less of time and also effort that is suited or based on what the personal data contained within a jobseeker`s resume. Yes as what you have said this is not new, but still this is very interesting project because there are some projects that aren`t work properly and this project is aiming to build a blockchain application and become a global information gateway for workforce data, where the personal information of jobseeker`s will be stored in there platform. This project is very interesting right now and trustlogics gives not only opportunity but also benefits to those jobseeker`s who can`t easily find a job through sharing there personal information that can be gathered and contained to their platform. It's not actually easy to find a job right now, having higher demand of job's right now you need also yo have pleasing personality and have a degree background in order to be employed to a better company you want to work. With the help of this platform it's easy to find a job online it's because your personal information gathered and being reviewed by the validator's and whatever company you want to work you don't need to send resume to them cause trustlogic platform will handle on it. It is already the resume. When you get verified, what gets posted on your profile is and will serve as your own resume for companies to look at and those companies won't have suspicions as to whether what's in your profile are legit or not because everything on the platform is verified closely already.

Can we sell anything in here as long as it is not illegal? So cars can be sold here? We have an online shop here in our country, just like this but it's not based on blockchain technology. How can we verify a seller if its product is legit? I mean, from country to another country transactions. There should be an escrow to protect buyers from bogus sellers.
Well, I think that everything can probably sold or set off to be bid at as long as it isn't illegal since they did not put any restrictions or limitations as to what people can sell in their platform. Now, the legitimacy of the item will obviously be the problem of the platform itself and not by the bidders/buyers and escrowing the transactions will most probably be also handled by the platform personnel or something. Point is, it will be their job to make sure that the users will get an easy life when they use the fairninja platform. Anything and everything, I believe. Most classifieds have specific sections for all types of commodities including cars, real estate and many common ones like apparel, gadgets. Pardon me but I have to rephrase your statement. "Anything and everything", as long as it is legal and not prohibited by law. I think Fair Ninja don't want to be involved in something that is not right and this will surely make his classified platform a success. I believe that everything in fair ninja feature has limitations to their user's , you cannot simply sell or sold anything that illegal or prohibited by the law from anyone like guns, drugs, species etc... And fair ninja has its name that needs to protect so they can't allowed this to happen... I definite agree with you that the fair ninja will not tolerate the people that will sell illegal and prohibited materials. The fair ninja also wants to sell.legit things and the like Of course, what leget project would wamt to sell illegal things just for a few bucks and put their good name at stake when they already have a successful project coming because of a great concept? if you were convicted criminal? do you still have to apply thru Trustlogics?
Well of course if there is ever a valid reason, then I will hink it will be considerable that is if the reason is really valod for the cpurse of action made by the jobseeker. But if not, then I think that it will really affect the background of the jobseeker just like in this forum, if you do wrong, dependong on the action made, there will be a corresponding disciplinary action. Hence I think that this will also be the case for trust logics platform.

Honest applicant vs. Dishonest applicant. Very common here in the Philippines because of many fake paper developers. One of the problem why workers mismatched and the company collapsed easily, because of dishonest workers and of their fake awards and achievements company foundations became weak. Thanks on this project because they helps the company to filter who were the honest and the dishonest one.
I agree to this. Trustlogics will definitely solve this problem on falsification of legal documents as well as fake resumes. The validators will definitely have a big part of this task. We rest assured that these validators were fair and reliable. Yup, the validators that trust logics will be asking for help will really play a big role in this prpject because it they are the ones that will be responsible for verifying the applicants locally. This is why I think that the fees charged for verification processes are just right because this will emable the trustlogics to pay for good services.

Yes! This is a new form of hiring industry but TrustLogics is really different from what we knew about hiring industry.
Yes this very much addresses our problem with employment rates which is very low in the present day. This will definitely help people especially with good credentials to find the job that they want. Also it helps them keep their information private so that there will be no companies can take advantage of their identities for their own gains. Looking for a job that you are qualified and based on your desire plus your salary expectation is never been easy but with this platform it can lessen and improve your job seach more easily. I also love the way trustlogics data security, only the employer and company you are trying to apply will only see your filled up data on the server. And the best thing? The whole platform is freaking operated by a staggering artificial intelligence! This emsures the greatest ease of use amd security of data because it is block-chain based plus the guarantee of less bugs amd mistakes since artificial intelligence rarely makes mistakes when doing tasks that has been coded into the very center of the AI. Great question ma'am! TrustLogics should impose the policies and salary when jobseekers will apply. It is important also to know that since we want a desirable job. If we will gonna resign with a valid reason (for example, the owner of the company is harassing you), then trustlogics should make a review for that company or make it as a blacklist in order for the jobseekers to have any backgrounds to the company. Hi, It is up to you to look for a job even when you are currently employed. Employees always face the issues on working for a company despite worst conditions simply because one can't afford to loose the job. Trustlogics is a jobsite similar to other existing job website. It is not for Trustlogics to impose policies and salary, however they can include your desired salary in your profile or when applying for a job. Job offers are made at the end of an interview with consideration to ones's educational background, experience and other qualification. I think its a good option for jobseekers if they are able to rate a company, on blacklisting companies, I think this could be applied for those companies who are found guilty of breaking the law and abusing its employees. Trustlogics cannot just blacklist a company without good reason. The trust logic's platform is to have the recruiter and the joob seeker smooth transaction, it is like a normal job fair or career fair but the difference is the trustlogic is via application and online through the blockchaim tectnology.

Post-acknowledgment, the allocated TrustLogicsTM Tokens get distributed between Validators and the TrustLogics platform. So they will hire or will have a connection on the drug information facilities in different country to know the truth on drug test of the applicants? I love the way that they will apply this worldwide not only local on their local area in india. One of the advantage of the bidium project is its bidding feature based on the block chain because even though it virtual form of auction every one can bid and also the bidium can distinguish who is the bidder based on the block chain it self.
That is correct! Blockchain Technology really has a huge role in this project and that is the reason why it is so different from the existing platforms. In addition to this, the convenience of having an exchange on top of the Auction and Freelance Hiring platforms is a plus. In contrast, I really do think that the exchange platform of this project is the best feature it has since I can see that the people who are using the auctions and freelancing platforms will go strait to the exchange to trade their coins or even before buying they might use the exchange first. I agree, for most of the people in the world, first impression is really important because it is what stays longer in the memory of a person. And this project has really nailed it with how they made people's first impressions mostly positive because of how they have written their whitepaper. Well, just like ambulances nowadays, I think that the people will have to make or give way to the drones that are for rescuing. Which is why there is no need to worry for the landing when there is an emergency. But for traffic purposes, I think that it will need to fly a lot and not just land and stay still. If that were the case, I would rather choose putting cctv cameras.

Due to the increasing number of vehicles on the road, traffic management has become very important. Traffic issues are becoming more complicated as time passes by. It's hard to monitor 24/7 the whole roadways because of limited resources. By using drones in traffic management, it can monitor roads day and night.
Well, it is true that heavy traffic really is a big problem for some countries out there and that drones can be a good device to monitor the traffic. But the thing is that it cannot stop huge traffic since there is obviously nothing this device can do to loosen up the traffic. -not raining on your parade, just sharing my opinion. good day man
