Im sorry DEV u really neerd to step up here .........alot people lost money yesterday because of your fuck up ........apologizing and saying ur disapointed is fine but this coin needs results and a roadmap with timeline and shit.......ya ur gonna get threats but this Alt World is alot of scamming fucks and u still have not proved in anyway ur not one of them ..........im sick of this shit really am .....

Don't act so entitled, that's your own fuckup. Maybe you should have searched the whitepaper for yourself first, don't blame others for your investments that don't perform up to expectations. Shit like this happens constantly here and in the outside world. Caveat emptor.

Dev has continued posting here since and clarified the situation, despite it being glossed over when he first mentioned it in his draft. Have patience, have faith, or cut your losses and move on.

With all the drama at Mintpal today with Vericoin ......Shieldcoin could be in a position to capture the exodus if the Dev is real person and not some scamming piece of shit............he needs to come out and support the coin creating community, most if not all these coins have 0 besides a promise.....If the dev does what he says then 100k is nothing if u look at marketcap of all these fucking coins

Agree on dev transparency. If the dev will be more transparent about who is behind this team, it will add tremendous investor confidence.

Yes, and if the dev team is just one person he should say that. This haven't to be a flaw if the community supports the coin and all have the same vision and stand together. But transparence is all in this business...

Coin developers use newbie accounts and hide their identities because of the way the community reacts to any prices changes at all.

Because of someone elses FUD yesterday, myself and two other users who share this account received threats and other unpleasantness.

The features I stated in the paper are under development. I am also adding a filesharing mechanism because it isn't much more work to implement into the current project.

We will continue to move forward regardless of setbacks, and we will have a paid $300 USD logo contest announced shortly, also.

Nice, time to dust off the trusty MS-Paint!  Grin

notice how all these newbies try to make themselves look professional on this shit coin thread?

Any 4th grade girl could put html into a wallet, that must be how ccryptcoin/gldcoin was able to do that too.

When is gldcoin/ccryptcoin going to try and prove himself?

Is that what you did when you were a 4th grade girl?  Huh

New Update!! 6/20/2014

Rumors have been circulating that we may be being added to BTC-E soon. They are true.

Our talks with BTC-E went extremely well, they have tested the wallet on their servers and tested integration with their engine.

A hiccup is that they require a 3 digit code, they confirmed with us that we will be ok with CPT.

We are awaiting their response, they have been dealing with a large scale DDOS attack (see twitter) so there has been a small delay.

We are now awaiting their response, they said they will speak with us today.

We're very excited by the possibilty that we may be able to trade our favorite coin on our favorite exchange.

Our anon features are well underway - we are being secretive because the simplicity of the idea is beautiful and we don't want it stolen yet. It will likely be open source after release.

Holy crap...moving some spare BTC there just in case...

^This is most people's understanding of cryptocurrency.  I do not think they will be reading any analysis of anon flaws in this, or any other implementation.  They just see a scary title and panic.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRYPT] CryptCoin x11 + PoS | P2P Anonymity | 0% Premine | now on MintPal! on: June 20, 2014, 05:03:42 PM

Seriously, what makes you think that this coin will be able to provide any anonimous features? Because the some anonymous and - honestly said - shady developer once said that he is developing something? Or do you believe this because this coin was pumped by whales and you assume that they know something that we don't?

Like i already said, i bought 3xxx cryptocoin (19000 to 30000 satoshi / unit), so if i believe in this coin is not the cause of the pumping.

i believe in the possibility and impossibility  Wink now mindfox seem to be a right man, maybe i'm wrong.

What is your investment? where you invest your money?

I wanted to invest in CRYPT but I didn't because I saw this "security analysis" in CryptCoin subreddit. So mostly BTC and some LTC right now.

security analysis lol.  by the anon "group"  that doesnt trust itself.  geeez dude reallly?

The spooky Illumathnati is behind it....wooooo!

People in this thread keep shouting for Mindfox to show up, just to give them peace of mind.  Then he shows up and people get upset because he's not feeding them PR answers?  Honestly let it go, you either have faith or you don't.  I'm sure not many tears will be shed if you decide to sell.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRYPT] CryptCoin x11 + PoS | P2P Anonymity | 0% Premine | now on MintPal! on: June 20, 2014, 04:45:50 PM
I just want to see the "proof" of any work from dev. Proof he exists at all.

Here's the proof that he exists https://github.com/mindfox.

Well, this mindfox account on github hasn't contributed anything to official CryptoCoin repository on

https://github.com/ccryptcoin/cryptcoin

His last public activity was on 31st of May. However, he has contributed to other cryptocoins in the past, but I can't see any contribution to cryptcoin project.

However, there were no serious contributions to cryptcoin repository in june 2014.

There were only three commits in june 2014 but they didn't actually change any code (they've fixed typos in comments and updated txt files itd. but no line of code was changed).

So both mindfox github account and cryptcoin github repository seem pretty much dead.

Any comments/thoughts on this?

Why would Mindfox be pushing anything to the Cryptcoin github repository if he is only working on anon functionality, which he hasn't shared yet?

Suggestion for CryptCoin community:

What if whales/pumpers find and hire some competent developer (with recognized name, credentials etc.) that will transparently develop some useful and truly anonymous solutions for CryptCoin? They've already made more than enough money on this poor coin and so they can give some back.

Some sound whitepaper and non anonymous developer that would communicate well with community will certainly bring lots of new investors.

PLease please F*CK OFF

Any specific reason for not agreeing with my proposal?

Maybe you should donate for the bounty, unless you have some proof that they "have already made more than enough money on this poor coin"?

Regarding anonymity, I would like someone to define the term to me.
Is it to make the addresses in a transaction invisible or prove that all addresses come from the same wallet/coin holder?

I don't think you're a scammer, but I also don't see a workable plan for anonymity here.  What do you have in mind for it?

The CRYPT original whitepaper provide no advantage, so I assume you're working on a new plan.  What is it?
I left the part where I ask how each individual defines anonymity. What is your definition of it?

Very simple.  Transactions should not be traceable to their originator.  This is what people want.

What's your plan to achieve this?
Wasn't the originator, the destination of the previous transaction? Isn't that how blockchain analysis takes place?

OK, now you're just dodging.

What's your plan to achieve anonymity?

Do you have one?  At all?

Or are you going to play games with "What does anonymity even mean?"

Rapidly losing confidence here.

What's the plan?  Simple question. What's the answer?

How many times are you people going to keep asking the same question without realizing that he will not reveal his method, no matter how much you pry?  Why put out something to be dissected before completion?  Would you look over a painter's shoulder and tell him his painting looks like crap before you've seen the final product?

Originally posted below in the Cryptcoin thread, in case anyone wasn't aware at this point...

If anyone thinks there is any legitimacy to this coin then just look at the steaming pile of bird turd this pump and dump team is looking to hype next... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=644141.msg7375572#msg7375572

And about the BTC-e, Mindfox, ANON nonsense, words typed by sock puppets, nothing more.

Here's the formula if you haven't caught on...

1. Make really crappy coin logo, sparse/cut and paste coin details and have a lousy fucked up launch so ppl avoid or stop mining allowing you to pre-mine the shit out of it/get cheap on initial exchange listing.
2. Make a really nice logo to replace the really crappy logo and start making promises of all the wonderful hot button items dev team is working on.
3. Pump price to 2 - 4 million market cap.
4. Dump worthless scam coin on unsuspecting sheep.
5. Repeat

Now if it turns out these guys can pump this steaming pile of dung coin over 100,000 SAT I am both horrified and truly impressed.

Don't worry, you will eat your words in the end. The teams behind these "coin rejuvenation" projects have the capital, and the persistence, to make these promises a reality.

I believe a lot of coins start out with somewhat crappy logos. Especially with coins with 0 premine - the original developer has no reason to stay around if he doesn't mine a lot at the beginning. So people who DO mine a lot of that coin, they bring in money and developers to make the project better. The ones that get this treatment have interesting names and nice angles to market. And who really cares, when the price is continually being increased by these additions? Get on the train or get out of the way.

See you at 100k  Grin

This is truth right here.  What motivation does a dev have to maintain and improve a project if he has to continue paying out-of-pocket for all of it?

And since the previous poster mentioned Cryptcoin (the coin that made me register at this forum), myself and much of the crypto-community have our faith in Mindfox because he is a respected developer and has contributed greatly to many other crypto projects (https://github.com/mindfox). He has confirmed that he is working on the coin himself, so how are words being twisted?

If you know how the game is played so well, why don't you play along?
