Recently I did not receive many updates from the project and this made me feel unhappy in this project. I hope the development team keeps up with the news for everyone because I believe the CS will be growing in the future.
They published News Digest №11 yesterday, check it out Digest is rather good, I've already known those news though, but it should be quite informative for newcomers or just people that gained interest recently. |

Hey there, I think they will be developing it on testnet right after its release. And what about the amount of paticipants, did it increase? Last time there were 63
Botstorm said here amount of participants grew up to 150 or even more, it's pretty great amount tbh, and that number was even before Ivan announced it in his video if I'm not mistaken, so I think there's even more) Can someone clarify this? Or we should wait for official announcement about amount of participants? Is there any precise info at all about it? I hope Credits team will announce the exact number of participants and the spheres they are going to create dapps Yeah, they already announced that, I think it's 160 participants, but I can't be sure, I think not many did pass step 2. They also announced few examples of submitted dapps, they seem rather good to me. |

Market research company Gartner estimates that blockchain value-add will grow to 176 billion dollars by 2025 That can be considered rather good, do they forecast it farther than 2025? |

Hi, as i know they are waiting for 3.1 version Did they release 3.0 or just make some changes to not yet released 3.0? Did they say anything about that? There's release 3.1 shown on Monitor page, but I think they just made minor improvements to already finished 3.0 that's why it's 3.1) |

I watched the Ivan on tech's video about credits today. The interview was very informative and clears the doubts that they are not using outdated and vulnerable md5 hashing function anymore. Looking forward to the testnet 3.0.
Yeah, hopefully, this will finally make people to research Credits properly and not just watch some outdated videos... |

When do we expect testnet 3.0 and will there be some Dev's journal with improvements and so on? I've heard it should have been released on this week and now it's weekend so I assume next week? I wanna play with it

I would say that medicine sphere is one of the most ready Why? The HealthIT analytics website published a study of more than 80 medical institutions and major companies from the equipment and consumable supplies sector. The analysts have found that 17% of them are using the IoT, almost 30% are working on the integration of technologies, while 53% of respondents had no specific policies on integration but are willing to cooperate and introduce this practice in the future. The statistics are clear: medical companies are interested in working with new technologies and are ready to cooperate with blockchain projects to develop new solutions for the industry. Are there any significant developments in this area? Bracelets with NFC chips for emergency assistance to wounded soldiers. Shoes with sensors designed to eliminate foot pain without medical intervention and warn of excessive foot pressure. A plaster that warns patients about an imminent epileptic seizure. Drones for speedy transportation of blood and medical supplies. A robotic surgical system for operations. This stuff is good, but I sort of doubt the thing about drones for delivery and robotic surgical system (if I get it right what it should do, ofc). Drones will have to be operated either manually or by a very good AI. And so far as far as I know AI thing hasn't been very successful. I can be wrong, but IMO development of an good AI for that could take pretty long time. |

Credit seems to have a lot of partnerships going for it it's starting to beg the question how are these partnerships really going to benefit the platform or is the age of interoperability really upon us?
As per their words they have partnerships with various aims, some will build a dapp or run an ICO on top of the platform, some are strategic partnerships, some will integrate the platform for their company use and I think there was something else. |

They have more than 150 partners and all those partners are waiting for mainnet. We need finished product and good marketing that's why i wanted to see how Igor represent Credits on global arena New partnerships are as important as CREDITS team representing the platform on a global arena (conferences and etc). I mean, they are the second important factor to bring value to CS platform after the platform itself. So I think new partnerships would be a good thing, but to know how team represents the project on conferences is also great! |

What are some catalysts for this coin in the future? Looking to possibly picking up some credits.
Uelairex is right on spot. These partnerships will become the catalyst along with proven technology (which was already proven, but people want it to be proven with more nodes). Once it'll be proven it's highly likely to trigger adoption of the technology and more established companies will use CS platform. |

Yeah, imo blockchain could help game industry a lot, especially various MMO or farms, to prevent theft, fraud and maybe create a unified currency for various games
I heard about one MMO RPG where players are rewarded in BTC for every played hour. And inside the installation file there was a program for mining btc. So i have an idea to create a game based on credits platform. Everyone who installed the game becomes Credits node and receive reward Well, your idea has the right for existence, but it's hardly tangible or the game must be very simple and not consume much PC resources, because depending on the network load it's possible that you won't be able to do run something resource-consuming much on your PC while running a node It is more than possible, check min system requirements for the node Minimal system requirements: Operating system: Windows® 7 / Windows® 8 / Windows® 10 64-bit (with the last update package) Processor (CPU): with frequency of 1 GHz (or faster) with PAE, NX and SSE2 support; Memory (RAM): 2–4 Gb HDD Internet connection: 3 Mbit/s What I'm trying to say is depending on the game it can work well with minor falls in performance or either node or the game will suffer in performance greatly from another. The balance is very fragile imo and easy to break. But that's just my opinion. Okay, i won't argue because i am not specialist at this area. What i want is just a sucsess of Credits. I really hope that they can change the world Yeah, This is what I've meant by saying about such possibility. Nevertheless, we'll see how it'll play out and hopefully the outcome will be huge! |
