A friend of mine just tried it on a rig with 3060 and 3070 cards.
The 3070s don't start to mine.
Do you have any idea why?

How did you update to 1.29?

Changed the link for Phoenix Miner from MEGA to GitHub.
MEGA decided to terminate the account.
MEGA is no longer an official place for distribution of the past and new versions of PhoenixMiner.

Some information about the GPU (temperature, fan speed, power draw...) would be nice.

You could try Kawpowminer.
It has no dev fee. 

You have to ask the developer.
Kawpowminer for RVN has no dev fee, too.

I tested NSFminer for several hours and it has almost the same hashrate as Phoenix Miner or GMiner.

It's a fork of ethminer and open source, too.
HiveOS and minerstat have included the miner to their software.
So I think it's not a trojan.

The hashrate seems to be okay but it have to test it for a longer period of time.

Removed Claymore because it's not updated anymore.
Added NSFminer for Ethereum.

According to Miningpoolstats it's the second biggest ETH pool.
They have 4 servers in Asia, Europe, US Eastcoast & US Westcoast.

On a desktop GPU you would use MSI Afterburner and set TDP to 65% and Memory to +800 maybe +1000.
This would reduce the power usage and increase the hashrate about 4-5 MH/s.

You could try Ravencoin.
They really care for the GPU miners as they try to be ASIC resistant and Kawpowminer and TT-Miner have no dev fee.
Ravencoin is supported by many wallets, pools, exchanges...

I see two options.

1.
You could switch on/off a complete rig or AISC with a smart power plug.
You would need some home automation like openHAB for this.
With this solution you could increase or decrease in steps of 500-1500 W depending on the hardware.

2.
If you go for GPU mining you could control the power consumption with the mining software.
You can switch on/off every single card in your rig.
With this solution you could increase or decrease in steps of 100-250 W depending on the GPU.
