41  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer the crypto online gambling or regular fiat casinos gambling? on: May 14, 2024, 08:13:10 PM
The answer for the topic in this thread:
You asked about this in a forum about bitcoin and other coins, it was clear that all the answers would choose crypto gambling. Whatever the reason is, everyone here will choose the same thing.

But gambling with coins will involves of spending more money on the play coins. Which have no value or gain at the moment (if they have value, they wouldn't be play coins, they do just be different kind of currency) So, you’re paying for the privilege of risking something of no value in the hopes of winning something of no value. That doesn’t even count as gambling anymore; that’s paying a fee for the privilege of keeping score on a random number generator. What's your own opinion towards this?
If you still think that crypto/coins have no value when you use it to gamble = you better learn about crypto again, and that is better than making threads about crypto gambling every day but it seems you dont understand anything about it at all.
42  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing all your fortune with just 3 years on: May 14, 2024, 07:06:33 PM
Well, its because the bank account owner is still the one that has the access to its money, so banks or lawyer doesnt have a say on what will the owner does to its money, and maybe the business man in the story put a lot of debt or loan in order to play gambling and that's why he lost a very huge amount of money, well its given for a rich man or wealthy man to be addicted to gambling because they have a lot of money to gamble with and without them knowing they are losing too much money and keep on playing thinking that they have infinite money with is opposite, the thing is losing a lot of money is faster for a rich man than those who has an average life style or status of living, its because they know they are rich so they can spend more and more without thinking.
No, he has sold his business since 2000 and he started gambling in 2003.
From what I read, he received luxurious services and incentives at some of the casinos, that must be one of the reasons why he became increasingly addicted to drinking and gambling.

Maybe we will only know the real story about him after the book or video is published by a media company that has the exclusive rights to Watanabe story since 2022.
43  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling losses are traps to new game on: May 14, 2024, 02:07:10 PM
He keep on playing the gambling with some loans from our friends circle to manage the 2000 dollars previous loss. But the result is both positive and negative based on his luck. One of my gambling friend said this “Gambling losses are the traps for the gamblers to get into gambling again.”He added when the gambling loss was increases, most of us will do the gambling to recover the old loss.Because no one earning money without work,So our wish will be to balance the old losses in the gambling site.Share your opinion on this.
That is not a trap, but your friend cannot accept the losses and still believes that it is impossible for someone to lose again and again in gambling.
And believe me, your friend will forget this “trap” thing after he wins something.
Then when he loses again, he will say that the gambling winnings are a trap for the gamblers to gamble again.

With my experience,I had use to win and loss based on the time I am playing the game.If I had the gambling at the sleeping mood, most of the time.I had loss the capital money in the gambling site. The winning also depends upon the gambling experience, many gamblers use to play the game based on the game experience. But some gamblers think the gambling was based on the luck,So they only do the random betting in the gambling site. The reason for most of the loss in the gambling sites are repeating the same algorithm in the gambling site after the gambling site change their algorithm to the game.

Did you guys trust on gambling algorithms or do the random betting in the gambling site to check the current luck in the gambling sites…
What you mentioned above is that you are subconsciously looking for reasons and justifications to gamble again when there are doubts due to previous losses.
Because by believing that you lost because you were cheated by a certain casino = the stronger your belief that you will definitely win if you can find a fair casino.
44  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can i bet 5-10k on a single bet anywhere? on: May 14, 2024, 12:23:01 PM
Actually, most of the sportsbooks accept med/large bets for soccer, but if the limit is only $200 - $300  I guess you are betting on minor leagues.
It is rare for sportsbooks to accept med/large limits for minor leagues, because there are many abuses such as match fixing, arb betting, late betting, etc.

All of the sportsbook allowed their user to submit a request to increase the bet limit in the minor leagues.
They will review your account first and ask you to bet with the present bet limit for a while, then if there are no problems, their system (automatically) will increase your bet limit gradually.

I finally got a reply from their support team. They told me the same exact vague list of reasons for the ban and said the decision will not be reviewed :/
I think its just a general copy paste answer to all questions from users whose accounts have been banned.
The support person may also not know the real reason if they answer like that, maybe they will only answer specifically through casinoguru.

Anyway, many casinos still hire and use inexperienced support, so dont be surprised if the answer is like AI.
46  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: May 12, 2024, 02:05:06 PM
Are you confident that Manchester United will beat Newcastle next week? Newcastle is still battling to avoid losing games. Anything can happen in the game, but let's see how Manchester United performs against Arsenal today and whether they can play well against Newcastle.
Yes if Manutd is still wants to play in the Europe Conference League, they will do their best to get 3 points from that match.
Because if they are lose against Arsenal today, and only get a draw with Newcastle = they will finish as the top 8th in the league.

In this season, Newcastle away performance was not that good - from 17 away matches in the league they could only win 5 times, with 2 draws and lose 10 times.
It should be not that hard for Manutd to beat them at the Old Trafford.
47  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam by a BCGame Employee on: May 12, 2024, 09:58:29 AM
It would be very stupid if a casino employee did that for $100, the salary for a casino employee who has access to user data is definitely over $1200 per month.
My wise grandpa always said "do not trust strangers on the internet", and Im sure that you have been scammed by a stranger from the internet not one of BC employees.

Not sure what will you do with the BC users data, but I dont think its for a good purpose either.
Im sorry for saying this, usually karma comes at the end not at the beginning like this  Tongue
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: May 11, 2024, 08:59:46 PM

Manchester United play at home tomorrow, and it won't be easy for Arsenal to win. Erik Ten Hag wants to play in the Europa League next season, and how Chelsea is playing this season, they have already picked up form, and if Manchester United loses to Arsenal tomorrow, it will be the end because I don't think they can top Chelsea in the league table anymore, and Manchester United will not have the opportunity to play in the Europa League with others, Newcastle are also doing well, and I believe Chelsea can finish sixth this season.
If Manutd lose to Arsenal it doesnt mean that Manutd chances to join the Europa competition is gone.
Maybe you dont know that the winner of the FA Cup will get 1 ticket to the Europa League, and if the winner of the FA Cup is confirmed to qualify for the Champions League, then top 5th and 6th in the League will compete in the Europa League.
And the top 7th in the league will compete in the Europa Conference League.

Chelsea still have to away to Brighton and Im not sure they can get 3 points from there.
And next week, there is a match Manutd vs Newcastle - so Manutd chances is not over yet even if they lose to Arsenal tomorrow.

49  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When did you realize you need to be a responsible gambler so you can continue ? on: May 11, 2024, 03:49:20 PM
We all know that we cannot play for a long time without being responsible players; we could go crazy, or we could lose all our money; at some point, you have to realize that you need to play responsibly, so I created this poll and this discussion to pick your reasons and explain it.

In my case, I have to lose a lot of money to realize I have to gamble responsibly if I don't want to break my finances and experience depression, so now I control myself and monitor my expenses, and I'm doing good with it.
Regret always comes at the end, not at the beginning. So, the most common answer must be "when I lost a lot of money".
Most of gamblers are stubborn and have a high ego. Only personal experience can make someone become a responsible gambler.
My golden principle when gambling now is, "gamble with the money you can afford to lose, do not gamble with your life"
50  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: They put an end to online gambling: what do you think it's going to happen? on: May 11, 2024, 03:06:13 PM
Given how big the gambling industry has become, it will take a huge force in order to stop it and prevent its operations. Lots of stakeholders, investors, and deep pockets are already involved, and the government only follows where the money is so there's a very slim chance that these bans will really happen.
This is possible on some country that has strict adherence on the welfare of the community. I think 3rd world country where the corrupt government is the only country that might not ban gambling but on other country with strong economy that doesn’t rely on gambling make this story technically possible like Monaco.
Monaco only ban their locals from gambling and working at the casino there, but the locals are free to gamble online.
Monaco is also a tax haven for gamblers, there is no tax for all winnings in the land based casino and online casino.
With facts like these, I dont think Monaco is strict in its gambling rules.
51  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: joya.casino biggest scam they scam me with 1145$ on: May 11, 2024, 01:33:24 PM
If you guys know ang good lawyers let me know please

Also iam prying to god. I hope that they will face the most severe types of torment and affliction in the world. I hope that they will spend all their money in hospitals to treat them and that God will afflict them with all kinds of diseases for themselves and their children.
Hiring a lawyer will cost you more than $1145, and the process will take a long time.

OP sent the deposit via Binance with this address TYASr5UV6HEcXatwdFQfmLVUqQQQMUxHLS and if the refund has been sent, it will definitely be sent back to that address.
The problem is, that address is a Binance hot wallet, it will be difficult to track it because there are thousands of transactions every day through that address.

Its better to find information about which payment gateway they use and ask about the txid directly to that company.
Im not 100% sure but it looks like they use Jeton payment gateway.
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where Will It Go If The Money Comes From Illegal Source on: May 10, 2024, 08:58:35 PM
The way I see it, the casino needs hard proof that the money is from an illegal source and in such case they have the right to hold it and contact the police, but...

In case of cryptocurrencies it's not that clear. How can you know if the money is clean or not. Let's say you buy bitcoin from someone, or someone pays you for a job. He got that money from an illegal source, like a ponzi scheme or theft, but you cannot check it. You bought it and tried to gamble with it and it got confiscated - why? The ethical way to approach this would be for the police to contact you asking where you got the money from and then going after the guy who sold it to you and taking his money (the money you paid him for cryptocurrency) as a compensation to the victims. They shouldn't take what you legally bought from him because you are also a victim.
In the law, these are 2 related cases but cannot be made into 1 case.
If someone (lets call him Bob) receives or buys illegal crypto without realizing it, then Bob uses it to deposit into a casino and the casino confiscates the coin for AML reasons.
The casino will never return the coin and they are legally entitled to do so. They will only report about the money to the authority and thats it.

What Bob can do is to report and sue the person who gave/sold the coin, the casino cannot report this to the authority because the victim had to make the report himself.
53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where Will It Go If The Money Comes From Illegal Source on: May 10, 2024, 03:26:25 PM

Remember, (CASINO) is not gonna to check, scan, or question your transaction to their service platform unless they are contacted by authorities. So, even your source transactions are coming from illegal activity they will not gonna to due research of your account/transaction.
This information is actually for casinos that use Fiat not Crypto.
Because casinos that use fiat are not able to trace the source of money/deposit which coming from their customers, unlike crypto because there is a blockchain.
Many casinos, exchanges, mixers and 3rd payment providers have used Blockchain analytics tools to detect fraud and money laundering.
54  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins.game banned my account when I tried to withdraw on: May 10, 2024, 12:19:13 PM
I don't understand any of these accusations.

1) ''if they are found to be receiving, attempting to gain an advantage by trading their card information or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage. These advantages may include dropping and transferring chips, discussing hands during play, using the same account multiple times, soft play.''

I have not played any card game on coins.game, only sportsbetting
Yeah those rules are for the poker abuse, not sports betting (arb betting, late betting, fixed match, by pass the bet limit with multi account, etc).
Kinda strange why their support only copy paste their policies for Poker game while you said that you only gamble on sports.
Without any replies from the coins game side, we will never know what is the reason why they blocked and confiscated the money on your account, I hope they will response to this case on casinoguru.
55  Economy / Gambling / Re: Share trusted VPN Friendly crypto casinos on: May 10, 2024, 11:31:12 AM
Maybe the only thing I can tell you, op, is that if your country is restricted to a casino, it's better not to force yourself to play in that casino, rather than having problems in the end and wasting the time and effort you spend playing in the casino platform.

Most casinos do not want users who use VPNs because, according to their rules, it is a fraud or a crime that can be considered. So it's better to just play at a casino that's open in your country.
The use of VPN is not allowed in any legal and licensed casinos, but in reality many casinos are actually not against their users to use VPN.
They still allow their users to use VPN as long as they does not use it to abuse the casino such as multi accounting, by pass the bet limit and else.
In fact, many casinos provide mirror links to make it easier for their users who dont want to use a VPN because most of the big players come from restricted countries.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are Using A Journal, Spreadsheets Will Fave The Way For Addiction To Gambling? on: May 09, 2024, 09:41:47 PM
Am even shocked hearing this that some person actually do have or keep records of their gambling games because I don't know of such thing, for me it's all for the moment with my gambling habits. Although when the loses do get to me, I sometimes do a little calculation in my head just to get the figures straight.😁😁
Things like this can actually make us chasing our losses or even make us lazy and dont want to work anymore because based on that journal we are still in profits after a month/year.
Maybe this is necessary for pro gamblers who only rely an income from gambling, but for ordinary gamblers it is not that important.
Not to mention, for those who live in countries where gambling is illegal, a journal like that could bring trouble for the owner.
57  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: May 09, 2024, 08:32:09 PM
every casino platform once their customers to verify before the participate in their platform or deposit any font in their platform except it is the platform of Casino that have the mindset of scamming that we hide their kyc for their customers so it is good for a customer itself to ask for kyc before the person deposit any money in the platform of a casino website because if you have not done your kyc at the certain point a platform of casino might withheld  you not to withdraw, so basically I know that casino platform work according to their rules and regulations.
Even though you have done with the KYC verification, the casino has the right and its legal for them to ask their players to do KYC again.
So, do not think that after done with the KYC, your account has been whitelisted by the casino.
And the initial KYC is just a basic KYC, you will not be asked to submit source of income/proof of income, video calls, utility bills, etc.

Also, not all casinos that do not provide KYC features or refuse to accept KYC at the beginning are a bad casino. It could be just their marketing tricks to attract new customers.
58  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Conference League 2023/24 Season on: May 09, 2024, 05:05:02 PM
For me I'm already looking beyond the semi finals because if Olympiakos can defeat Aston Villa first leg at Villa's home with even two goals margin, I don't see how they will not humble them when they visit Greece. That first encounter was a shocker to the English side and I never knew such a result was even possible. Aston Villa tried so well to come from two goals down to 2:2 before Olympiakos overpowered them by scoring two more goals to seal their fate. I'm not expecting much tonight, probably a 1:1 draw.
If you watch the 1st leg, Aston defense was very bad at that time and the Olympiacos strikers plays very well.
I still believe Aston can win by 2 goals or more today, Olympiacos is not a team that likes to play defensively.
And Olympiacos performance since the last season also still up and down, they are not the king of Greece Super League anymore
In the round of 16 they have lost 1-4 at home to Maccabi Tel Aviv, my guess is 1-3 or 0-2 for Aston.
59  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poker bot profiles on: May 09, 2024, 01:24:30 PM
Poker bot usually used to abuse freeroll with multi accounts or abuse the bonuses such as rakeback from several different casinos that use the same poker provider.
For the abuser, poker its not about the skill but how to wager as much as they could on the same table and playing it from different casinos + without losing anything.
Yep that is clever but casinos are more clever nowadays.
Using automated software and bots is not allowed on many casinos, perhaps only dice and crash platform still allowed it.
Multi accounts even on a single bot only? That's cool if it's possible but we must still not do it because it's wrong. I'm not sure if rakeback is considered to as a part of bonuses because what I know is that in order to get a rakeback we must place a bet first using our own money and the rakeback amounts are usually small, so I don't think someone will abuse it.
The abuser creates an account on Casino A, Casino B, Casino C then plays at the same table and they did that again and again.
Rakeback counted from the total wagered of each account, I dont think the rakeback will be small with that way, also there might be other bonuses from rank up, daily wager contest, deposit bonus and else.

PlayNGo may give the payout more frequently, but it is usually small just like Pragmatic.
Its better to play slots from Hacksaw, ELK or Nolimitcity, because the risks are the same.

Or you can try playing slots with a high RTP such as:
Mega Jokers (99%), Blood Suckers (98%) from Netent
Book of 99 (99%) from Relax Gaming
Ugga Bugga (99%) from Playtech
