41  Other / Off-topic / Re: Sir Richard Branson's vision for NYC to Tokyo in 1 hour on: May 07, 2014, 10:45:57 AM
People stop supporting concord for good reason.

On other hand technology had changed since then. Maybe he has information that we are not aware of.

Also it might be just some luxury, expensive services like his past ideas.
42  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will Satoshi visit us soon? on: May 07, 2014, 10:42:26 AM
I think Satoshi is sitting on some nice island drinking pinacolada.

but maybe in few years when everybody would calm down he might appear somewhere.

Actually he might be here under different nick Wink
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Former Goldman Sachs Partner Bullish on Bitcoin (5/5/2014) on: May 07, 2014, 10:39:02 AM
China markets start to consider different bank services in place of those based in China.

China consumers are still most important factor for bitcoin price since they actually need some kind of alternative for yuan.

When it comes to anything related to Goldman Sachs, I can't believe any one is listening to them since 2008 events.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.6 HARDFORK MANDATORY UPDATE on: May 07, 2014, 10:36:25 AM
I see right now discussions about dogecoin starts to be discussions about racing Cheesy

I guess it is nice impact of coin marketing. At point when we are going(maybe in future :p) to put dogecoin brand to drugstores, I wonder if people would start to talk about shampoo Wink
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CFC]Coffeecoin 丨100% Pure POS 丨 NO IPO丨 on: May 07, 2014, 10:33:19 AM
This coin is getting very popular now. I wonder how is it going to develop.

POS is very popular but it is hard ti tell if it is actually bad. But from what I can see here, people are getting crazy for coffee Wink
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Free BTC at MIT on: May 06, 2014, 02:06:56 PM
Students and free money ?

To much movies.

Idea is interesting still. I hope there will be more situations like this one.
47  Other / Off-topic / Re: Say "Good Bye" to HDD. on: May 06, 2014, 02:05:55 PM
I guess there are still many different alternatives right now out there. It shouldn't be actual problem when we look on it from this point of view.

When it comes to HDD, well this day had to come sooner or later. Maybe now they are going to implement them into our fridges.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The next step towards price stability: We back bitcoin on: May 06, 2014, 01:27:00 PM
At point when price will be more stable it will be more attractive for consumers. On other hand we have inflation for generations and it might be very confusing for everyone when bitcoin price will change towards dollar one way or another.

Actually if it would be constantly stable we would determine wealth base on bitcoin, not on gold.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FoxNews: DoD Investigating Bitcoin as possible terrorist threat on: May 06, 2014, 01:23:35 PM
Russian are rather monopolitic, same as fox news actually.

I just cant wait to learn about it from Daily Show Tongue
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recap News on First Ever Bitcoin Job Fair on: May 06, 2014, 01:14:08 PM
Sooo mostly bitcoin right now need salesman and marketers, less programers.

I guess it shows that bitcoin industry make one more step towards maturity.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the MSc of Digital currency ? on: May 06, 2014, 12:54:28 PM
Instead from lectures you probably can just learning from internet.

Who cares about online master degree any way.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin just a stepping stone to something better? on: May 06, 2014, 12:52:32 PM
Bitcoin might get successor at some point but definitely it wont get thrown away. I expect it would rather be slow evolution then sudden revolution.

When it comes to technology when something get outdated it is never forgotten. Everyday nowadays devices uses same cheeps that were used by old computers. Nothing get wasted. Bitcoin might be value determine in future, just as we use dollar right now.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dark Wallet: The Excuse Regulators Needed on: May 06, 2014, 12:47:23 PM
There is no real borders in internet. At point when one country makes usage of bitcoin difficult we can always choose different one.

Dark wallet might get even banned and I wouldn't even care. It is not like we really need it that much.

Power of government in long run is limited, one way or another.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ashton Kutcher "Bitcoin...sort of like internet in the 80s." on: May 06, 2014, 12:45:14 PM
Since two and half man I bet some people believe Kutcher is brilliant programmer.

Internet in 80s were available only to few people, it was heavily connected with universities and army. There is definitely less similarities then we might expect.
55  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All Wars Are Bankers' Wars on: May 06, 2014, 12:41:43 PM
I notice recently there is more and more such random videos with all kind of theories and quotes.

I guess people always need someone to blame. After Iraq war everyone still fully support goverment in elections.

I personally think people just love war.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you be Giving Your Mom some BTC for Mothers Day? on: May 06, 2014, 12:38:41 PM
To give BTC we would need some place they can spent it.

Any ideas for some cool feminine shop ? Wink
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Overstock.com CEO interested in NXT asset exchange! on: May 06, 2014, 12:35:45 PM
" Bad elements" is rather hard to tell exactly what it is. At point when you can't say exactly what it is maybe someone is just paranoid. But bad elements are the transactions and regulation in wrong places while still keeping open holes in law for all kind of acctions that are just wrong.

NXT always were looking interesting but it is hard to see right now its important impact.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Foundation Election Yields No New Board Members on: May 06, 2014, 12:31:55 PM
Information about this foundation shouldn't be that important.

But I'm afraid as long someone would finally create different foundation or everyone is get drunk enough we wont be able to do much about it.
59  Other / Off-topic / Re: Final Warning on Giving Up on: May 06, 2014, 12:29:29 PM
Volume of transactions are very important for any currency since it shows its popularity.

Right now for sure it is deciding point. Hard to put any bigger impact now on your own but we should maybe finally start to work together...
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.6 HARDFORK MANDATORY UPDATE on: May 06, 2014, 12:27:36 PM
I guess people would need to be crazy to not accept dogecoins right.

It is no longer joke or troll. Right now it is normal, popular currency. Most important part of many is it popularity. Right now it has biggest PR and marketing influence out there.

Future looks interesting.
