anyone having luck with the sp31 or ship date on sp35?

My SP31s are working great.   What exactly do you need to know?

i may order a 235 to squeeze a few more th/s out of my power capabilities and to have the ability to branch off with a second  company.

I have been scared of dealing with this company. I don't know why this may be wrong but I thought I had read somewhere that the miners were having overheating issues and the company owner was a spin-doctor talker type scammer.

Like I said I there is a strong chance I may be incorrect but I would like more advice before I ship spondoolies 5 grand in bitcoin

this company is the most trustworthy in the industry, and the owner is a very close friend of mine.
I would put my house on them delivering on time and on spec.

don't worry.

I read somewhere it was your birthday today? Congratz if it is! Smiley

Ok what temperature should i be watching, when its to hot? 85c is normal right, should i always try to be close to that?

115 or less  and if you notice my unit has 1 hot board here and I have set the watts low for some reason the machine goes way past my setting of 179 watts.

So to any spondoolies tech why does this happen?

Well i had it all wrong then, was mainly watching the front number, it goes to 115 at most, i have switch to 80 and lower the watts going to see how it works now,
Number 7 is also the one who gets the highest heat, also number 2 but 7 is the worst

FYI, I have basic monitoring capabilities added to my miner monitoring app for SP20s with more feature functionality coming.  It'd be great if folks with other SP models can give it a whirl as well and let me know how it works.

This is a Windows .net app.

See: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=596178.msg9772660#msg9772660

Thank you.

M

great work as ever mdude77, i'll install it on my win machine now and let you know

EDIT. doh. scrap that. miners are not on the same network.

If you can reach it through your browser it should be reachable via my app.

M

Trying SP20 via API on my LAN, set the allowed IP address in cgminer but not seeing anything on the app. Tried via HTTP as well, nothing showing, however it did reboot my miner via ssh! Shocked

I´m wondering if anyone has been able to put up Wifi with dongle?

Smiley

I am picking up a EVHC Supernova G2 1300 for my SP20. I'll send in my results when Amazon drops off the PSU next week!

Thanks! Wink

Hi Guy,

Are these shipping with Artesyn or Murata?  If Murata, do we have the option to have both PSU replaced with Artesyn?

Sincerely,

Artesyn (Emerson)

Please check your PM Cheesy

I have question about SP20, the front fan looks quite cheap 120mm fan, if i´m not mistaking that fan gives the most noise, what if i could replace it with ultra quiet fan on same size, would it work? less noise? Cheesy

No, and You lose the warranty. Use better the extra fan at the other end without opening housing.

I see i also checked out some other fans, not so many that have 4600rpm speeds so ofcourse its noisy Wink
