"loans of 0.00100000 to 0.00300000"
So $6-$19 (USD) for full ID verification profiles that can be used to set up accounts at other sites (localbtc, btcpop etc)
Solid plan

Minimum bet is 0.0001 BTC Maximum bet is 1 BTC Blackjack pays 3:2 Insurance pays 2:1 Number of decks is 5 Number of allowed splits is 3 Dealer does not hit on soft 17 Can double after split Can not hit split aces Can resplit aces Can double on first two Dealer does not peek
Is it normal with these rules that you lose both bets if you
- double down against a 10-j-q-k and the dealer has a hidden ace (blackjack) - split aces and get 21 on one or both, but the dealer has a hidden blackjack?
perfectly normal usually dealer's blackjack beats any of the player's hands except for blackjack which is a push usually this casino's rules are pretty common, no gimmicks ,don't know why are you so surprised I understand that players hands lose against blackjack. However, where I have played, if you double down and the dealer shows blackjack (not an ace up, but a 10-face) and it's a blackjack, you lose the initial bet and get the double down bet back (since there is no peek in this game) If you already understand that, so what is the point of having this conversation again? If I am not wrong, there are site that will give you a push if the dealer have a blackjack but mostly they dont, so you should not really expect to much from them. There is many of BJ site that I played before and only 1 that serve push if dealer has a blackjack and that site is already closing down so there is no reason for this thing to be cleared You're the one who joined the conversation. I was asking the owners of the site. Unless you need to pad your posts to promote your own casino, feel free to hang out in another thread,

[quote author=veleten link=topic=130242.msg4 some rules take only the initial bet (like in Nevada, for example) ,not the double portion of a bet if the dealer has a bj, but not to allow to double down or split on a dealer's 10/face card? what a nonsense specially for you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackjack[/quote] Your comment perfectly normal usually dealer's blackjack beats any of the player's hands except for blackjack which is a push usually this casino's rules are pretty common, no gimmicks ,don't know why are you so surprised From the wikipedia page you linked to The "original bets only" rule variation appearing in certain no hole card games states that if the player's hand loses to a dealer blackjack, only the mandatory initial bet ("original") is forfeited, and all optional bets, meaning doubles and splits, are pushed. "Original bets only" is also known by the acronym OBO; it has the same effect on basic strategy and house edge as reverting to a hole card game Not sure how "surprised" I acted. I just found it odd, since other casinos and sites seem to adhere to a more fair (in my view) set of rules. My primary complaints against this casino were/are - There was no explanation of the bonus game (for blackjack) on the site - There was a bug in the game that I experienced off and on for 4+ years. Time and time again it was reported, and with game logs, screen shots etc - it was for the most part ignored. I'm told the 2 bugs have been fixed - but I haven't played a ton to see if that's the case. - There is no way to export hand and bet history. I manually tracked over 1000 hands and found what I considered to be some improbabilities. However, I would love to check these over 100,000 or more hands - but the closest the site will offer is a seed history of the cards, with no way of knowing how the hand was played (example, success rate when doubling against a 9) - The crappy blackjack rules (in my view) - The slow customer service

Blackjack bonus is closing in on 4 btc. Any idea what the largest blackjack (7's) bonus ever handed out was? Nothing compared to the slots I'm sure - but curious.

If people insist on sending a stranger their ID (sketchy af), at minimum, watermark the images so at least they'll be tougher to re-use if the person is selling the ID's or using them later If the OP is legit, they should have no issue with watermarked images. Sites like https://www.watermark.ws/ for people without photoshop etc to add their own watermarks.

Had an issue that was responded to and fixed very quickly recently. Good sign for this go-to site.

Did the site crash? I lost a bet, and then was unable to bet or withdraw.
Got an error that the game had already been played. then an error that the server connection had been lost.

Thank you
You don't reply to emails. You disabled chat on the website (years ago). You haven't been on bitcoin forum in 7 days. I'm not making up that glitch/bug. Besides losing bets - what is the best way to get support for bitcoinvideocasino? My fault for continuing to play at a casino that not only pays lip service to honest bug reports, but doesn't answer emails, and doesn't even monitor their presence in the forum. I play because this is the only casino that legitimately pays out when you cash out. However, either all the team quit at bcvc, or they just have complainers like me on ignore. Had 3 more bets lost, and nothing but crickets no matter where it's reported. Well, at least your thread gets bumped up in the forum.

Since you'd rather focus on banners and releasing other versions of the casino (and not fixing or even acknowledging the reported bug/issue)....Can you provide the Win/Loss/Push record for account 2ec08bf3f3 (since you also don't provide a hand/bet history so players can self audit)
Hi jonasBTC, Apologies if we've skipped over this, can you email us the details of the issue once again to admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com? I'll ensure that it gets looked into with urgency. Please also either PM or email us the email address where you'd like us to send the Win/Loss/Push record for account #2ec08bf3f3. Thanks! I didn't ask for a csv or anything else. But you restrict the history from players so they can only see the last 20 hands (and even then it's often less than 20 if the bonus game is engaged) How can a person trust this site if it takes this long (we're now on day 10) to get something as basic as the win/loss/push record.

Have you made any progress with the bug/glitch where the site freezes and the hand/spin doesn't become part of the play history?

I would really like to buy some Ethereum Classic via Shapeshift.
Are there any alternatives to trade Ethereum Classic?
I've used shapeshift maybe 40 times. The last time there was an issue and it took me 2 days to get my coins back. 39 of 40 is obviously really good. The 1/40 time was a but unnerving. If you do go with shapeshift - keep track of - the address you're sending to (at shapeshift) - the address you're expecting the Ethereum Classic - The wallet where you can get your refund if the exchange/trade fails - Transaction ID when you send

Doesn't instill a lot of confidence for those waiting on refunds from shapeshift.

I reported what appeared to be a glitch/bug to the admin@ email - and followed up with one, and both were outright ignored.
I have an account that is an affiliate account. I logged in and saw a (very) small earned balance.
Somewhere in the range of 3.5 credits (in blackjack) - so 0.00035 (so like $3 USD, so not a big deal)
I put 3 credits on one hand - and started to play. No cards were revealed, the site basically "froze"
I waited, the site gave a time out message after a few minutes, and when I cancelled the message, the 3 credits were returned to my balance.
This has happened before when my own connection was having issues, and I always got the chips back.
There was no connection issue. I had streaming music in another tab and refreshed twitter while this site was frozen.
The 3rd time I cancelled the error message, the 3 chips were not returned.
The play history did not show any bet, but the credits were gone.
I reported this to alert the site. I did not report it as any sort of bug bounty program. I reported it and wanted to know if this was a known issue or if they would look into it.
No replies.
This is an honest gaming site. I've had signups win nice amounts and always were instantly paid. But this was not something I made up (I mean really, would anyone do this over $3?)
If the site wishes to find my email, just do a search for 8a92653558 in your support email. It's the last email I sent (April 13)

I'll preface this by saying normally these guys are great. Support is definitely slower than before, but they have been good to me.
I emailed a couple times with similar 777 questions but no reply.
Whether you participate or not, you contribute to the bonus (which blows). The minimum they could do would be to take a few hours and properly spell out the rules for the bonus games.
Keyjockey, if you had split the 77, and the next card dealt was a 7, you would have won (I'm pretty sure anyway).
Apologies for the slower support of late, we always try to provide a response by email within 8 - 12 hours max. but occasionally this timeframe does slip which isn't ideal; that being said quick support will return very soon as we're implementing some team changes. Let's be clear. It wasn't "slower" support. I voiced the concern of a user who I referred to bcvc, and also my own concern about vagueness of the bonus rules in that game. There was no "slower" - there was no reply period.
