Even though I see the posts of others after me led to bans, accounts I posted about don't appear in the modlog.

Did you report the plagiarized posts you found? Only to post it in here isn't sufficient, you have to report it, too. Sometimes the mods are deleting the posts I've reported, but the account is still active. Then I've to report another copy/paste post to get them actually banned. Also, banned users don't have any indication in their profiles. Maybe those users I reported were already banned?
And since there isn't a full list of banned accounts, maybe the ones I reported were already banned?
