41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: August 24, 2018, 08:14:55 PM
Bitcoin in my opinion is a pioneer, a prototype and sooner or later he will die. Many see in bitcoin a way to avoid taxes, but bitcoin is not so anonymous. Most of the exchanges trading bitcoin require KYC and will provide these data to the authorities if they are required.
The most valuable thing about Bitcoin is that he introduced blockchain technology to the world. Blockchain is power. Its potential to change the world can be compared with the potential of the Internet.
42  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to do with scammers on: August 24, 2018, 07:59:15 PM
I saw 70-80% ico are scam which are not reliable .they do smart work and making projects by invester and advisers and after not giving token ,making scami .what to do with them. Have you ever fallen in scams ? I am fallen some time .

Scam was and will be wherever possible. What can we do with the scammers? Nothing, they are not so stupid that they could be caught (except for some). It's only in your power to look carefully where you invest money.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought bitcoin at $20k last year on: August 22, 2018, 10:56:32 PM
do not worry! if you consider investing in bitcoin for a long time, then in any case, the price of bitcoin in a few years will be very expensive! the price of bitcoin already within a year - can rise to a minimum of 40,000 dollars!

Agree, you must forget about Bitcoin next 6-18 month. It will rise again. And I hope you've learned the lesson. Sometimes better to sell and lose ~2000$ if u see its going down not wait for your deposit to be depreciated. Worst thing in this situation is that you can't trade, you just watching.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchains will create a better world on: August 22, 2018, 10:39:23 PM
Blockchains allow frictionless, fast, safe, and fair transactions between parties worldwide. They limit the ability of parties to benefit at the expense of the greater economy. They allow integration of the entire world into a fair and level economic playing field. And will help us to create the fair, honest, efficient, and safe world we all want to live in – says Paul Snow, CEO at Factom.com, in Bithub.pl’s #SundayInterview.

Is blockchain a breakthrough technology that can bring transparency to every aspect of social and political life? Or such a statement would be too far-fetched?

We can assume that the blockchain technology is so successful, that it can really change the financial and other industries completely. But big business does not hurry to implement these technologies, only small projects and that is probably for the sake of the test. True, if you look into the past, then almost always new technologies need time, they need to mature, improve, eliminate shortcomings, and only then they will be used ubiquitously.

Perhaps blockchain is really a breakthrough, or maybe not, but it is obvious that its time has not yet come.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are tokens in bounty campaign paid? on: August 20, 2018, 10:09:31 PM
Just wanted to ask if we need any kind of wallets to recieve those tokens after the completion of campaign. And also how can token be traded into bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies.Any idea?

Each bounty campaign can vary from each other. Before launching a campaign, a topic with terms and rules will be created. You pass registration where you specify a wallet where to pay (often they pay in the form of ETH). Many bounty campaign recently demand KYC.
46  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: August 19, 2018, 04:14:34 PM
Lets say crypto completely and utterly replaced fiat. Fiats don't exist anymore. All governments have seen the advantage of using digital currency and have completely changed their fiat into crypto, like dollar to dollar token(obviously not tether). How viable is this? For example anyone can see how much I am holding using the public ledger and track me down and force me into sending them the cryptos I hold. I wanna discuss in reality if cryptos actually replace fiat how life will be and what are the problems we are gonna face and the immediate effects of it.

I think in 5-10 years in the shops no one will even take fiat money. After the next global financial crisis, the majority will go to the blockchain and cryptocurrency.
And about tracking, there are such services as cryptomixers and they will come to a new level of anonymity.
47  Economy / Economics / Re: Global financial crisis on: August 19, 2018, 03:57:26 PM
I'm expecting a new crisis to arise in the next 4-6 years, i think what's happening in the loan and reposition industry creates a pathological state.
Banks are still feeling too safe for what they're doing, their mistakes will sooner or later bring on a decline.
Also considering austrian cycle theory, i'd say we're in the boom. Soon gold and solid cryptos might be the go-to when it comes to keeping your money safe.

How long do you guys think we have until we face the next crisis?

I completely agree that the next crisis is waiting for us, but I think it will come sooner than in 4-6 years. We have a maximum a couple of years to get ready for it. The problem of the last crisis has not disappeared anywhere.

But remember that any financial crisis is not only a trouble, but also a time of opportunity.
48  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain future on: August 19, 2018, 03:05:21 PM
Hi Guys ! What you think about feature of blockchain startups?

Blockchain in the future.
  • Going beyond the world of finance.
Despite the fact that now blockchain is used, mainly, only in the world of finance, we will soon see a rapid expansion of the sphere of influence of this technology.
  • Spreading the use of smart contracts.
Such a phenomenon as "smart contracts" allows you to make various transactions without the participation of third parties, since they will be performed automatically.
  • State cryptocurrencies.
Thanks to the indifference of the states at the beginning, bitcoin initiated the development of cryptocurrencies - digital money, independent of government interference. But Blockchain has all the necessary resources to fundamentally change our world, so, no doubt, people with power will not turn a blind eye to the development of this technology.

There are still a lot of interesting projects will be created, which we do not even think about now, but most of them will fall. The main reason why many projects will fall is the thoughtless aspiration to make money quickly.
49  Economy / Economics / Re: With Hackers everywhere, How safe is Cryptocurrency? on: August 18, 2018, 06:42:17 PM
The main reason for the hacking is the insufficient attention of the organizers of the ICO and phishing attacks, from which in most cases no antivirus or other protection systems will help.

  • Don't hurry! Always carefully approach the issue of choice, ICO project, a stock exchange or exchange office, a news resource, etc. This will allow you to get away from trivial schemes with phishing sites.
  • Use proven security systems: antivirus, personal firewall, quality VPN. Do not forget that under the guise of a free antivirus malware may be hiding. Check the developer, it will not be superfluous.
  • If you have significant amounts, do not keep everything in one place. Use cold hardware wallets. Do not connect or work on unfamiliar computers where malware can be installed.
  • Be in the subject of events. When using any software that has access to your crypto assets, keep an eye out for product updates and developer recommendations.

If you don't rush in matters of storing, transferring crypto and well studying new ICO projects, there will never be any problems with hackers.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: August 18, 2018, 04:12:56 PM
why is it ok for a group of people calling themselves the government to force everyone to buy their services?
if enough armed people refused to pay and told the government to go fuck itself there is nothing they could do.

Tax money goes to the country's budget
The budget is spent on different needs, in different countries in different ways, for example:

  • financial support of law enforcement bodies of the state
  • the maintenance of state institutions (hospitals, schools, orphanages, etc.)
  • ensuring the security of the state, in particular the maintenance of the army
  • financing of state programs
  • the content of the state administration apparatus (payment of salaries to civil servants)
  • construction and improvement of social facilities and territories
  • pension provision

Without taxes, the budget will not be replenished and your country will fall apart

Do you want chaos in your country?
51  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason we pay taxes and why we should on: August 17, 2018, 06:28:44 PM
Taxes helps in :

Paying the salary of government employees
    Making of roads
    Public schools
    Parks run by the government
    Maintenance fees
    Making government hospitals
Making high schools ... The list is endless

We all use all these services at one part of the life or other therefore we can just consider it a little payment for that .
People frown how government is corrupt , it is but not entirely if it was then you woont see new projects coming up in your town or city.

It's just our responsibility to pay taxes, we shouldn't run from it because it will more or so be used for everyone out there in your country , you are indirectly helping others too through paying them , the less advantageous ones.

Also one might say government can print all the money they need , but that's not the case ..the more money a government prints the lower the value of their currency gets which genrally have adverse effects in many sectors.

I fully understand and support the idea that we all have to pay taxes for certain services for everyone, but none of us knows how much we really need money to support all this. Look at the officials, they are all over the rich people, because of their salary? I do not think so. Not a small part of taxes goes into the pockets of not honest people. I am for taxes, but I am for transparency.

We need a new reporting system for example, and such a system can be created on the basis of a blockchain
52  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bubble on: August 17, 2018, 06:04:42 PM
Now in most news about bitcoin you will find information that this is a bubble that is about to burst, I hear it from the first days stay ingin the sphere. Firstly, not a single bubble has done what bitcoin has done since its inception. The real bubble grows like crazy and burst, it does not return in a couple of years and does not rise to a new high.

I think that a real giant bubble is a global debt market. Bitcoin and other crypto assets simply provide an opportunity to escape from this old system, and at the same time offering the opportunity for a better and more decentralized future.
53  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: August 17, 2018, 01:45:01 AM
If your savings grow due to trading, then I would recommend partially invest these savings in real estate. You will have a physical house/apartment that can be rented or in case of emergency sold if necessary and this is the real thing that will be yours. The crypto at this stage looks like the future, but no one can be sure of anything. Real estate is something that always will be in demand.

Having several houses/apartments, you can live only at the expense of rent.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I late to the party? on: August 17, 2018, 01:33:22 AM
I think it's never too late to buy cryptocurrencies

I agree, it's never too late to start in the crypto because there are so many promising coins that are just starting their way and which are not so expensive as giants like bitcoin or Ethereum.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need some Altcoin to hold longterm :D on: August 17, 2018, 01:26:22 AM
In my opinion the best variants for a long-term investment are Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple. Personally, I have a part of the deposit in Litecoin and other part in Ripple, right now is a good time to buy.

Anyway I don't recomend you to spend all your deposit.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not for people who want permanent money! on: August 16, 2018, 05:06:11 PM
Hey guys, I think crypto is not for guys who want to earn money fast, or become rich in a few month. If you invest in crypto you have to wait and work hard to take part in bounties in time!

You can get rich quickly on crypto if you are lucky, but get rich without luck requires knowledge and experience of several years, during which you will lose investments.
To trade you need to be mentally prepared and not to panic, monitor the currency exchange rate and news and at the same time there are big risks, the price may drop below the purchasing one for many months. It is also necessary to take into account the complex process of depositing money to the exchange for beginners, as well as paying % when withdrawing funds back.

Given all this, I can agree that crypto is not for guys who want to earn money fast, or become rich in a few month.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Will Kill Cash ? Is this True on: August 16, 2018, 04:17:35 AM
The collapse of the traditional financial system is inevitable, it is only a matter of time (10-20 years). Most people in the late nineties did not believe that e-mail would replace ordinary mail and the Internet is just a bubble that will soon burst. Personally, I trust math more than the state, and that future is on blockchain.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars? on: August 15, 2018, 11:37:01 PM
What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars?

  • Very low commissions that do not depend on either the recipient's country or the amount transferred
  • Everything works 24/7/365 without holidays
  • Almost instant transfers
  • New opportunities (smart contracts, multi-signatures)
  • Getting rid of middlemen

and this is just what I remembered right away
59  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN is useless!? on: August 15, 2018, 06:44:58 PM
Bitcoin hedead to zero?
The former ceo of paypal Bill harris said that, bitcoin's value will continue to dwindle until it gets "eventually a whole lot closer to zero."and saying that there's just no value in bitcoin and "Bitcoin makes no revenue, no profitability."
he also called the cryptocurrency is a
"colossal pump-and-dump scheme, the likes of which the world has never seen."
I think this is non-sense, what about you?

Source: cnbc

If you look at the history of bitcoin, there was a takeoff, then a collapse and within a year it "lay" until a new wave of investors interested in this came.
He will not go anywhere - this is an entire industry already, a whole new sector.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Trading BOT based on Neural Network on: August 15, 2018, 05:37:38 PM
After other video I watched, where neural network during thousands and thousands of simulations and games with itself achieves incredible results, I wondered that if there is somewhere very smart trader programmer who made a bot on the basis of neural network and launched it to learn from the old market data and now this system, with a very high chance, on the basis of the current market data, buys and sells almost always with profit. I'm not a professional programmer, but I guess how much I need to invest in such a bot, but as I think it's quite real.

What do you think about it?
