41  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's stop PANIC SELLING Bitcoin on: March 12, 2020, 09:13:17 PM
People often sell off everything during the fear phase. It remains to be determined if Crypto is a risk-on asset or a safe haven asset. It still needs to find its legs and its place in investor psychology. Also how Crypto and investors reacted this week may not define how they react to a longer pandemic.
42  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's over $9000! on: January 30, 2020, 11:12:14 AM
I think $10,000 is the dream for a longer period of time, so i think a lot of people will sell at that point. I believe it will stay around $9,300-$9,500 for awhile. It took 3 days for the price to go from $8,300 to $9,300 and it will take at least one week to go around $10,000. When it finally hits it many people will start selling, so probably it will go down a little, $10,000 is a mental barrier for many people. Thereby, I personally think, it's going to hover around $9,300-$9,500 for next weeks or even months. Then, in May it will see gains again. But, I don't think it has a chance of breaking ATH this year.
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: is bitcoin rises high contineue in future next month? on: January 30, 2020, 10:59:46 AM
In my opinion, altcoins are staying behind again, and it means this pump is about cash moving around instead of entering this market, so I see as very likely we have a massive bullish breakout precisely because of this reason, since there must be a purpose in taking so much money from altcoins and move it into BTC.
The parabolic from last year was also fed from a lot of money from altcoins. But if the past is an indication, whatever comes after the top won't be positive for the crypto market as a whole.
44  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the most useful crypto trading bots? on: January 30, 2020, 09:35:54 AM
I run bots, but also run a set of semi-automated tools that aren't quite bots, but make my life much easier. For instance, suppose I want to execute a limit order without paying the taker fee. Like many others, I have a program that will dynamically reprice my order to ensure it's at the top of the book. Just using this has saved me thousands, both in taker fees and being on the good side of the spread. That program is not a bot intrinsically, but is a potentially fundamental part of any bot. Every toolkit starts somewhere.
45  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: TRADING IS LOTUS (CRYPTO ALERTS) - With over 1,000+ hours of backtesting. on: January 30, 2020, 08:36:07 AM
I recommend everyone, don’t ever buy any trading system. Just ask yourself, if an trading system was so successful and it's developer was making so much money then why would this individual need to sell it or promote it's services. Further, In trading It doesn't matter what system you use it all depends how you use it. No strategy will work with poor or non existent money management and get rich quick mindset. Even simple 50 MA works fine if used properly. There isn't any magical strategy which guarantees you to win it all. You are the strategy.
46  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best way to learn about Forex trading? on: January 30, 2020, 08:21:30 AM
I have self taught myself to trade Forex. Books are what I would recommend. start from the basics, Currency trading for dummies, then work towards your style of trading. study charts. Draw lines. Don't jump the gun with a $2,000 account, do a month on demo to refresh your self with everything, and start building a strategy, back-testing and everything then move on to small Live till you get consistent, about 3-6 months depending on the strategy and then up the account size.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH, BNB, NGR, XRP, LTC ,Eos, Neo,MKR And BCH Price What Do You Think This Year? on: January 29, 2020, 04:40:41 PM
I choose non of them. I think maybe you could pay more attention on privacy currencies, such as XMR, DASH, ZEC. Actually the capacity of storing value is more important than regarding cryptos as a payment, think about what kind of asset does rich people want, especially those getting rich through illegal acts. In my opinion the decentralized, untraceable, reliable cryptocurrencies are exactly what they want, this demand is based on human nature.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next price in XRP on: January 29, 2020, 04:21:43 PM
I don't like this project from the first day. The super whales that own most of the XRP supply, Right now they are paper millionaires, even after this huge crash. On paper they are richer than the richest guys in tech right now. One day they will cash out that monopoly money into real Fiat. When they do, they will be so fucking rich in an instant, but the price of XRP will rupture and plummet back down to a ridiculously low price, maybe 1 penny. That day could tomorrow or next month or next year. But trust me, those guys will want to cash out at some point, because they don't believe this coin, too.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it worth to invest in Dash coin? on: January 29, 2020, 04:13:46 PM
I've been holding a significant share of Dash ever since and firmly believe in the project's future value. I'm not saying it will definitely be the best or most valuable but, the more I learn in crypto and see where the Dash project is going reaffirms my confidence in the project even more. I almost don't care about price right now because I see huge things for Dash in the future and can't even fathom the final value in years to come. I only see a way undervalued technology, team, and community for the time being.
50  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimizing the risk- How much possible it is? on: January 29, 2020, 12:41:30 PM
The only way you will minimize your risk is by testing the hell out of your strategy over a significant sample size. Don't even think about dropping real money on this until your strategy has been proven to be consistently profitable. Your money management needs to be rock solid and compared to what most buy & hold guys do, you actually need a deeper understanding of timing trades. also another way to minimize risks is to not doing day trading as much as possible.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why are exchanges still listing shitcoins? on: January 29, 2020, 12:27:41 PM
Stick this in your head. Exchanges are charging to much cash to list coins. New coins that pay their way onto exchanges are already a 'no go' for me. they are just Pumped and Dumped coins. Better spend the money on established coins that have been around for years. Now, despite the fact that we have new shitcoins coming out weekly, at least we have hundreds of projects with real utility and innovation so that the shitcoins get less visibility.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Crypto Should I Invest In 2020 ? on: January 28, 2020, 11:03:43 AM
Bitcoin will remain as always even if the price will go down, it is somehow considered to be traditional and believable crypto from the side of people and crypto community. Of course the next will be Ethereum. It's the 2nd largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization and on top of the list for daily traded volume, and because of smart contracts Ethereum is so popular and valuable. Then, EOS and Monero will take their firm places. The fifth one is very personal, However, I choose ripple.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Altcoin's Price Jump? on: January 28, 2020, 10:00:42 AM
I am 30% in altcoins so I'm hoping they recover starting after the 3rd halvening. I think altcoins will rise again when Bitcoin reaches It's ATH and it's transaction capacity limits again. Now, People tend to jump on BTC while it's on the way up, then it's bubble pops that will just mean there is a ton of money in it that can be diversified into altcoins. The altcoin market is not done at all. there are a lot of smart people out there. When altcoins have dumped like a rock on the bitcoin ratio, smart ones will see this as a nice trading opportunity.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's the feeling on here for VeChain's future? on: January 28, 2020, 09:49:11 AM
VEN is actually one of the very few crypto's that you can regard as a business. It has intrinsic value and can make profit as a business. The same cannot be said for the 8000 other cryptos that are floating around purely on speculation. Especially the currency crypto's prices are just based on what other people are willing to give for it and there is no real way to measure their intrinsic value. If you are afraid for a complete Altcoins crash, VEN is one of the few who will survive based on it's partnerships and how it's already running as a solid company.
55  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Trading Strategies- Best Practices on: January 28, 2020, 09:31:02 AM
  • Watch the price action
  • Watch the order flow
  • Recognize the pattern
  • Do quant analysis
  • Study charts
  • Analyze trends

When you are trading beginner, there is a lot to learn. Here are a few steps to get you started in the right direction. These tips will not only help you decide what and when to trade, but also show you how to manage risks, and how much capital you will require.
In my opinion, there is nothing like best trading strategy. It is generally a set of strategies which one uses to gain expected results. trading requires thoughtful and strategic outlook with emotional discipline to make it result oriented. However, study price action was good for me. I tried a lot of systems and indicators and eventually dropped them all. Now I just trade reversals from support and resistance. Try to know where are these levels, and how to trace them. then wait the price is close to these levels, make a programmed order price to start and to close your trade.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: On most altcoins disappearing on: January 27, 2020, 11:30:21 AM
A coin never completely disappear unlike most businesses, but can be dead. Bitconnect is still around and being traded from it's community, but it's dead. It is rare to see a coin be resurrected. a lot of altcoins projects will die off because a lot of them are shit or scam. I think there are more than 8000 cryptocurrencies, and 1% of 8000 is 80 which is the maximum in my opinion of use case cryptos. Don't get me wrong, may there are more but this is generally what we are sure about. The chuff of useless shitcoins will die while projects with teams, goals, roadmaps, white papers and a clue will survive.
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: [2020-01-25] Can Bitcoin Price Hit $424,000 Sometime in Late 2021? on: January 27, 2020, 11:13:53 AM
We have people saying Crypto and blockchain is the best thing that happened in the last decade. Others say the value in it is biased and therefore it must be a bubble. There is only one truth here, nobody can say for sure, but it appears more and more everyday that not only blockchain but also cryptocurrency have a strong place in the market. I see a bright future for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole. I think 400,000 USD is far from expected for 2021 but Bitcoin can cross 500,000 US dollars easily in this decade, Because might be the 3rd halvening is already priced in, but I am sure the 4th and 5th isn't priced in yet.
58  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese New Year - Crypto Market on: January 27, 2020, 11:06:49 AM
If you have seen the trend chart of Bitcoin, the China, Korea and other Asian countries have a driving power for this market if you will see the fluctuation in the market and their effect from. Major fluctuation happened due to these counties only. almost most of them tend to buy cryptocurrencies. So therefore, The lesson I get from crypto market, buy a good coin, hold and forget. Come back in a couple years and check the value of your holdings. Cash out what you need. Come back when you need more.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Today is the first day of notorious Korea/Japan/China new year on: January 27, 2020, 10:44:22 AM

If you’re curious it’s the day many people gathering to convince you

You need to pay taxes
You need to use bank
You need to get married
You need to invest
You need to get a job

AMA anything.

Brb I’m getting out of this fake fakestival
It’s the day you’re expect by many to spend a lot of money just to please your parent your gf and your kids.

Your wife have high expectation, your gf have high expectation, your kids have high expectation, and they will compare you on every corner.
For one, Chinese New year is not only a Chinese holiday. many countries other than China are also celebrating. It’s a holiday there where a lot of people go traveling, so the idea is they’re taking money out of the market for other things during this time. It’s expected that the money will go back into the market when the holiday is over. If you look at the last few years you will see each year before Chinese New Year prices have majorly dropped. History tends to repeat itself. Also after Chinese New Year they tend to go way up. Expect major dip Weds and Thurs and next week prices to increase.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: Centralized exchanges have become the banks of the cryptocurrency world on: January 27, 2020, 10:36:43 AM
It's true. the centralized exchanges have been manipulating markets for too long. storing large amounts of crypto on a wallet that you don't have keys to is the most foolish thing an investor could do. Now all these exchanges are encouraging staking on their platforms in return for a small percentage in annual interest and who know what they're doing with all those staked coins. What is the difference between a savings account paying you interest and these exchanges paying you interest. It's literally the exact same thing.
