41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the potential benefits of the present crisis for crypto? on: April 05, 2020, 08:35:33 PM
People get to see more of the negative impact of every problem (crisis) than the positive, particular;y when it comes to the prices of cryptocurrencies.
Yes, it is true that there was a drawback in the price of bitcoin and altcoins generally when the pandemic grew. However, I believe this should also have its positive side for the crypto industry.

My view is that the crisis is not bad for the crypto industry, rather it will make more people recognize its true value.

So, I would also like to know your views on the positive impact of the crisis on the crypto industry?
Thanks.
My personal opinion is that because of the quarantine, many people start learning something new while sitting at home. There is a lot of content about cryptocurrencies, so people start to study this direction and accordingly invest and buy cryptocurrencies. That is why we are seeing the market gradually begin to recover.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your advice is needed if you know about mining on: April 05, 2020, 08:17:17 PM
Is there any one on here who is Mining coins using solar panels and inverters? I would like to know how good this is, I heard it's the best way to get rid of electricity hassle for good, I'm not worry about the cost though, just want to know the performance
Buddy is a bad idea. You will need a lot of time to return the investment. This essentially does not make sense. I could have calculated everything for you, but I don’t know where you are from. (The pricing policy for solar panels differs in different countries)
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are comfortable investing in government controlled investments on: April 01, 2020, 09:32:56 AM

It is only smoke & mirrors to postpone the inevitable collapse of the global economy. Will Bitcoin then be seen as a real safe haven or will it be too late?
It seems to me that as soon as a specific global recession really begins, the majority of bitcoin owners will start selling their.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible in may that a block of BTC will be mined for longer than 10min? on: April 01, 2020, 09:30:46 AM
In the near future (in may of this year) there will be a halving in the Bitcoin network, which will lead to a decrease in the reward for block mining from 12.5 bitcoins to 6.25. This will reduce the revenue of miners by half. Now the crypto market has fallen heavily following the global economy and it does not seem that it will be able to recover and the price of Bitcoin will grow significantly by may 2020.
All this can lead to a serious drop in the network's mining power. The difficulty of the network is recalculated once every 14 days (or after 2016 extracted blocks), and we may find ourselves in a situation that miners will take much longer to solve the tasks necessary for them to be given the right to form a block of the Bitcoin network.
Do you think it is possible in may 2020 that a block of Bitcoin will be mined for longer than 10 minutes?
Specifically in may this may actually happen but then the outdated miners will be replaced by new ones and bitcoin will be all right)
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Satoshi theory? Deceased or alive & well on: April 01, 2020, 08:07:24 AM
What is your Satoshi theory?

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on Satoshi Nakamoto.

If he's not with us today, I'm sure he'd be appalled with the amount of money being printed by governments/central banks.

One of his legendary quotes are:

"If you don’t believe it or don’t get it, I don’t have the time to try to convince you, sorry."

Is he deceased? Did he pass away from Cancer or some other grave illness?
However, no one can give an exact answer to Your question.Maybe Satoshi didn't exist at all. Otherwise, why did it become offline? There are still more questions than answers.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: are there any ACTUAL compelling theories Satoshi could have been a time traveler on: April 01, 2020, 07:55:06 AM
Bitcoin came into existence at the perfect time, almost like humanity needed it. Satoshi Nakamoto, the enigmatic and mythic figure seemingly disappeared without a trace, just as fast as he appeared, perhaps gracing the world with what little time he has left.

What are you thoughts/ theories?

"If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry" - Satoshi Nakamoto
The timing is really very good.As if someone already knows the course of history. But the question remains: what is Satoshi doing now?)
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do miners affect the price of Bitcoin? on: April 01, 2020, 07:31:36 AM
Miners don't set the price. They follow it. They're slaves, not masters. They don't control a 'base price', the market does. The miners have to suck up what the market forces on them and adapt accordingly.

The market doesn't give a shit about mining cost, or whether miners go out of business. It's not its problem. It's theirs. No one else needs to care. There'll always be someone out there willing to mine and who can do it for a profit.

The only area where miners have any influence over price is the coins they mine and own and what they do with them which makes them just another market participant.
I completely agree with you.Miners do not dictate the price to the market.Basically, this is done by people who have a large number of bitcoins on their hands. If you analyze this question more deeply it becomes clear that .almost no one is engaged in bitcoin mining at home. This is done by large companies that still make a profit using various tools.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralised is a scam on: April 01, 2020, 07:22:05 AM
It's your own fault. Your actions have attracted thieves to your home. So don't do it again next time! Hello to uncle Peter Wink
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: April 01, 2020, 07:15:52 AM

if everyone is afraid to touch each other, are they not afraid of fiat money when they trade because the virus can spread through paper money (drooling or sweating)??

This is the time we really use Bitcoin and CryptoCurrency as a means of exchange because we are physically not in contact with other people so we avoid contracting the Covid-19 virus (Corona).

I hope the governments of countries around the world can think about this and even campaign it in their respective countries (doing transactions with digital money, cryptocurrency and not with paper money)

Your logic is correct, but do not forget that there are already debit electronic cards that can also be pulled out anywhere without contacting with fiat money. In other words, people have minimal contact with paper bills.
50  Local / Токены / Re: [ANN] Tokoin - Широкие возможности в секторе ММСП on: March 15, 2020, 08:59:51 AM
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: That's my 2020 portfolio, what are you opinions? on: March 11, 2020, 08:13:52 PM
At the beginning, I want to thank all the users whose commented on my previous post.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5221467.40
Your comments were very valuable to me and helped me a lot.

Now, after doing some studies according to your suggestions and my initial study for some coins. I decided to increase my investments to 3 btc that's all I have.
I will keep 1 btc and divide the other 2 btc to 4 parts each part equal 0.5 btc for investing each in one coin.

So my portfolio will be
a) 1 btc will remain as it is
b) 0.5 btc will go for ETH
c) 0.5 btc will go for LTC
d) 0.5 btc (not decided yet)
e) 0.5 btc (not decided yet)

For d & e, I'm still thinking between
ZEC
DASH
DECRED
EOS
ONT
BNB

What are your opinions guys for that? And is it better to buy now or I should wait until btc stop rallying?

Note: I also have two alt coin called CHZ & CXO that I' holding from long time because I believe in their projects.
Definitely bitcoin and Ethereum is the right choice. But it would also be nice to buy EOS and BNB.I think these are the best assets to date.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto giveaway scams and how to spot them on: March 11, 2020, 12:04:22 PM
In General, there are fewer people who send money at the first opportunity. The most vulnerable are only beginners who think that it is very easy to earn fast money on the cryptocurrency market. But as the popular wisdom says-free cheese only in a mousetrap.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: March 11, 2020, 11:48:14 AM
It’s very good that the author of the post came up with the idea of creating such a branch. Beginners will definitely watch it daily.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Terminator of Centralized Exchange Disadvantages-Free Trading Market VDS on: March 11, 2020, 11:41:14 AM
What is VDS? Can you explain this VDS project in short?

Yes, I also did not quite understand what this project is.This is the first time I've heard about this, and most likely this project doesn't have a very good reputation.(although I may be wrong)
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when everybody buys the bottom ??? on: March 11, 2020, 11:13:43 AM
Basic things happen, the tokens perish.

There is a need for investors to always wary and do more research when it comes to buying the bottom.

The typical example that comes to mind, is the STQ, several people got on the token and bought the bottom, it was shocking because i kept asking myself, who were going to buy the pump.

I guess we all know the end of STQ token ?

Always dyor and be extra cautious when buying the bottom, crypto currency investment is indeed a risk but there are avoidable losses.

I am very much open to other suggestions
It is not clear what those who buy these coins are guided by.Investors simply take a big risk by giving money to such dubious coins.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: March 11, 2020, 10:33:19 AM
Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?
What to think here) Everyone chooses their own path and the opportunity to earn money. No one forces you to participate in the bounty and yet if you decide to do it, no one will ever give you guarantees of getting a big reward.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the right bounty for Newbie? Get rid of fake/scam project on: February 14, 2020, 05:54:05 PM
Good Day Everyone......

Upon reading on various topic these past few days and referring to my friends advise to choose the correct bounty, i'm a little bit confuse on how can we identify they correct bounty campaign to join with? Are there any series of steps to identify if the project is fake or not? Do we have a checklist on how we can confirm if the project is going to be a fraud?

As a newbie like us, what can you recommend for us to get rid of those project since a lot of project begins to collapse since BTC is souring high again?

All you thoughts will be beneficial to us.

Regards.

Cryptolico27
In my opinion, this is very easy to determine. You do not even need to spend a long time and just analyze the telegram group of any project. If she is alive people are real then it means that the interest of the community is great. The whole point is that any cryptocurrency project is interested in an active and lively community. From here, draw your own conclusions.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Away of this scam Coin on: February 14, 2020, 05:46:00 PM
As you can see this coin has risen 600%, the coin is only listed in Crex24 which is another home of scam coin. Don't invest your money on this sick scam coin. Check the image from Crex24 too. All the order is very small which are created only to pushing the price by DEV team or a group of people. Most coin listed in Crex24 are scam mostly. Stay away. Happy trading  Wink

By the way, this is a great signal of altcoin season. This is not a piece of financial advice.

You called the coin fraudulent but didn't provide any hard evidence.I do not know what this coin is and to be honest for the first time I hear it,but the very meaning of your conclusions is not quite correct.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Brave the best crypto friendly web browser? on: February 14, 2020, 05:39:56 PM
Toolbars like Pei and Lolli seem great at earning small amounts of Bitcoin.  However, Brave seems like the best browser to actually get rewarded for just surfing the web.  Are there any others?
I downloaded this browser a long time ago and haven't received anything yet.I don't really use it yet.For others browsers, alas, I do not know.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what solutions do make to cover Loss on: February 14, 2020, 05:30:58 PM
Personally , I lost nearly 1500$  from day trading. I do buy back theory now to recover the loss and invest on potential ico's. now i am going on a slowly steady way ,  if we get greedy then  we end up with nothing.

whats your solutions do you do for cover the loss?
I don't do trading.Yes, you can earn something on this, but I'm just not interested in it.Losses are incurred by those who want to earn easy money very quickly. But this is usually very risky.Try to just do everything with a cold head. Then the losses will be less.
