Does anyone know when Claymore will exceed the 3GB GPU's? There are some reasonable prices for 3GB CUDA cards on the market now and in times of GPU scarcity these are pretty tempting. Looking at GPU-Z right now it shows 2953MB dedicated memory on my RX 470s and I don't know if that means we are getting close to the 3GB limit. I developed a sheet that shows the DAG may not exceed 3GB until Nov 2018. Any thoughts on how much GPU memory above and beyond the DAG size is required to run? If anyone else is interested in my DAG size sheet it is https://goo.gl/YHM7HY. I couldn't find such a table anywhere so I decided to create one myself. If see any errors please let me know. |

Hii everyone!!!
I am having trouble with ethereum gpu mining!!! I used all gpu miners including claymore miner and all of them give the same error!!!
"GPU can't allocate the DAG in a single chunk. Bailing?"
I have done all sort of fixes but nothing fixed my issue...
For example I have increased virtual memory of computer, I tried different pools like nanopool minergate etc but none of them fix my problem..
I also changed gpu max alloc percent 100 to gpu max alloc percent 95. But this also do not fix my problem...
I have 8gb ram in my computer and 2 gb AMD Radeon R5 M335 Graphic card.. And Intel HD graphics 520..my computer is dell insperon.
Plz zzz help!!!!
Any idea? 😥🤔
DAG will not fit in a 2GB card you need at least a 4GB card. |

When mining only ETH, I get ~36MH/s, but when dual mining SIA I am only getting ~18MH/s ETH and ~90MH/s SIA. I thought dual mining wasn't supposed to decrease speed for ETH? I have 2 GTX 970's. Any advice?
I am using RX 470's and had to reduce SIA with -dcri 16 parameter to keep ETH from going down very much. -dcr 30 is the default and my ETH mining went down considerably until I reduced dcr intensity. You may need to play with the value to account for your GPU's. |

I got the dual mining working via Nicehash.
I tried LBRY and also PASCAL but both of them slowed down my ETH mining substantially... by about 6 MH/s for either of them.
I also tried DCR and it doesn't show any speed penalty... but is having 100% rejection rate.
Ideas on that ?
What version of the miner are you using? For DCR you can only use 9.2 and 9.3 due to header change. Earlier versions will only create invalid shares. Also once you are using the correct version for the DCR header change you may want to adjust the DCR intensity so as not to greatly impact ETH mining performance. The default dcri intensity is 30 but I found that -dcri 25 works well for my RX 470s. |

Hi All,
I currently trying to use 9.3 to Mine Eth but it does not seem to work properly with Dwarfpool, it connects but does not receive any jobs and then Disconnects, I have tried other pools and they works mining Eth and Dwarfpool EXP works fine, I have been able to connect in the past, any ideas anyone?

I use Dwarfpool with 9.3 and have no issues. THIS. Do not mix the two power supplies in a same circuit. They start "fighting" each other.
Since I just ordered a splitter to connect two PSU to a single mainboard, could you please confirm I won't need it? Just to make sure, I can connect 1 PSU to the mainboard and two GPUs (riser and power supply), and then connect second PSU directly to another set of riser and GPU? This is exactly what I do with 2 Corsair 750W PSUs and an ADD2PSU connector and it works fine. I got a quote from them for a cube. fuckers wanted .7813 btc for a cube they said $799 plus $37 that should be about .65 btc they are asking $1010 US
How did you get a quote for a cube? Their website still says there is no inventory for the cube. |

Any one has sent wire payment in USD?
they send me a form to pay by wire , but ill hold off seems fishy Singapore bank? UOB Bank right? they re-send bank detail with account number and beneficiary name now..It is a company name. I tried to call UOB Singapore, they wont disclose the account holder if this is legit or not, Bank just informed me to look at the forum LOL...but we are all scare like hell being scam with real baikal or not ?!?! Can people who have ordered successfully from them in the past chime in? How'd you pay, to where, order confirmation? etc edit: I sent them a link to this thread and asked them to post us a reply . . we will see if they can take the 2 minutes to do so. . I paid for a cube using BTC quantity based upon what they specified in my order on their website that includes shipping based on my address. It was pretty clearly documented what their policy is and it is not via USD and wire. We could only pay with BTC or Dash. This definitely sounds like a scam. After sending them the BTC I sent a screen shot showing 2 confirmations and then they asked for additional confirmations via skype the next day which I provided in realtime. I also noticed that their email is currently non-functional and I am pretty certain their is no inventory available at the moment awaiting their next shipment. We could also only purchase one or two in our order. Their website is the worst I have ever encountered in trying to order something and I was constantly in fear of something getting lost or not being able to logon again, which happened several times to me. |

Anyone ever have the problem where one of your GPU's won't get recognized on a riser? For the life of me one of my Nitro+ RX 470's won't get recognized by the BIOS no matter what I do even with this new BIOS. I changed the riser, changed the PCIe port, installed this custom BIOS and nothing helps. All the other GPU's are fine every time the system reboots but the GPU fans for this one never startup and I can tell immediately that it will not get recognized as soon as the power on switch is pressed. This is the 5th GPU and the other 4 as I said are fine. I'm using Windows 10 home but I don't think that matters since the GPU never starts up although the power light comes on. I've checked and changed all of the power cables too. I thought it was the GPU so I sent it back and this is the replacement so I doubt if it is 2nd bad GPU. I've also not done anything yet with the BIOS on this GPU.
I have exactly the same problem on same pcie port. help pls I got 5 to work by moving one that I had mounted on the MB to a riser. The MB GPU took 8 PCIe lanes while each riser mounted GPU takes 1 lane and the Z170 is limited in the number of supported PCIe lanes. |

Had it answered quickly and had a follow-up email conversation with some additional questions, all answered promptly. It was yesterday. Then this morning (Friday) I got a message from DHL informing me that my Cube was on its way from China. So far so good… *fingers crossed* I was trying to order and contacted one of their skype accounts. He told me I was wasting his time and if I wanted to be blocked when I asked for an email verification / quote via email to be sent to me. He sent me a bitcoin address that he has since deleted. When I furthered the point of just wanting to verify he went MIA I hope you have not been scammed, it is middle of the night for them I believe . . we will see. To my knowledge they have only one skype account and all of the other ones are scammers. The best way to handle it is to have them update your account on the website with payment info and then get the payment info from the website. If the skype person says they can't or won't do that then you are probably not dealing with the legit baikal account. Yep they specify the bitcoin or dash address in the order once they put in the exact coin amount to be paid. That is the only address that should be used. |

I'm mining x11 dash at suprnova but i heard https://www2.coinmine.pl/ was better for dcr and maybe dash. MUE looked the most profitable last time i checked Keep in mind that coinmine has a 1% fee and there is no fee for suprnova which means in our case suprnova has a 3MH/s advantage over coinmine so when you are mining at 300MH/s you are only getting paid for 297. |

Does anyone know what the private key under remote control is used for and whether any of the SGMINER options could be changed or some added to make it run faster? The manual is very bare bones and none of this information is explained and I'm kinda afraid to touch anything.

Did you email your payment confirmations? I sent mine right away and they asked for another copy on Skype which they accepted right away. They have been slow to answer me but stay persistent and skype during their working hours in China. |

I got today my new Baikal Cube miner.
When I deleted the default pools and add my new pool settings the miner is not starting. I was clicking the save pools button. This is on Miner Down state.
When I try restart with cgminer soft reset button I got an "Miner:111 Connecton refused" error message.
The red led on the miner is on , the blue is blinking and the green is off state.
How can I start the miner? Is possible an HW failure?
Did you remove the api-port and api-allow settings? I imagine removing 127.0.0.1 might break things. If all else fails, re-image your SD card and start over. TrX I remove the api-port, this is not solved the my problem. Where can I download the Cube SD card image? I had a very similar problem with connection refused after I deleted their default pools and added mine. I use suprnova and wasn't sure what port to use. Suprnova does not mention port 9995 for this but it does say 80 and 443. I tried 80 but it didn't work maybe because everything was already screwed up by then so I just left the 9995 alone after recycled power. I recycled The miner since it would always say starting and no pools were showing up. When I powered the unit off and on and everything that was initially there appeared again and the miner started up OK after the power recycle. I just changed the suprnova config to use my account and been fine ever since. |
