Elpida? What straps are you using? I get only 27mh/s on 1900 with 1500 straps
Yes, Elpida. I just copied the 1500 straps originally, but I read somewhere that Elpida works better with 1625 ones, so I'm using those. Looks like I'm trying to get them stable between 1925 and 1950, those scrape on 28MHs. I had stable for two days on 1990mhz and 28.5mh/s with 1500 straps, now I'm stuck on 1925mhz with 27.5mh/s..will try later today the 1625 straps |

Hi, I'm looking for custom straps for my pulse rx570 4gb with elpida, for now i have copied the stock strap from 1500 al the way to 2000 and get only stable 27.5mh/s @1925mhz..any advice?

that's just the core at 82w, the vrm uses another 70w..check it with aida64
my rx570 elpida @ 900mV uses about 150w for solo 28MH/s eth with core on 1132MHz, mem on 1975MHz..and 180w for dual 28MH/s eth + 280MH/s pasc
I download Aida64 and checked the power consumption of the GPU and VRM and it doesn't seem to make sense. I raised to the voltage to a little bit under stock voltage ~0.962v just to see how much power this would consume and Aida64 is saying the GPU is using ~115 watts and the VRM is using ~93 watts. But I highly doubt that means the cards are using 115 + 93 = 208 watts? That can't be. Which means at default voltage this card would be using way over 200 watts which it shouldn't since its TDP is only 150 watts. You sure the VRM wattage isn't just a percentage of the GPU wattage?  yes I'm sure, when I sum up all the wattage from aida64 it gives me the same number like the wattmeter on the wall |

hi, for two days everything worked great, the third day i unplug my monitor from the mobo hdmi and then my sixth gpu keeps crashing...i plug the monitor back in but it still keeps crashing until i lower my OC..why is this? two days the OC held, are hdmi dummies needed?

hi, today i received my m.2 to pci-e adapter and tried them out on two of my cards, when they are pluged in 2 of the 4 remaining cards that are on the regular pci-e slots go nuts, the cooler jumps for a minute to 100% and repeats that every couple of minutes...when i plug all the cards back to the pci-e slots the coolers work like they should..any ideas? asus prime h270 and 6x 570 elpida http://www.ebay.com/itm/172584561470?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT |

Does anyone have any input on why core clock would stick at 751 ONLY when dual mining? (it works but hash rate is 2/3 of what it should be for eth and DCR) I have running fine on another rig with different mobo and video cards. The problem board is Asus h170 Pro gaming with rx470 visionteks 4gb ram. It will hash eth just fine solo, and I had it working when I was running win 10, dual mining, however with windows 10 I could only run 4 cards. Even dropping down to four cards with simpleminer I am not able to effectively dual mine, hashes at 13-14 eth and around 400 dcr.
I have tried setting core clock to 1100 in oc tool with 1750 ram, no change. I have used both beta drivers when they were available before update, no change. I currently have pci speed in bios at gen 2, g6 enabled. Cant think of any of bios settings to try but I am totally open to any input, issue is driving me crazy. I suspect it could be a driver issue. I have try powerstate at 7 and 4. I can set core clcok less than 751, but it will not exceed that. When i mine eth solo it will adjust to my settings. My other rig functions perfectly fine, however I can not dual mine effectively with a core clock of 751.

Hi everyone.
I'm using SMOS from 14 days - great job Tytanick. Today I wanted to try Dual Mining with some Pascalcoin. Did the proper settings in Claymore 9.3 and my hashrate for Ethereum dropped to 50% of normal speed to about 13,5-14 MH/s per GPU while Pascal was around I believe ~2500 MH/s in total.
What have I messed?
My RIG is 6x RX 570 Gigabyte Elpida @ 1060 MHz core clock, 1940 MHz mem clock, power stage set to 0, 820 Watt from wall - it was stable for 14 days on Ethereum solo at 164 MH/s.
For Dual Mining I tried to even set power stage to 5 but it doesn't work either, seems like mining Pascalcoin is prioritizing over Ethereum.
I'm newbie miner, if this issue isn't software related please forgive me and ignore my post. Believe me or not, had tried to solve it by myself already.

1. Did anyone get 8 gpus working on this OS?
2. What does this mean?
Yes, I gues Pandaminers with 8 gpus ? If not then other configurations, yes. MSI Z270-A PRO it must have latest firmware !!! 4g encoding. make integrated gpu as default disable audio set pci-gen to auto or 1 or 2 (dont renember right now  ) If you will still have problem i will look into my bios tell me if this worked for you. Also see what soothaa wrote below, after you check those please tell me which image did worked I'm just asking in advance as I didn't yet buy two more cards so I'm running on 6 gpus right now many tnx for your OS as I have been trying to get my rig to work on windows for the last 7 days with no luck, on your OS everything works so far so good just to sum up: 6x sapphire rx570 pulse (elpida) 6x pci-e x1 to pci-e x16 usb risers v003 asus prime h270 plus celeron g3900 4gb ddr4 ram 16gb usb drive 2x fortron hyper 700w modded bios on all gpus (strap from 1500 copied to 1625, 1750, 2000) bios settings: 4g encoding enabled, DMI/OPI Config & Peg port on auto, disabled audio, integrated gpu as default oc settings in smOS: core 1132MHz, mem 1975MHz, power level 1 solo eth: 170MH/s @ 900w dual eth + pasc: 169.4MH/s + 1694MH/s @ 1104W keep up the good work  |

ima li tko iskustva sa UQUID? zvuce mi dobro i malo sto sam citao po forumu rekao bi da je pouzdano...ono najbitnije da nasa porezna nema uvid u promet na njoj

ne moraju biti veliki, dovoljno da su sumnjivi, vidis da nam porezna prati sve racune od pocetka godine, ne treba mi da jos moram platiti 25% poreza drzavi koja gleda samo da guli dio postene populacije
inace sto se tice iznosa ja jos nisam nista, tek prije tjedan dana sam poceo sa ovim pa jos trazim gdje si isplacivati jer vidim da svi skoro izbjegavaju devizne..no po mojoj racunici ako bi imao 2000kn mjesecno to je 24 000kn godisnje i ako vrijedi jos uvijek da ne moras pravdati uplate ispod 10 500kn onda je to vec duplo od limita

a o kojoj god sam citao uvijek nekome valja nekome ne...o ovima sam vise dobrog procitao nego loseg i svida mi se sto mogu direkt skoro svaki altcoin uplatiti pa oni prebace u eure..s druge strane gledam xapo i isto ne znam, kod njih moram prvo prebaciti u bitcoin pa njih uplatiti na xapo da oni promjene u eure..ne znam, nisam pametan, ne mogu se odluciti gdje probati, a takoder xapo za svaki drugi login mi salje sms koji cesto ne dode pa me i to malo zivcira
najbitnije mi nasa porezna nema uvid i da mogu od paypal dobiti refund

I don't know if I'm blind but my rx 570 pulse with elpida doesn't have a bios switch |
