401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 26, 2023, 05:35:48 AM
I agree with you, and sometimes i feel that the elimination from the champoins league is a helpful think because this way the team will be forced to focus on La liga, getting the title this year will be the best cure for them to forget what happened to them in the previous seasons
The elimination from the UCL was giving Barcelona more time to restructure its team. Xavi has more time to did various experiment with its team and yeah xavi has found the best strategy that can be used for his team. It can be seen from the recent performance by Barcelona. This club is always increasing a lot. I meant we must also be aware of the fact that Barcelona is slowly going up again. It has been winning a trophy and I expect xavi wanna try to add more. The possible trophy for now is la liga trophy but real madrid didn't wanna let Barcelona to win the trophy easily.
Maybe it's true, even though many people consider it a failure when they are eliminated in the Champions League, on the positive side they can focus on La Liga to get the title here. But again and again only a few people realize this, most of them want to see a team succeed instantly, no matter how bad things get. Today we have seen Barcelona develop, and I think next season they will be able to say a lot more in the Champions League.

Bologna vs Spezia is the middle board competition which is interesting to watch. Both is look the same statistic on the last 5 matches, but even the same, Bologna is still the favorite because play at home, Bologna has 1.9 odds, Spezia has 4.3 and the draw has 3.5. So far bet in the draw is still the favorite for the situation because both just want to feel safe. The target for this session is not even degraded, that makes them happy
There is no significant difference between these two teams, Bologna is only slightly superior to Spezia's guest. I think even though the dealer gives a small chance for Spezia to win, the opportunity is still open for them to come home with 3 points, yes it will definitely be very difficult to do. The chances of a draw for the two teams are also very interesting, even if it really ends for Bologna to win, I don't think there will be more than 2 goals scored.

It was difficult for Bayern after the break, it would seem that everything was done right in the match with Cologne, but after an early goal conceded, Cologne with the whole team sat in defense and it almost worked for them. The next game will be with Eintracht, the opponent is difficult but they need to win, otherwise they will shoot all the advantage. And today Eintracht will play with Freiburg, let's see if the defeat from Wolfsburg was some kind of accident, although they also beat Hertha 5-0.

The start of the second half of the season was definitely disappointing so far for Bayern Munich. I mean the 1-1 draw against RB Leipzig was ok in my opinion because they were playing at Leipzig and they are also a very strong team so that draw did not come completely out of nowhere for me. The result yesterday against Cologne was definitely a big disappointment for Bayern supporters though. In the first half Bayern showed a very poor performance in my opinion. Of course Cologne was pretty lucky to get such an early goal out of a corner kick but after that Bayern was not really able to create a lot of good chances.
This kind of situation reminds me of the start of this season, because at the start of the season Bayern Munich were in almost the same situation, they dropped a lot of points. Do they need another readjustment? I think if that's true it will be detrimental for them, because their chemistry should have been formed. Then is this the impact of too long a break in the Bundesliga? I hope that's not the reason for them, because all the teams have the same gap.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 25, 2023, 12:15:35 PM
What makes you so sure they can't get out of the relegation zone now? Everton's condition has not been too good in recent seasons but seeing them towards the end of the season they always get out of this zone. last season maybe we know what their condition was like, which was just as bad as now but they managed to survive in the Premier League.
Currently their points are still not too far away and are only a few points behind there. with there are still so many matches available now, I don't think it's possible for them to be the same as last season, even though they are struggling at the bottom of the standings.
Everton condition is clearly unfavorable, they are still focused on choosing a coach, while Arsenal will certainly win this match easily. However adamant Everton is this season, the harsh reality is that they are in the relegation zone. In the last 5 matches in the Premier League, Everton has never won and this result proves that Everton cannot go any further. Therefore, they need to improve a lot, not only the coach but the composition of the players, which seems to be decreasing.
They still have a great chance to get out of the relegation zone, we've just passed the half of the season, and that leaves a lot of games for Everton to get out of this red zone. With a few notes, of course, they should be even better, because how could they possibly get out of the relegation zone if their performances don't progress. Are they going to rely on luck? I don't think so, because even if they rely on luck there must be a very hard effort that they have to do.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 25, 2023, 12:00:23 PM
as we know Napoli qualified for the round of 16 without experiencing significant obstacles except for one defeat to Liverpool. And not just in the Champions League. even in Serie A Napoli still shows excellent consistency and has only experienced 1 defeat to Inter Milan. And it seems that in the last 16 Napoli will face Eintracht Frankfurt. I don't know much about Eintracht Frankfurt. so I can not predict this match. what are your predictions for this match?
In my estimation, Napoli will pass the tour without difficulty. Of course, I don't expect big score differences, but I think they will continue on their way by winning both games. Frankfurt is a strong team, no doubt about it. Still, it's not a team like Napoli. In Serie A, Napoli are fighting and winning against teams that are much stronger than Frankfurt in my opinion. Therefore, the experience of the matches with the big teams will give them a great advantage.
Napoli will be the frontrunners to put them as favorites in their meeting with Frankfurt. I'm the same as you, I didn't expect many goals in this match, but I'm sure Napoli will qualify from this round. Frankfurt is a team that can compete at European level in their domestic league, but today it is Napoli who have had impressive performances this season in both Serie A and the Champions League group stage.
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 23, 2023, 11:53:31 AM
Man, I did miss Bundesliga after all. Sure, the disappointment from Freiburg was personal, so deeply personal because of me choosing to ally with them this season, but then you go and watch BVB do what they do best (score, to hell with everything else) and that's the encapsulation of this league, really.

Anyway, Bellingham looks set to reject their offer, but I feel less and less confident he's coming to Liverpool now. After 4 seasons of flirting with him, we're at the worst we've been for years.
The first week after the break, there were many surprises in the Bundesliga matches, Bayern Munich drew, Freiburg suffered an embarrassing defeat and much more. One match that maybe many people thought this would not happen, yes, it was a match with a very heavy defeat.
While Borussia Dortmund may have won the match, their win still leaves a huge amount of work to be done especially at the back. They still have a very big job there.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 23, 2023, 08:59:20 AM
Results of 2 Serie A matches today.

Juventus were held to a 3-3 draw by Atalanta which made them (Juventus) fail to win 3 points after they had previously dropped to 10th place in the standings due to a club scandal. With this result at least Juventus has risen to 9th place in the standings, while Atalanta is in 5th place in the standings.

Roma again proved who has the right to be the winner, after they beat the host Spezia with a score of 0-2. Goals were scored by El Shaarawy and Thomas Abraham in the first half and second half. With this result Roma managed to move into the top 4 positions, while Spezia they had to stay in 15th place in the standings.
I was sure Atalanta would beat Juventus. But such a high number of goals shows that Juventus are not going to give up and will try to play at their best despite the club's difficulties. Atalanta are also doing well. Had it not been for Danilo's final goal, they would have taken the three points, but in fairness this match ended in a draw.
The match which attracted the two teams exchanged goals and forced the match to end in a draw. Juventus played well, so did Atalanta. It is very unfortunate for Juventus because they have to be sanctioned by deducting points which has made their position fall so deeply. As a result, they have almost no chance of returning to the top 4 and qualifying for the Champions League next season.

It turns out that this week there are no matches at all in Ligue 1 and there will be again next week. But my eyes were fixed on one of the big matches between Marseille vs Monaco, there are interesting facts that these two teams are in 3rd and 4th positions in the standings. But the distance between the two points is about 5 points and that's far enough in my opinion.

Marseille must win if they want to shift Lens in 2nd place, while Monaco even though they can win this match later they will still be in 4th place in the standings, at least they have to beat Marseille if they want to shorten the distance in points and be able to overtake 3rd in the standings.
Also Monaco must get 3 points because they are still in the shadow of Rennes who have the same points by collecting 37 points. Marseille remains the favorite in this match, I don't think both teams will be able to score a goal easily. In fact I think maybe a draw is the best result for these two teams. But we'll see, which team will be able to play better, and they will definitely be able to win, whoever it is.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 22, 2023, 03:43:12 PM
Today barcelona hosts getafe. while Real Madrid travel to Bilbao. Barcelona will want to get a comfortable win and at least maintain their lead. I have to say that Real madrid will face a tougher challenge on the road. It will be better for them if they can get a win from this away game.
We still haven't seen a goal in the Villareal-Girona game. There are about 8 minutes left in the match. Villareal are the better side but they haven't scored.
Barcelona got an easier opponent compared to Real Madrid. moreover this will be their home game this week, by continuing to get good results including them beating Real Madrid in the final and at the same time getting their first trophy this season, Barcelona will be more motivated to gain 3 points from each match. Getafe is not a very strong opponent. They also won 2 consecutive defeats in the last 2 matches. I believe Barcelon will be able to win easily.
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 22, 2023, 01:02:45 PM
Manchester City have a better squad and they are one of the most successful team in the Champions league,  Manchester City have been struggling to win the Champions league but I'm not still sure if they can get it this season.  The Champions league in this season is very competitive with other strong teams.
Currently seeing the performance of the Manchester City team looking to be getting better and superior, and most of the fact that Manchester City is the most successful club in the Champions League at the moment makes them believe that Manchester City will become champions this season, we are a little doubtful about this. Meanwhile this is a very competitive Champions League and there are a lot of bigger and stronger clubs who have quite good material here.
like Real Madrid and also Bayern Munich, we see that their achievements are bigger than Manchester City, apart from that, several clubs here still look very consistent in the Champions League.

Even though Manchester City have a good team squad, we doubt they can achieve it this season, considering there are clubs who have performed more consistently than them.
What is the measure of success according to you? By often playing in the Champions League? or by becoming a champion? I can't say they are one of the most successful teams in this Champions League because they are still fighting for trophies here. I don't doubt they have a very promising squad, but they have to prove that by achieving achievements here. Because in the Champions League, having a very good squad is not the only measure they will win the title.

Talking about Manchester United, there are rumors of one more name associated with the Red Devils, namely Marco Reus. Although this rumor may have existed before, it seems that this time Manchester United wants to bring in the Borussia Dortmund striker in the transfer market. But I'm not sure that Dortmund will let Reus go, considering he has an important role as well as being a living legend for the club until now. What do you think? Is this just a rumor that will not be realized?
As far as I know that ten hag has been meeting with reus's agent but it seems like that MU was losing interest in him caused by he very often gets injury. His salary was too big for MU. That's why management was slowing down to buy him. I guess that if MU's agenda to buy reus has already canceled. It has been confirmed by some news too. reus was also too old. He has only a few years to play football. His injury was making him a very bad choice to be bought by MU.
Mu's management tried to re-consider him so many times and take a conclusion if he was not even worthy to be bought by the club.
There are many more players worth buying for Manchester United, and I think young players will be more profitable to buy than old players, although experience may be needed in this regard. They already have a few names up front, if they are interested in signing him, Manchester United should reconsider that. They need more players who are at a productive age.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 22, 2023, 12:01:19 PM

Arsenal and MU have changed so much this season. The Gunners are even now incarnated as strong candidates for the Premier League title and Arsenal will clearly dominate the game more because they are playing at home. However, MU, which is now much more solid, will provide commensurate resistance.

Casemiro's absence is also an obstacle for MU. It will be easier for Arsenal to control the midfield in the match duel later, but MU can spread danger through counterattack schemes that Arsenal must be aware of. I predict this game will end in a draw or Arsenal will win narrowly.

With Manchester United will focusing on defensive play, Casemiro's absence could be very tangible for them. But even more important in this game will be how Manchester United will be able to implement counterattacks today. Rashford has good speed and ten Hag can count on him today, there may not be many chances, so they need to try to convert them. Manchester United was difficult to play with Crystal Palace, and most likely it will be even more difficult with Arsenal.
Yes, Casemiro has become a very vital player for balance in the midfield, his absence in this match will certainly change more or less the strategy that will be implemented by Erik Ten Hag. Manchester United is a real threat to Arsenal, they could lose this game again. Manchester United themselves will definitely be fully motivated to win and want to narrow the gap between them in the standings table.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: January 21, 2023, 12:03:55 PM
When comparing the two coaches, the name Erik ten hag is still above Xavi when it comes to his contribution to the club. Erik ten hag was successful with Ajax, that's why the red devils brought him to Old Trafford to train Manchester United now, while Xavi might have helped him with his contribution as a Barcelona legend which allowed him to now train Barcelona's main club. It will take time for Xavi to be compared to a coach as great as Erik ten Hag and I think Xavi can achieve that in a few seasons.
Now it's not the right time to compare because Xavi hasn't coached Barcelona for too long, even though Xavi will be great if he can lead Barcelona to win two different competitions this season. But apart from all that, I just want to see them compete really well in the Europa League because lately the two teams have started to improve the way they play in their respective domestic leagues in order to be better this season, including for the Europa League competition.
I agree that Erik Ten Hag is now better than Xavi Hernandez, he is also a coach who has more experience compared to the Barcelona coach now. We will see how they prove on the field, because this is their first meeting because as far as I can remember these two people have never met before as coaches. Manchester United vs Barcelona is one of the big matches that will be played early.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 21, 2023, 11:43:36 AM
Juventus were penalized 15 points by the sentence, now the championship can be said to be totally over, do you think it is the right choice or would you have chosen other penalties?  I think it's fair as a penalty, even if the championship has never really started for them this year.

How fair the penalty was is debatable, but after today it has become almost impossible for Juventus to be among the top 4 teams in the league and qualify for the Champions League. I don't think the team can recover after today, it will be a very difficult process for them.
A few years ago they were suspended for playing in a Serie B. Juventus had similar experiences in this regard before
A severe punishment that must be felt by Juventus with this point deduction. Yes, they've fallen from the top 4 to the top 10 now. This season is a very unprofitable season for Juventus because when their condition improves they get sanctions that are not wanted by all teams. I'm worried that they will get down mentally because their efforts are in vain. They must be very disappointed by now.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 21, 2023, 11:15:17 AM

leipzig played perfectly, while bayern seemed to have lost their game pattern, even bayern was only able to make 2 'shots on goal', with this draw, freiburg was very profitable, and had a great chance to get closer to bayern because of the difference in points between freiburg and  bavaria is getting thinner.

Well i would not so far and say that Bayern was lucky yesterday to get a draw. For me we saw two completely different halfs of the match yesterday. In  the first half Bayern was the better Team for me. They did not have a lot of good chances there, but they controlled the game and at that point it was totally deserved that bayern went in front with 1-0. In the second half though Leipzig scored a very early goal which changed the game completely. They even had a higher ball possession there than Bayern, which does not happen very often.
I don't see Bayern Munich as usual, they seem to be missing something like at the start of the season. Their attack was not as effective as before, whether it was their own fault or it was Leipzig who managed to silence Bayern Munich's strategy. Obviously this is very profitable for Freiburg because it has a very big opportunity to cut their points from Bayern Munich. If they win then the difference in points becomes 2.

In the next match, Real Madrid will travel to Atletico Bilbao's headquarters. This will be a difficult match for them. Even though Atletico Bilbao is in 8th place with only one win in their last 5 matches, Atletico Bilbao is not a weak team. They are in the middle of the table and usually the team that is there will show a lot of surprises, and that can happen in their matches. Real Madrid must be really wary of them.
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 20, 2023, 04:41:29 PM
There is one match in the Coupe de France match today but it is a really big one. Marseille are hosting Rennes tonight and Marseille are highly favoured for the win in this match. These two teams are competing for the Champions League spots in the Ligue 1 on one hand. Marseille are in a much better condition of course with a lasting winning streak. Rennes have lost a couple of matches lately and they would like to make up for it in this cup match surely.

The last time they played against each other resulted in Rennes' victory. This might be Marseille's time. I assume they will care about this cup as much as the league. There isn't a single time they won this cup in the past. While they are having a decent season they should go for this title also.
Let's look at their meeting record, Marseille and Rennes have been able to beat each other in their last 5 matches, 2 wins for Marseille and 2 wins for Rennes, while 1 other ended in a draw. And what's interesting about their meeting is that every time they win, they always win at their home games, both Marseille and Rennes. Thus, maybe the same result will also occur in this match, namely with Marseille winning.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 20, 2023, 08:50:10 AM
The performance of both teams in their individual leagues has nothing to do with the champions league.
We are confronted with two different teams with varying play patterns, psyche and determination.
Chelsea FC might be weaker but when it comes to the champions league with hopes of etching further, Dortmund shouldn't write them off.
After 90mins, the winner will be decided, not by performance but by goal average.
But the performance of the two teams in their respective leagues will be a reference for how likely they will play in the Champions League. We will definitely always see how their last performance is, and that is in their respective leagues. As far as I can see, there is always a difference between their performances in the league and in the Champions League, but it also depends on how they respond to matches in the Champions League. Motivated, it has to do its best here.

Liverpool have been linked with Mbappe again. This is like a rumor that is almost impossible to happen while Mbappe is on a contract. We know, PSG will not let go of the golden boot winner in the world cup, because PSG need him to get more trophies. Mbappe is like a player that no other club can touch him, PSG will not let go of Mbappe at any price for now. Even if Mbappe is no longer able to play for PSG, the most reasonable to be the next club for Mbappe is Madrid.

https://www.fourfourtwo.com/news/liverpool-have-been-offered-kylian-mbappe-as-psg-are-desperate-not-to-let-him-go-to-real-madrid-report
Mbappe to Liverpool? No I don't think that will happen. It is very unlikely that Mbappe will want to move to Liverpool at this time, maybe some time in the future it can happen but  for now it is very unlikely. If Mbappe wants a move he will be considering a move to Real Madrid because Real Madrid have been on him for some windows now and are ready to break the bank to get him on their side.
I don't think Mbappe will go to Liverpool, after all, I haven't heard rumors about Liverpool wanting Mbappe. I also don't rule out the possibility that this transfer will occur, but it seems like what you said the possibility is very small. He is a player who dreams of playing for Real Madrid, so even if he had to leave Santiago Bernabeu would be his next destination compared to Liverpool.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 20, 2023, 06:59:57 AM
It was a very impressive comeback by Manchester City. I remember such efforts by them in the past as well.

Tottenham's getting 2-0 ahead in the last moments of the first half was pretty shocking to me. They weren't even statistically better but everything happened so fast. This made me think like Tottenham were going to win once again in Etihad. But there was a completely different Manchester City in the second half. Bringing the score from 0-2 to 4-2 is a very tough job to do.
Yes, the game was actually a touch one, because at some point I always lost hope, but I still believed that Manchester City was going to win that game, because with the likes of Erling Haaland and Riyad Mahrez, I knew those guys were surely going to deliver, and they actually did by making we the Man City fans proud again yesterday after mourning our lost game against Man United last week.
Manchester City did an excellent job and took advantage of the 45 minutes of the second half to stage an incredible comeback. They can do that thanks to their hard work, which is statistically Manchester City is better than their guest, Tottenham.
Pep Guardiola was able to raise the spirits of his team and in the first 6 minutes of the second half they were able to reduce the position to 1-2, and 2 minutes later they were able to equalize the score to 2-2. 3 very valuable points.
