The point gap is 12 points between Milan and Napoli and we can comfortably say that Napoli will win the league title nearly guaranteed. It is near impossible for Milan or some other team to catch up with Napoli while keeping an inconsistent form. Napoli's next fixture is against Roma by the way and it isn't that much difficult to predict the result of this game.

Roma were too passive against Napoli in their latest game in the league. This cost them highly as Napoli beat them easily. I don't expect a different scenario in this one as well.

Napoli is like Arsenal in the Premier League which is on fire after beating other strong teams, playing at home is not difficult for Napoli to beat Roma

I would assume that they are not suddenly a bad team, I mean this is the team that chased Napoli for so long and they have managed to get quite close after the Inter game where Napoli lost.
