On Ethereum, all data store on blockchain, however storing large data on blockchain is limit and because of that some project came up with idea of storing data off chain, so storage systems is used for this purpose. I don't think that there is much public information as this is not a totally transparent project. But you can find the useful information on the website and the forum. Telluria have taken first step in publishing the white papers however all the complete information from end to end have clearly mentioned and the roadmap of the project looks more promising. |

im hesitant with community-managed projects as you dont know who the real point person is? though they have large team listed on their website, why is it that they decided to be 100% managed by its community. decisions are not made fast in that way. you need to weigh vast opinions of the community until you get tired of hearing everyone's suggestions, complaints, opinions.. name it! Your point of view is right, however it is worth realizing that only the team solves as it to arrive and whether to listen to our councils. Perhaps at them the vision on development. I think there's a good planning about it, they would not just decide it to be a 100% managed by others not the team. It might really sound strange but let's see what will be the outcome of this one. I think that they are still in announcement stage and probably development of their project is on-going as some of the people were suggesting to improve their website and also their communication.
