There will be verification procedures applied in every step. We will have 2 moderating software systems , manual and Automatic protecting the platform from fraud , illegal activities etc.

There will be a 3-rd party handling the dispute resolution legally and partially between parties. But considering that the deals will be concluded through the smart contracts there is  very little % of this situation to happen. However we will be prepared in case it does.

We don’t have a soft cap.We will conduct exactly the number of ZAZA which could be covered with whatever amount with collect. 70 % of collected funds will be used for marketing so the market coverage in terms of marketing campaign and the nr of business users will be impacted from the funds raised but this is not going to stop the project from going on.

ZAZA's token usage will be based on our eco-system main features. Using the token for all transactions such as buying goods and services, paid services of the platform and all loyalty-related systems, crypto cash-back program and rewarding programs for generating deals and being active in the platform.

The rating system will not only determined from featured ads. It is a complicated algorithmical formula that takes into consideration multiple actions, transactions, activities and procedures. So the rating system itself will not be impacted by the flow of selling or buying.

Listing in exchanges will happen soon after ICO ends. However, we're trying our best to include some of the popular exchanges in our list.

Considering that the platform's transactions will run through smart contracts, the opportunity of fake deals and products will be nearly zero because the fraudulent business trying to do it will not get any benefit out of it. If the other party does not receive any product or deal, the tokens are not released. Furthermore, we are working on a very detailed strategy of business and individual accounts KYC.
