401  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Satoshi is dead,If not where is he now on: February 06, 2018, 04:59:07 PM
I do not think I can do anything, one of the advantages or qualities that he gave to his creation was the fact that the currency would not be controlled by anyone, it is completely free. Taking control would change many things within the course. It was also his decision not to reveal his identity, for sure he does not even know who he is.
Well, we are still so thankful that even though he chooses to become anonymous he has given us a great advantage that really helps a lot of people and an individual, and as of the moment I don't think he is dead now because if he does someone will reveal his identity, he might be one of us here we really don't know and have no idea at all.
402  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this great time to buy bitcoin??? on: February 06, 2018, 03:19:50 PM
We should not care about bitcoin price if its going down or what, we should care about the value that it could give us in the future and yes it is really the great time to buy bitcoin, don't be so worried about what is happening right now, it maybe a risky one but that does not mean we can end up just like this.
403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes in trading that lead to loss of money on: February 06, 2018, 02:42:44 PM
Your mistake/s in trading that leads to loss of money
I think it will be the best to share your story so that we can avoid your past mistakes.
We can avoid mistakes if we have good plan. Planning serves us base or guidelines for us to become successful. We can create wise decision if we have great plan. You should do a good plan before you will go in the trading world.
In addition to that, good plan starts from having enough knowledge and for us to have a knowledge we have to be at least focus here and devote ourselves in our goals in life, yes we may suffer from losing money but what matters is how we are going to go up again and make some other moves for us to become successful.
404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top reasons that leads to fail in trading on: February 04, 2018, 03:41:43 PM
In my opinion, the greatest factor among all is the acquired knowledge. This is very important not only to trading but to all aspects of life. Committing mistakes in the field of trading will cost you money first and foremost, it will also lead you to frustration which might disencourage you to continue in this field or even in crypto world that's why knowledge is very important because this will serve as your guard against it. I already saw lots of trader wannabes that became losers in the end because they skip studying first and just set "Buy low, Sell high" principle as their only basis (that was right but not enough I think because trading is much complicated than that).
Well, those who are not giving enough time for this bitcoin and just after the profit that they will earn are really the one putting bitcoin up to this point, but still we are thankful as of today since bitcoin still the number one cryptocurrency, so I never doubt about it, and encouraging more people to invest as it is so worth to have it.
405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: February 04, 2018, 03:28:00 PM
What is your exit point? Where will you sell your coins? How much % of your stack will you sell?

It depends on the coin. For Bitcoin and Waves, maybe never. I'll just let them forever in my wallet or hopefully use for daily spend. No actual need to convert crypto into fiat.
I still don't have the plans to sell my bitcoin right now as I am still waiting for the perfect time to sell those things, but if in case of emergency and I need money then I don't have any choice but to sell just a certain percentage of it and would still half of it or more so that I can still earn and for security of our future.
406  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's "long-term" pattern of recovering from dips is over on: February 03, 2018, 01:51:11 PM

Well of all these, number 2 would be the most likely to happen, though i'm hoping for that number one recovery. Anything is possible in crypto and perhaps i'm just not accepting the fact that 3 and 4 can actually happen because i have too much invested in btc.
Yes, of course it will really recover and it is happening right now a pump of 9% hoping that the increase in value will continue until $20k, so for those who have still time, it is the time now to hold more than you can. It is nice to see that almost all of the people here are holding and not worrying about the price.
407  Economy / Speculation / Re: I am planning to buy 1 BTC. Do I need to wait few more days for a price fall? on: February 03, 2018, 01:25:01 PM
I think you should buy now. Bitcoin now slowly increasing its value, some says it will drop at $6k. But at the current rate its not bad to invest 1 bitcoin and still earn alot. Remember bitcoin volatileness is vast and every minute in investing at bitcoin is crucial. You should think or act fast.
He should buy right now especially bitcoin has downed to $8k it is his big chance now to buy, good thing that you have money but for almost all of us here just holding and waiting for the right time to sell bitcoin. Don't wait as this time a lot of investors has already buy again, so after few days it will recover again.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: when you sell out of panic, you are contributing to the dump! on: February 03, 2018, 12:32:00 PM
Many of us here are saying, why is the cryptocurrencies market is getting a dump these days. Some are saying is because of the FuD, others are saying it is because of regulations laws in south Korea and India which is also child of FUD. But did you know that  when ever you sell out of panic, you are contributing to the dump and you are also attacking the blockchain technology!
Exactly! Almost all of us are complaining why bitcoin dumps, when it will rise again, is it dead now without realizing that we are the one making the price of bitcoin, so it is us who are making those prices and if we are not trusting this one, then how could it become successful? We should all unite together to create things based on our expectations/predictions by simply holding what we do have.
409  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do i have to pay tax on bitcoins ? on: February 03, 2018, 12:18:34 PM
For me, i think it depends on what country you live in. I'm from Philippines so basically were paying tax for transaction fees.
Yes, but when it comes to Income tax we are not required as it is not in the law to pay tax that came from cryptocurrency earnings but they are working on it as this supposed to be taxed, If ever they will imposed tax on it make sure to pay. It is better to help our country from paying tax rather than giving them the reason to banned cryptocurrency in our country just like South Korea did.
410  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: In which countries is officially legalized bitcoin? on: February 03, 2018, 12:03:03 PM
As I know Japan, US, UK, South Korea, that country already legalized bitcoin. Another country I don't where already officially legalized.
I hope in my country, my government will legalized bitcoin in the future, and many country will legalized bitcoin and do transactions with bitcoin as a payment.
It is okay, for as long as they are not banning it right? Just like here in our country they are not closing the door for this kind of cryptocurrency as they are still on their process in acknowledging it and understand them as it is not that easy to study this one how it will going to become legal  but what matters most is it is welcome here in our country.
411  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: February 01, 2018, 02:07:14 PM
Well nobody is literate or iliterate when it comes to trading or to that point anything
everyone starts at something apparently
we just learn with each step and may be with each mistake.

There is no limit here whether we are just a high school, college or even master graduate, it does not really matter as all are welcome here and there is  no pre requisite written in the terms and conditions that we must be an intelligent person for us to do this, although a teenager can do this for as long as you are hard working and willing to learn.
412  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: February 01, 2018, 01:13:39 PM
I wont recommend that because if BTC dump you will also be affected. so i recommend invest what you can loose not like your house, car all your savings to risk. use your common sense to be ready at any situation.
It is recommended to invest all the funds that is intended in investing but not all your money should put in investment since we don't know what price we would have tomorrow or the next day, but one thing is for sure it would rise in the future but we are not that certain when it will take or for how long we will wait.
413  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $ 100,000 will be in 2018? on: January 31, 2018, 01:57:16 PM
Well, we don't know what will happen next, if we do have some good news in the coming months then I think it is possible but if we don't have any news that would lead bitcoin up to that amount then for  sure around $25k at the moment. We cannot predict as concrete as we want to be as we are still at the first quarter.
414  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: January 31, 2018, 01:11:43 PM
The lack of financial education in general is a worrying problem. We teach students about literature, maths, science, ... and we tell them that those are the things they need to know in life. Yet usually, the largest single expense they will have on their lives is a house, and that normally comes with a mortgage. Yet, only a few schools will tell them what should they be expecting, the risks and the consequences of such a contract.

Bitcoin and alts is another case in which people are carefully kept in ignorance by the governments and lobbies.

What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they donīt get ripped-off?
I believe that all of us have different talents, skills and passion. It does not mean that if you fail in school you are a totally failure because maybe its just not your passion or something that you are good at. But you are right, the most knowledge needed by youth is not given at school, but I think as a person grows, he will be able to learn things in finance.
Well, I have come up and realize after many years of existence in this world that Education is not actually the key, it is just a stepping stone and guide but still not all who have finish their school or has even entered College have been become successful, it is still depends on us as we have different perspective in life and we do have some strategies.
415  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: January 31, 2018, 12:52:50 PM
I believe that the cashless society will surely happen and it is now working through the essence of the cryptocurrency. If that time will come what you had been said is really amazing because no need to be afraid that in the middle of the night there will be a bad guys that will ransack your house a get your money, it will lessen the crime and every transaction become more and more convenient.

We have the same thoughts, maybe the advantage of cashless society is, you will never worried of your self even if your carrying your millions along the way cause you know that no one could see it or even touch it,  on the contrary, lots of scammers would come out cause they knew that every individuals would put their money in their online wallet storage.

That's totally right, there's advantage and disadvantages of a cashless society. One advantage is you don't need to carry money is order to pay something and there will be a faster transaction. But on the other side the disadvantage of having a cashless society is the hackers trying to bypass the system, there's no guarantee of a safe wallet unless it's a hard one. And lastly not all the people have knowledge on this kind of system, some may adopt but many will confused on how to use it.
I agree with all of you, but for me I like the scenario now that we do have an option, that it is either we will use it or to invest it, because if it happens that cryptocurrencies become our currency then the tendency would be the value will not happen to rise or down so we don't have any more extra income unlike today.
416  Economy / Economics / Re: Choosing the one | What I think! - Real Job or Full Time Crypto! on: January 31, 2018, 12:29:29 PM
There is no bad move at all, as it all depends in our hands.

Actually, I completely envy and respect all those people who have the courage of quitting their job. Crypto needs a lot of time and If one people felt that he is ready to dedicate 100% of his time then it is a great accomplishment for him and would just hoping for his success and to not regret any of his decision no matter what.

It is indeed a risky decision to quit job, but if you know your ability and what you are doing I don't see any problem with that and for sure you'll eventually become success.
417  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most influential factor that triggers bitcoin prices to fall down? on: January 31, 2018, 12:08:16 PM
Bitcoin is very volatile. It goes up and down at no time. But I started to think what causes its values to go down. These past few days, its prices are notably lower that last year's values. Last year, I believe, during the first few months, its prices are likewise low. Do bitcoin prices go down every January to February? Does it have a logical association?

Unfortunately millions and even billions are affected by mass media. When some information that Bitcoin can be a bubble appears, people rush to get rid of it, they do not but BTC and the demand follows together with its rate. Ban of BTC in some countries is also one of these reasons.
As per study by the Economist one of the major factor that affects the price is how investors behavior in making decisions and other participants and their own intuitions, government regulations around the world have also the effect, for example how a certain country treated the tax system, and how they apply it for use.
418  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: January 29, 2018, 09:50:52 PM
In my opinion it's better to invest than save. The market is open for any investment available. BTC, ETH and other altcoins. Investing in cryptocurrencies is indeed good, however you should be well aware of the market.
It depends what kind of investment would we choose, if we would invest here in bitcoin it is advisable to do so than making your money stuck up in a bank which does not even give you a better return, so for me it is better to invest although not all but at least some part of your money should be invested.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: January 29, 2018, 07:04:17 AM
Here in our country, although they don't tolerating bitcoin in our country and kept reminding everyone about the risk involves with it still they are not closing the door about this kind of opportunity which is we are thankful at. As a matter of a fact we are transacting million dollars per month that is how crypto influence in our country based on data of exchanges.
420  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: What would people face in china if they buy crypto ? on: January 29, 2018, 06:13:35 AM
There is no report of putting people in jail when they caught buying a cryptocurrency.  The news says China plans to cut off domestic access to digital plaforms and exchanges that enable people to trade digital currencies. This apart from earlier report of sweeping bans of local exchanges across the country and restricts their citizens from joining ICOs. Many chinese are also cryptocurrency holders and there still no report of arrest if ever owning a crypto is already punishable by law in their country. There are also reports that bitcoin trade goes underground after the crackdown.
I heard from news that China is banning bitcoins and exchanges but I don't think that Chinese won't make ways to buy crypto. As crypto is decentralize so there is so much ways for them to  buy if they really want to. But with the situation that they will put in jail if they caught I think that there is no still regulation to that.
