401  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to hit $10,000? on: March 05, 2016, 08:27:09 PM
If you really think the price can go up so easily you are crazy. It's not going to happen.
The price can grow and i believe it will grow but it will go steadily and not just BAM 10k. That's just crazy.
402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why transactions are taking too long ? on: March 05, 2016, 08:24:18 PM
I had not happen it but i saw the amount of transactions is stacking up. I really hope the developers will start soon with the blocksize increasement.
Right now it's like we are ignoring a very big problem.
403  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: 21 cents per kw, Any way to mine? on: March 05, 2016, 08:20:42 PM
Right now it's hard to earn profit if you pay less then 10 cents.
Home mining is dead and the next step to centralization has already started.
It's just a matter of months before the game is over.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: March 05, 2016, 08:17:52 PM
Gambling is wrong because it's risky way and earning is really not guaranteed but in the other hand you can lose all your hard earned coins in some seconds , in addition you could be addicted gambler and that's really worthless
I think gambling for a means to earn is a bad idea, it should be avoided at all cost. once one gets addicted to gambling it's real hard to not to gamble.

Well it's bad if you play with a lot of money. If you gamble like normal people it's just a way of entertainment.
Sure it is not risk-free but the kick is good for you.
405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should i buy my first whole bitcoin on: March 05, 2016, 08:14:34 PM
Maybe you should wait a little bit while the price is dropping to maximize your profits. That, or consider investing in ETH right now.

I would advise that too. For me it's obvious that the price will go back to 380 again.
When it does i will make sure to buy as many as I can to maximize my profits.
406  Economy / Speculation / Re: +$20 in the last 24hrs... on: March 05, 2016, 08:11:39 PM
The price dropped $20 in the last 24 hours. So bitcoin is still too volatile. It will prevent people from using it.
it's still complicated to predict where price will go down or up, seems hard to break down $400 we have good support on that price. if you prefer to buy better wait until next week.

hmm, it is at $402 now as i am writing this. i wonder why the price keeps going down this time cause i didn't expect this low!

The dump happened because of the coinbase announcement. Right now the price seems to be back again.
Just a few dollars and we are back at the normal price. Not sure why so many people sell for an announcement of a bitcoin ceo.
407  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: March 05, 2016, 08:07:48 PM
never bought bitcoin in my life

There are several ways to earn them, fastest and hustle free way imho

i am pretty sure everyone wants to know at least one way to earn fast and hustle free, can you name one except signature campaign?

You can try the faucets or doings tasks in the services section.
But when it comes to buying bitcoin i only buy when there is heavy fluctuation on the markets. This is guaranteed profit.
408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why I believe BTC will continue going up on: March 05, 2016, 08:04:39 PM
Bitcoin has met various scenario like the current price fall. Before few weeks we were sitting around $375 for a long time, then it grew. So I believe Bitcoin will continue going up.

There are several pillars for bitcoin to grown. Right now i believe the main pillar is the halving which is to be expected to influence the price big time.
But no there is no guarantee.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best BTC casinos? on: March 05, 2016, 08:01:06 PM
I'd have to recommend PrimeDice, Justdice or Bitsler. They have good admins and great communities Smiley

Just make sure you gamble responsibly, ain't nobody wanna lose all their money on dice Wink

OP is looking for a full casino and not just dice, so I'd like to recommend betcoin.tm. Of all the bitcoin casinos I played with, it was so far the best for me. I just enjoy their games and neat designs. Dice is overrated IMO Roll Eyes

Betcoin.tm is my recommendation. It's a solid casino with good support.
No rigged games like you see at so many casino's. Which really annoys me since it is just plain out stealing.
410  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's your favourite blockchain browser? on: March 05, 2016, 07:57:31 PM
Hey guys. I have been here for 2 years and tried some blockchain browsers, such as blockchain.info,blockexplorer.com and etc. But these days I found an excellent browser called www.btc.com  (https://chain.btc.com/en/). I think its design is very smooth, and provide professional data for bitcoin as well. Try it and share your ideas here.

Well blockchain.info is the main explorer/wallet. Promoting a new service like this should be done more tactfull. This is too obvious.
Makes me never want to use it ever.
411  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: March 05, 2016, 07:54:45 PM
since i am newbie to bitcoin i think i will never-ever leave my job (if i had one i'm still studying) for bitcoin. for now i will consider it as a part time job i guess.
of course. if the newbie course bitcoin income is not too big, so it would be better if you do it in part  time. would be very risky if you go full time in without the knowledge of the bitcoin
and also i'm not going to waste my 4year degree (which i'm currently studying) to a bitcoin.

That would be bad if you waste what you studied just to pursue bitcoin...
I have taken it slowly but surely learn each aspect of bitcoin and how it works...
I would gamble everything to it in a single blow...

Lol gamble out everything?
Just make sure to get more knowledge about the protocol and you will end up at a big time bitcoin firm.
Those can pay you a lot of money.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: March 05, 2016, 07:50:07 PM
That can not happen. Gambling is made just for fun and for luck. But a normal person lose more money than you win money.
It is all wasted and it is just for fun and that is why it is so bad. But I hope more people will realize that gambling is very bad to do.
People already know it's bad to gamble money lol but they still do it, it's because of the addiction and easy way to earn money.

Not just because of the addiction, the greediness and feeling want to recover your loss is one of a way why people keep on gambling. They should already know that gambling has a great risk but they keep on doing it again because they want to get profit and want to earn some quick cash. So if you can control yourself and get some good strategy I think you can get some profit not just in a short run but in a long run too
Controlling is the biggest problem in gambling(it's hard to stop when in winning streak). recently a guy on pd was up 300 btc he couldn't control himself and his profit went down to ~210 btc.

I think nobody can cash out a winning streak. There's just so much tension to keep on playing. Because you don't know when it stops.
So no I don't think it can be profitable.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on the Oscars on: February 29, 2016, 04:22:01 PM
Many people was betting on Di caprio. And they will get some a lot of money. Because he won.
Everyone was surprised, but finally he won the oscars after 6 times. So it is good to gamble on oscars it is quite hard to predict.
414  Economy / Speculation / Re: 360$ , what going on ? on: February 29, 2016, 04:18:30 PM
Oh it will reach 500$ soon, it might drop bit, but soon it will rise to 500$ again

I agree with the rise to $500. But it might take a few months to reach that level. It is still consolidating.

I wish the price to rise very slowly, maybe 5% a month. So the volatility will be low. This is good for adoption.

Yep. This is a good idea. Rather than the sky rocket increase. It would be best for it to progress slowly. That way the market can accommodate the change.

Whenever there is a big pump, there will will be big dump. Price stability will help the adoptoin of bitcoin.

As said the dumping and getting sudden pumping in the price is the nature of bitcoin. This is the key factor on which the bitcoin is getting large number of adoptions than the other alternative cryptcurrencies.
You just have to wait and see for what is going to happen. I hope that it will rise as long as possible.
But you never know what can happen indeed. But you can look now and you see that the value is rising. So that is very good.
415  Other / Off-topic / Re: How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000 bitcoin? on: February 29, 2016, 04:15:54 PM
I will definitely cry for sure. But that wont happen I think that fast. That is not so good if that is going to happen.
But I hope that the value will rise for a long time. You can see now that the price is rising well.
416  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 29, 2016, 04:12:28 PM
Many people like gold. Gold is very nice. You can hold it and save them home or something.
But many people also like Bitcoin. You can save Bitcoin in an online wallet and that is very good and safe as well.
417  Other / Off-topic / Re: I will invest! on: February 29, 2016, 04:09:20 PM
Its good to invest these days but you also have to look out these days because there are a lot of scammers around these days, I think you can invest but make sure you can trust the company or person you are investing in.

These days there are  a lot scammers that only want to grab some money from you, I hate them all..

I think it is truly profitable if you will invest in real life investments not electronic investments like government treasury bills, bonds, or stocks. Cheesy
Its now indeed good to invest. The value is not that high now to sell it, so that is quite good. But you must hope that it will be more worth later.
And that you can sell it with profit later in the future. But you never know what can happen.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: February 29, 2016, 04:06:01 PM
Gambling is so addicting, because people see it as a game and they like it to do, but that is not good.
I hope that more people will realize that it is very bad to do. And that they will be poor with it.
419  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: February 29, 2016, 04:02:14 PM
That is possible. But than we must be very lucky if that is going to happen. It wont rise that much so fast.
You can see now indeed that the value is rising slowly, but you dont know when it is going to stop. And that is very risky.
420  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: February 29, 2016, 03:59:07 PM
As the title says, is the halving good or bad for the price of bitcoin?

The halving will decrease the supply of bitcoin, whole keeping the demand, so that would make bitcoin worth more.

But the halving will make mining profitibilty worse, meaning less miners, a higher trans. fee, and maybe causing a smaller demand.

What's your verdict?

I think bitcoin will still go up, as the fees might, let's say, double, but that's still a smaller transaction fee than through the banks...
we all dont know until the halving begin,so i just can guess what will happen, many people said when bitcoin halving come, bitcoin price will raise up so high, but its not expert statement, some expert cannot predict what exactly will happen after bitcoin halving.
It will be very good. The value will get higher I think, but you never know what is going to happen.
I hope that more people will use Bitcoin and get some profit of it. That will be nice for them and it will have a good reputation.
