On another note, i think its time we did some PR. Its clear CryptX is allot more focused on the back-end which is exactly what a company like this needs, but that doesn't mean we can't do our bit too.
Can anyone who wants to help out give me a shout? im sure dhenderson and a few others are already thinking along these lines, but we would be much more effective as an organised team.
Please post here letting me know if your interested in being a part of this and i'll sort out an action plan. I spent a couple of years at one of the worlds largest marketing communications companies so i know exactly how this needs to be done.
CryptX, if you don't want us to do this please let me know. I'll probably put together a short press release and would need it approved by you before its released.
Thanks,
Yes, I'd be glad to help with writing copy, or wherever I can.

When it comes to reddit this is where we need to be
Reddit.com/r/bitcoinstocks
But it needs to be pushed more as an investment.
Things like increasing dividends Our own PCBs Hundreds if not thousands more to come Doubled in size in the last week alone Undervalued Link to havelock Ect ect
Edit: infact let me do it. Just need to find a computer
+1 explain the situation with bitmine please thanks don't worry, this is my territory edit: http://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinStocks/comments/240sm3/the_holy_grail_of_mining_securities_petamine/this is a subreddit full of investors of bitcoin securities. if you don't have an account it takes 20 seconds to create one. lets get a good quality discussion going. This is the subreddit we'll make the biggest impact. GREAT job with this post on reddit! That's exactly the stuff we need. I went over and upvoted.

Exactly! And the ambient downvoting is brutal, any support is appreciated.

I think the market has become very cynical. PetaMine has a proven track record, great communication with shareholders (all the way back to last fall), and we get ~100TH/s in 2 days and the share price barely budges. What would it take to impress you people?! Ponies for every shareholder, maybe.
Doesn't matter, I'm not selling anyway.

That's amazing. This morning was the first time I attempted to use counterwallet.co to buy an asset (mostly just to try it out), but the sale didn't go through because it said I had insufficient BTC -- I tore my hair out about how this could be possible, saw that the whole .15BTC had been moved to a new address, finally came here and saw this. It seems my timing was exactly, perfectly bad.
I have followed the instructions on sweeping the key into a new wallet, and emailed the dev address. Any help is appreciated.

their twitter says not to send MSC now, and the address is removed, i would expect your coins to be returned if you send MSC now
but I know nothing, just assuming
Their Twitter post says "The sale is still ongoing, please send bitcoins to the BTC address found at http://www.safecoin.io . Please do not send MSC to this address." But that is not the MSC address. They should still honor the MSC address - but who knows. They're at about 70% of their goal already.

they wanted it all in MSC, it was all getting converted for them... by the " safe address "
they only raised 2.5k BTC out 0f 18k so far
no idea how many MSC

Dividend:
117.11415716 BTC in total from mining and converted NMC's: - 54.99030742 as Dividend (0.00068164 BTC / share) - 29.61016553 Reinvestment (which will be reinvested in new systems, 5 x 1TH units) - 32.51368421 Hosting Fee
Status Update: - We deployed our first new production units and they are steadily hashing, additional units should also arrive in the coming week. - There was some speculation about the 23.399 BTC deposit, this was just a manual withdrawal request from ghash.io for mined coins. So, 350 Chips are still for sale.
Fantastic! PetaMine makes Fridays excellent. Can you tell us anything about the custom boards, or is it top secret? I'm just very curious, what does the magic look like?

Got my two boards, they look great, but both heatsinks immediately fell off. I thought that maybe they just shook loose during shipping, so I pressed them back on as firmly as I could -- but one of them fell off with a clunk just as I got hashing a few minutes later. Now I'm debating whether to drill some holes or just run them heatsink-side-up.
It's not a huge problem, but was there a reason you didn't screw the heatsinks in place?
Despite earlier photos showing the heatsink below, Barntech later suggested to position the board with the heatsink on top, to avoid the 'separation' that you described. I started with the heatsink below, later turned the boards so it is on top on my 4 Av16 boards. No separation so far on mine. Drilling holes might be risky, as you could bridge internal ground and power layers. The first and easy step is to turn the boards so the heatsinks face up. You may want to consult Barntech (check out the drillbit forum at http://drillbitsystem.com/forum/, you may want to register there so that you may post your issue) about any adhesive or way of re-attaching the heatsinks to ensure good thermal transfer and avoid pre-mature thermal death of your ASICS. Cheers Thank you. I missed that info before. The boards are running great, I'm happy to say.

Dividends? When will overdue dividends be posted?
Dividends weren't going out because trading was paused. They will be sent out today, and then resume the Monday schedule. Edit: Dividend received -- apparently it's a Tuesday thing.

New hardware online...

Mmmm... sweet, sweet hardware!

How are these shaping up?

Thanks for the dividend, which allowed me to purchase another couple shares. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to getting all the units online...
..and with the exchange rate bottoming out and soon to hit $5000, there's a lot to be excited about at .01 BTC per share for COG.
This is the definition of insanity. COG fails every single promise, goal, benchmark, requirement, and request. It boggles the mind, the sheer density of fail. If there is no trust and no communication, then there's nothing at all.

They were producing Coincraft Desk units (up to 1Th/s per unit). Rigs are more powerful, up to 2Th/s, and more power efficient. I think they have to test new motherboards for rig units. Revision 1 and Revision 2 boards had some problems (stability, power). They are waiting for Rev 3 boards coming in tomorrow.
BTW, 1 hour average hashrate now at 186 188 Th/s.
Hell. Yes.

I'll work on namecoin more after I fix the code and while I wait for processing on some of this data...
Thanks, good to hear! I know there's a lot on your plate, and NMC is a small concern by comparison, but after a month it does start to add up for some of us. Tip sent! Because, you know... bribery. txid:c784a374deec98f637acf7c7413ba80398befe359dc89e1c1dd5f7c2bc299afc

Have there been any updates on Namecoin payouts? I haven't received any payouts since early March.

I have to re-iterate what others have already said: these are beautiful. (And easy to put together!)
