401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did I lose money for Bitcoin? on: November 24, 2018, 04:43:18 AM
I started researching and investing in Bitcoin from February 2018, at that time 1 BTC was priced over 8k $, I bought 20BTC and then the price started rising. When looking at Bitcoin price charts in December 2017 I was very happy and thought I was lucky to invest properly! Then 2 months in March 2018, 1BTC was priced at over $ 11k, I was happy and decided to buy another 50BTC, I thought I would be a millionaire! But not! Then the price of BTC started to fall and I lost a lot of money! I was scared and did not understand why the price of BTC decreased! As well as buying BTC, I was fomo, invested a lot of money but did not understand what I was doing. Then I calm down and explore the market, and I realize that everything has its causes and rules! I started the trader and gradually recovered the lost money! I know a lot of people like me, invest their money without knowing what they are doing! I advise people to research thoroughly before bringing money to the market! And according to my personal opinion, the upcoming Bitcoin will drop to about $ 5k before rising again! invest your money wisely, it is your decision! good luck guys!
That is good you still manage yours loses and after all, you still know how to handle that situation. It is hard seeing those losses while the market is getting down, but you handle it carefully which is good. Researching for some information on investing and having some good knowledge with it will make us decrease our losses in the future. Good thing you know how to trade to recover your losses.
402  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ Bitvest.io - Plinko Sig. Campaign ★☆★ (Member-Hero Accepted) on: November 24, 2018, 01:17:10 AM
Really hope that the campaign manager finds time to pay us for this week because the situation is very dire and I could really use that money.

I don't mind waiting however right now we have lost money since BTC is worth a lot less then when we posted and did the work for this campaign a few weeks ago. When BTC went up the pay rate was cut so I just wonder now that BTC has come down, will the pay rate go up a little?
I don't know if the pay rate will go a bit higher from the current rates that we've got but that's interesting if it will be adjusted by lightlord.
I hope this concern will consider by lightlord, we posted a few weeks now and if I am not mistaken, its been a Month now since we get our last payment so hopefully this will be fixed by Lightlord and Lutpin. The rule is just 2 weeks round before we get our payment but its been a month now but I don't care now for that, I am more concern about taking the payment a bit higher because BTC value drops.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Thing To Do When Cryptocurrencies Price Dumps! on: November 24, 2018, 12:40:20 AM
No matter pump or dump takes place, first of all, you have to remain emotionless and stick to your well-thought plan that must be prepared in advance. The flow of emotions may ruin your plans, so, first of all, you must be cool blooded.

it's easier to say than to do because if you have significant investments in bitcoin you can't watch the falling price and stay calm.
yes, we cannot avoid seeing the falling price at the market especially when we are already losing, of course, we can feel that panic situation. Yes, it is easy to say that be cool or what, once we are losing we cannot avoid seeing the price market down.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: You think the Crypto market will keep growing? on: November 23, 2018, 02:21:39 PM
Despite severe falls, crypto always seems to make a comeback. There are certain articles that say crypto will die a sudden death.
But apart from these negative speculations, I always see investments pooling in and startups encouraging and coming forward to use crypto.

What is your take? I haven't personally gained too much of late but I always shake it off as part of learning the trade.
Hoping to get some positive vibes that motivate me.
I don't see a sudden death for bitcoin, even if how many times bitcoin value will drop, for me it will just drop but it will not go to die or something. We just need to accept the fact that the market is just like that. There are times that the market will in the uptrend and sometimes in the downtrend. Don't believe to those speculations that will just make us depressed, I am just still hoping that bitcoin will recover again soon, even if it is not today, the patient is the key with bitcoin.
405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Christmas And BTC? on: November 23, 2018, 02:16:32 PM
I was just wondering, to those experts on bitcoin, because I have seen that bitcoin suddenly lay low in going up, and now even plunges.  I needed your opinion.

Does Christmas or any holidays affect bitcoin?
Please elaborate. Thanks a lot
For me, holidays didn't affect bitcoin value or market. In my opinion, it still depends on a user of bitcoins on how they will use it and how many time did they sell or buy it how many users are still using bitcoin until now. It always depends on us that the market will depend on.

407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever stopped or removed from casino on: November 23, 2018, 01:08:40 PM
Not my experience but from a relative of mine. She is a mother of 3 and she frequents a casino near her place. One time she won the jackpot from a slot machine. When her eldest daughter knew that she won the jackpot in the casino, she requested to talk to the admin and asked the admin to ban her mother from playing and the admin accepted the request. Reason why her daughter requested to ban her mother is because after she won the jackpot, she will still continue to play until all her winnings are gone.
Really,Did they ban her just to save her winning to her family? Looks weird because that is their business tactic even when they give huge rewards they will collect them back from the losing bets of same person in the near future.
Yeah, I think it is impossible to decide with your mother in the casino, a casino will still want to play her mother to get back what she wins from that casino. Is this really true? Then how old her daughter that requested to ban her mother with that casino? Well, if she is at the right age to decide to her mother then maybe it is true. I am not playing with the casino but I have some random friends playing with casinos too.
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: November 23, 2018, 01:05:13 PM
There is no right time or day to play gambling, as long as we feel in that moment that we want to play gambling then, of course, we will play for sure, and as long as we have money to bet then why not. There is no right time and day that we can win in gambling, winning in gambling most of the time is depending on our luck.
409  Economy / Speculation / What is exactly the reason why bitcoin value falls right now? on: November 23, 2018, 12:50:00 PM
Anyone knows what is really the reason behind of falling bitcoin value? Is there any news or article that you can share here guys? I am also confused if I still want to hold my bitcoin or just sell but if I do that, I will lose a lot just like to those who already make panic selling.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Thing To Do When Cryptocurrencies Price Dumps! on: November 23, 2018, 12:47:55 PM
It is also dumped as of the moment and as of now I don't have any action until now, even me, I don't know exactly what I need to do because we all don't know if bitcoin value will gonna pump again or what. Maybe we need a lot of patience now because holding bitcoin now is not really profitable at the moment. I don't know if we can still stand the value of cryptocurrencies right now.
411  Economy / Speculation / Re: What we can do now other than saying HODL? on: November 23, 2018, 09:45:56 AM
Since the last week the price of bitcoin and all the crypto currencies were falling too much,me and lot of other normal small scale investor affected very large by this price fall. Many people saying that this current price fall is due to BCH hashrate war so what we can do now to minimize our losses other than saying the words HODLing as a community?
If you think that there will no improvement for the next month or next year then try to sell it now, or regret the day when bitcoin price will recover again. It is up to you if you don't want to lose much more than you expect to lose.
412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your predictions for 2019 on: November 23, 2018, 08:56:04 AM
Hi, friends! Many experts agree that blockchain and cryptocurrency will develop with even greater speed and integrate not only in the financial sector, but also in other public spheres, it will strengthen and increase the market, despite the current recession, the jump upwards is obviously still ahead.
What do you think, your forecast, what events are waiting for us next year? Will it  be reallysuccessful for the market, or will it cheat on us?
No one is sure for that if that will happen or just another prediction that is no assurance but we can still be positive with bitcoin, because I am sure it will recover again, maybe it is not as fast as last year on how bitcoin hit the last ATH's, but hopefully soon after this crisis with bitcoin we can have good amount bitcoin, even if $10k is good enough for me.
413  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 4000$? on: November 23, 2018, 08:52:21 AM
Howdy folks
it's really clear for all of us that btc is going to 4000 usd levels, how's your portfolio right now?
what plans you're going to follow?

Yeah, it is on the level of $4000 now and I don't know if this is still normal for the last stable amount which is $6000-$6500 levels. I hope it will get back to more than $6000 amount again and hopefully next month it will recover again. A lot of us now are making panic selling for sure that is why bitcoin price is slowly dropping right now.  Sad
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Hunters being trapped on: November 21, 2018, 01:11:53 PM
I have observed that most bounty campaigns nowadays are not complying with their tagret end date. No problem with extend the campaign but man, these projects are now imposing hunters to not remove their signature until the end of the campaign. This prevents participants from leaving the campaign. Poor participants cannot break free from this and to look for other productive campaign. They have no choice but get stuck and post for these companies. Did you have the same experience? or Do you observe the same pattern? please enlighten me.
That is how bounties really works, you must finish the bounty first before getting your tokens. If you don't want a campaign like that then search for signature campaigns that is paying for weekly or monthly then you can search for other campaigns if you are not satisfied with your extra income.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be more stable in the future? on: November 21, 2018, 11:09:37 AM
I think that Ethereum is just beginning its way of growing up and it will flourish and will always be in the top three in the cryptocurrency market, based on its initial value at birth and at the moment it is still very much grown
I think it will be stable in the future or maybe it will be after to bitcoin, I mean it will be next to bitcoin because in my opinion of all altcoins, ethereum has more potential to grow like bitcoin than any other. As what we can see in all exchangers ETH is more usable than any other coins before converting into bitcoin.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: November 21, 2018, 08:37:49 AM
But for some people, it is hard to quit gambling when they can get a big winning of money. They can get another passion for winning in the next round which is not guaranteed for them to win. Once we can win big money, it is time for us to get that money and leave the places because we don't have another luck in the next round. It is better for us to save that money and quit the games without thinking about the possibility of the next winning in the next round.

For how long would you leave the place without placing a bet? For 1 week, 1 month?

The only way to stop is to not get into it in the first place, and if you already got into it - then SELF EXCLUDE yourself.

I think it's less than one month because sometimes I feel I need to stay away from gambling because I need to use the money for another thing. I glad that right now when I play gambling, I can decide when I need to stop the game and leave the place without any problem because I have the other things to do and I don't play the game too long. I wish that I can keep this for a long time so I can save more money for my future and I hope that I can spend small money in the gambling game.
That's good, you can control yourself in gambling and I think you can manage to continue it, as long as you know when are your limitations. I don't see any success in gambling unless you win in a lottery that has a huge amount of winning. As long as we can't have that luck in gambling then no one can be rich in gambling because most of the time gambling is base on luck and some strategy.
417  Other / Off-topic / Re: does money influence the health of a person on: November 20, 2018, 04:27:30 AM
It is said that the rich are more likely to be more healthy than the poor. Many books and articles have said a similar thing about this but i really do not see the connection between money or financial status and health.
I have seen rich people becoming less healthy than the poor and vice versa. Is it really true that there is a relationship between financial status and health of a person. I want your ideas about this supposed relationship.
I feel that it can be connected because those who can't afford food that is rich with healthy foods like fruits that are expensive is really needed of our body which they cannot afford to buy. Like me, I can't afford to buy fruits everyday because of expenses especially our daily needs, we must consider also good fruits and vegetables in our body not only meats or just delicious foods. Rich people are more healthier and I agree with that.
418  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not be Greedy on: November 20, 2018, 04:23:20 AM
Your opinion is right, sometimes many people are greedy and eventually fall into their own hands. Little by little the profits collected will become hills.
Being greedy is always there but we must also limit ourselves from being greedy, and we cannot control the mind of people nowadays especially today here in our country we have a very expensive expenses todays which is many people needs to make additional income for their to survive. So, we can't avoid being greedy especially if we really badly needed it.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in ETH? on: November 19, 2018, 07:35:32 AM
Yes, I still believe with ETH because with most altcoins, ETH has more potential that I think will grow more unlike other altcoins. Some altcoins can be good at first then after that they will also dissappear or it will be at a low cost which is not profitable. ETH is also good as bitcoin in my opinion.
420  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do when you're stress? on: November 17, 2018, 01:27:17 PM
The last time I got stress and cried out was just this year and my way for me to calm down because I am pregnant because they say that pregnant should not be stress because it will also affect the baby inside me. So, I go to church for me to calm down and pray everything I want tk tell Him. I also light a candle and pray all my problem and worries inside my head. It really helps me a lot.
