Since you are just starting I would suggest you to stop the lottery idea because you see there are a lot of lottery sites which are not even able to get 100 bets a day. Well here in my country if you are not sending bitcoin to outside they are not asking for the fee but if you are sending bitcoin to another wallet or outside of the site they are asking for the fee default is 50k this is the same as other online wallet like coinbase..

Probably need more weeks to reach $1300, not much of good events to push the price of Bitcoin, in fact it is down a bit today than the other day. It is kinda moving sideway for now, probably some consolidation and accumulation before pushing Bitcoin to its new ATH. Alright so i used this strategy only once recently and it worked perfectly
Anyways for example deposit 1 btc and play all your gambles with 10% of deposit amount only. Second have a goal. I normally keep double. When you reach that goal withdraw all your initial deposit and keep using this strategy and withdrawing , when you feel you are losing withdraw everything and stop.
For me this is not working you are still base in luck game..
