op your  question is good.  If bitcoin' s fee increase people won't use bitcoin for small transactions.  For small transactions they will prefer fiat currencies only.just think, for a 10 dollar product who will spend 12 dollars? If the fee keeps on increasing like this people won't use it for buying stuff, they will hold it as investment only.

for starting a exchange the basic thing what you need is a big budget in your pocket.  Because you are creating an exchange you need to hire programmers.  ok may be your friend can do that. But it's your duty to cross check the codes of the script or test the script with the help of another programmer because you are going to handle others money. you will also need money for advertising your site like signature campaign etc to attract visitors in your site. so if you dont have enough money please dont step into this business.

What's exactly your plan? Why you need partners to start a bitcoin project? If you can't afford to create a bitcoin faucet then my opinion is just leave it. You only need 0.02 btc maximum to start a faucet. If you can't afford that then   think some other ways to collect that much btc and then plan to start a faucet.  And I am sure no one will come forward to become partner unless it's a unique concept.

Got a mail from unocoin exchange that they will send the bitcoin cash to all bitcoin holders in that exchange. For that we have to submit the bitcoin cash address in the exchange before 28th of August. What about coinsecure? When they are going to distribute the bitcoin cash to bitcoin holders? Any updates?

I used to do day trading altcoins but I  stopped it three months back. I understood one thing . Its better to buy bitcoins and hold it since it's price is increasing like anything. I have also invested some money in ethereum. I find holding coins more profitable than day trading. Its may be because I am not good in day trading.
