why ask volume so low? (compared to bids) people oversold or just the bid volume increased so much?
posting ask/bid on orderbook is posting ad to buy/sell X volume on Y price nothing more nothing less Not exactly, it is more like offer What exactly is the difference between an ad and an offer?

. . . so that a very dumb guy, could know by heart the private key . . .
I agree... How is a very dumb guy going to memorize 256 bits? Also, how is your "calculator" supposed to help him do that? What you might be interested in are brain wallets where you memorize a passphrase that can be converted into a private key.

Where does habit of shipping your gold to the US come from, WWII? Yep, there were reasons ( ) for some gouvernaments to stack there gold reserves in different parts of the world, Canada, VS, GB ect. for logistic reasons and because of the hassle it brings...thats why i love BTC...lol...no hassle.. Yep. War was a biggie since the invading forces tend to just take shit. International trade was the other biggie. By having trusted third party hold the gold nations could easily settle up by asking the third party to reallocate the gold. It was the "trusted" part that broke down is 1971 when France asked the US for the gold value of the bonds it held. Nixon promptly went on television to announce that dollars were no longer convertible to gold and thus we stole much of the world's gold.

What about the Third Way?
Wait, what are the first two ways? Let's start at the beginning.

Ah...on third reading, it seems mr Del Mar would have would have had sufficient faith in the bank if it was under the thumb of the State. Well.
It may have been the best option available at the time. They really didn't have any good way of doing it. We do now... since 2009 .

I think we could see $5 or $7 in 2013.
Such confidence. How many times do established users google "bitcoin"? Maybe if you looked at the integral of search volume you could find some rough correlation, but raw search volume vs. price is pretty useless. My point was, this idiot doesn't even believe what he's saying. We "could see" first contact with aliens from 1000 light years away in 2013. I don't expect it, but we could. This is incredibly weak and cowardly use of language. Sorry for the confusion, but my response was targeted at OP. I was just too lazy to pull the quote out like you did so I just quoted you. I agree with your points.

Is there anything in particular we should try with the latest build (Jan 15)?
Try loading from scratch with an empty data directory. It's fast .

This has to be some guy hoping to get some more coins under 14.50
I wish him luck... I've got funds on the way that should clear tomorrow so if he can hold it down I'm happy.

Twice I've needed to email Dwolla customer service. Both time they not only replied, but also resolved my problem within 2 hours. Very impressive, IMO.
They've made some changes then because it used to be utter crap. It got bad enough that I now have a completely dwolla-less purchase chain and am much happier. It's quicker too.

Both have the same socket. So they should work.
Thanks for checking... I was too lazy .

So Bitfloor still takes ING p2p deposits? I was on their site and could not find it.
I am currently at work so I cannot access the page but could someone show me where I go to do this?
Click on deposit. If you don't see the deposit tab you may need to log in first. Yep, deposit->USD->ING P2P

is it in the same motherboard? if the processor is PHYSICALLY a different size, then you should be more concerned for the mobo then the heatsink that straps to the mobo
Yep, same motherboard (or most likely just the same socket) will have the same heatsink mounts. If the socket type is different it may or may not fit.

I am not insulting anyone , i am simply making an argument that there are those scroungers out there who are hiding under the mask of open- source: Here what my app can do for you:
UltraMiner is distributed and scheduled mining software. That includes , realtime overclocking abilities. This helps bitcoin miners , more easy control.
WORKS ON WINDOWS ONLY ( Currently )
SCHEDULING : You can schedule mining hours on idle or non idle time. AUTO BOOT : Ultraminer can autoboot pcs for mining. When wake on lan pc starts up , it automatically start mining all pcs AUTO SHUTDOWN : You can auto shutdown pcs and manage working hours of all pcs suddenly. WAKE ON LAN : You can wake on LAN Pcs on the network MONITORING REALTIME : You can monitor cpu and gpu usage on all pcs on the network. With the heighest temperature setting. COMMANDER : You can send distributed commands to all pcs on the network OVERCLOCKING REALTIME ( ATI ONLY ) : you can make realtime overclock on all pcs on the network.by just drag and drop SERVICE MINING : Miner runs as a background service on the pcs IDLE MINING : For internet cafes , it can make idle runner. That means when user is leaving on pc , it can start mining. When the user stops working on PC AUTO DISCOVERY ALL CLIENTS ON NETWORK : there are jmx server which commands all clients on the network with auto discovery.
Nice feature list. Nothing I need personally, but I could see where your application might be useful for some if they can get past the trust issues involved with allowing black box code on the same system as your bitcoin wallet.

Dont underestimted the impact of reversed divergences of the third kind OP. With a little emphasis on related topics any outcome could be accomplished easily. I take your point though.
Since you seem to have understood that gibberish, mind providing some background links we newbs can read up on?

There are lots of open source projects which has commercial counterparts, so why would somebody start a closed source commercial application anyway even though there is another one which is opensource? The answer is simple: They do it better. If you are a supporter of opensource, please keep your mind open first. Otherwise you are nothing more than a scrounger....
I don't have a closed mind, but you have not answered my question. WHY should I use your app? WHAT does it do better? Insulting your target audience is much less effective than providing a compelling case for your application. You have provided no details about why people should use it other than it is mining software. There have been several scams involving mining software and we are dealing with money here. If you can't understand that, I probably don't want to use your code anywhere near my bitcoins.

you drive forward as fast as possible, line up a wave and pull the "trigger" by diving the kite backwards. You have about 1 and a half seconds to regret your decision (as the kite moves from in front to behind you) and then the it rips you up into the air like you are God's own angry bird. And the wind decides how high and when to put you back down... It feels like when clark moody starts going green showing gox executing a big buy... no idea how high we're going Where.... you forgot where.... Where can be important
