Okay, I have to ask. WTF is a steamit link?

Here is an example of a bug that was found and reported on Steemit and Bitcointalk.

(note that this was a post in the Steem thread... related to Steem... and not shady... seems it falls into Theymos guild lines of not to be deleted, but was anyways.

It seems to me that steem is a classic scamcoin, and steemit is being astroturfed like crazy. However, if a steemit link contains substantial, on-topic content, then the shadyness of steem/steemit doesn't warrant removing the link.

But if people are posting low-content steemit links in low-content posts, or posting steemit links constantly, then this should be reported. (Note that we might give a little extra leeway for steemit posts in the steem/steemit threads.)

I just had 9 legit post removed in the Steem thread... Kinda horse shit.

I don't really care about the link, but there was conversations in there and it was in the proper thread.

That's annoying to say the least...  Please keep mprep at bay a tiny bit.

I'm curious why you care if the cards been used before and if there is a zip on it.  Vanilla allows you to change zips with just a few clicks.

hey all,

does this mean pool operaters and exchanges will have heaps of clams from all the old addressses?

if so can we get our clams out from them or is it now their property?

Cheers

You should email them and nicely explain there is more value attached to your private key that they held and you'd like to withdraw.

Maybe even offer them 10%...

It's worth asking.

Alternatively:

All they have to do is sign a key with the address that has CLAMS in order to begin staking them as I understand!

Their pool could earn more for miners and places like Dragon Tales could pretty much decentralize Clamcoin over night.

Definitely a nice piece, I bet other copies of this card will land in one of those Bitcoin museums. (Are those still happening or a thing?)

I would donate it if I was approached by the right place.

For now it will be fine put up Smiley.

Are you supposed to be able to add 6 tags to your post?
because i did it an it says 5 max.

I believe that changed a few days ago because when I first started it seemed I could have many tags and then I went to edit my listing.... that's when it started throwing the 5 error.

i updated the post above to how i did it.

Friggin hacker Wink Tongue

Good fix on adding the extra Cheesy

Have you checked them to make sure they aren't bunk?

I know we got our coins from JustBTCMe and half of the ones he sent me were flawed/unfunded.

Just wanted to chime in and say this is awesome. Firearms for bitcoins (transaction performed legally, of course)-I love it. Unfortunately in my home state of California there is no [even somewhat reasonable] way of owning it. But good luck man-keep stuff like this coming, I love to see it.

Actually, these can be shipped with a 10 round drum or without a drum I believe into California...  I'd have to double check.

If anyone has fiat and is looking for one of these types of guns... I stumbled across a great deal today online (in fact I might buy it tomorrow.)

https://www.gunsamerica.com/930651086/Auto-Ordnance-1927A1-Deluxe-Pistol.htm

100 round drum for $1225 +$45 shipping.

I wonder how well it would do with hallow points.

I've only used 230 grain fmj

Everything I read says it can cause jams... I'm going to give it a test run later

Ok just got back in from running 50 rounds through one of them.

I used the green and red hollow point ammo in the picture above.  (They are consider hollow points, but they have some shit in them to help them keep flying straight after 20 feet & shoot through windshields etc.)

I had 3 jams in total and they were very simple jams.  All I needed to do was help the bolt down just a little.  The tiny bit of the bullets edge would catch was the issue.  I could fix it about as fast as I could get my hand on the bolt.

After my little test... I'd have to recommend sticking with the 230 grain fmj ammo.  Smiley

(note to self: Let the neighbors know before you dump a drum in the back yard)
