Bonjour Tu n'as jamais entendu parlé du Proof of Stake ? Non malheureusement je me suis intéressé au bitcoin il y a quelques années mais je ne suis pas au courant de ce qu'il c'est passé entre temps. Mais si les paramètres des miners ne sont pas diffusé et que les miner dans le réseau sont tous de confiance et que je diffuse uniquement les portefeuille ? Cela change quelque chose a la sécuritée ou es ce que les paramètres du miner serons déductibles a partir des portefeuilles ? Le Proof of Stake pourrait quand même se faire ? Le principe du Proof of Stake répond à ta demande. Tous les coins existent dès le départ, il n'y a pas besoin de miner. La sécurité de la blockchain est maintenu par des nodes qui ne sont pas en concurence (puissance de hash) puisqu'il n'y a pas de minage. En gardant le client-node dans un cercle fermé, tu rends impossible les attaques. |

Same here... Now, as we speak, I checked again, and on pool website, it says it has been paid, but when I update my .bin and open wallet (refresh), there is no income for that amount. It's kinda strange, or it happens? Hello, Please try the following : 1) Find the folder where the blockchain is located. On Windows it looks like : AppData\Roaming\bitmonero. There should be 3 files (blockchain.bin + p2pstate.bin + poolstate.bin). Delete them all. 2) Go to the main monero thread and download the blockchain file from there. Choose the right version (windows/linux 32bits/64bits). Put it in the blockchain folder (where you deleted the 3 files). 3) Go to your monero folder where the wallet files are located. Do a backup of the 3 wallet files. Delete all of them exept the .keyfile. 4) Launch bitmonerod and wait for it to be sync. Open your wallet using the .keyfile. Wait for the wallet to rescan all the transactions. are the pool payments stuck ?I havent get any payment more than 12 hours
We restart it all the time automatically but still, it is hard to make it works because the wallet software is not made for pools. There are about 500 payments per hours and it is too much for the software. All big pools have the same problem. Devs know about it, they'll fix it when they can. |

You know how to sell.  I know. Because we talk about Nxt, here is a quick update about the Nxt MultyGateWay and the Nxt DigitalGoodStore. The MGW is an exchange included in the Nxt client, it use the blockchain to secure coins and transactions. It is the safest existing way of trading altcoins. The higher the amount, the lower the fees are in percentage. - Open to any coin that wants to put in the work The DGS is a store included in he Nxt client that aim to be the equivalent of eBay but open and decentralized. Je pense que cela peut jouer une mentalité cruelle pour que le bitcoin soit adopté pour les gens "normaux"
Pour être clair : La fermeture de SilkRoad 1 par le FBI a provoqué une décentralisation, une diversification et une explosion du nombre de plateformes. Quelques mois après la fermeture, le volume d'achat/vente avait doublé grâce aux journaux qui relayaient la nouvelle et faisait la promotion des plateformes du DarkNet. Plus on parle du DarkNet (en bien comme en mal) plus on le renforce. |

Why didn't you guys claim æthereum (AETH) for free instead of buying Ethereum tokens ? You just need to have Bitcoins on an address you control at a certain block number. You'll get the equivalent coins without having to spend or buy anything. Let me quote Vitalik Buterin, he explain well how to get æthereum : What about BTC I hold at an exchange? Would I need to move all my BTC to a personal BTC wallet before nucleus?
Yes. The correct way to implement this kind of distribution model is to pick a block number (eg. 290000), and say that bitcoins at that specific block are what gives you aethereum. Otherwise, you can claim some AETH with your BTC, deposit and withdraw from an exchange, claim more AETH, and repeat ad infinitum. For the system to be trust-free and secure, it would have to be based on private key signing, which means that you would have to have them in a personal wallet. If you don't want to set up a new wallet and deal with different addresses another somewhat technical alternative is to use my pybtctool toolkit to generate a brainwallet and put your money all in the one address just before the nucleus happens. You can independently verify that 04334... is the public key corresponding to sha256(cow). Then you can easily sign a transaction to move funds back out. It's literally as easy as a command line utility possibly can be. But I personally would recommend for this group to do something similar to what we're doing and release an application which people can send their BTC to (it's client side so no security risk involved) such that the application signs at the appropriate time and then sends the BTC back out. Having easy-to-use tools for doing this kind of signing would really do a lot to help Bitcoin-based issuance models gain wider adoption.
