I didnt see any mathematical or physical evidence or explanation.
Can you please stick to that instead of opinions, hearsay or whatever you think might be true?

So far i didnt see one poster archieving that.
For what, exactly?

Putin has several reason for that: to retreat while he stil can, to avoid Afghan scenario and to send the message to Asad.
Putin has a reason, Putin does that, Putin wants to send a message... I know, this may be shocking, but he does that because it was planned to do so. Yep, it was declared right at the beginning of operation that troops won't stay there for long and will be withdrawn in the middle of spring. Anybody with a tiny amount of memory is able to remember official MoD statements.

Normally, there is nothing strange in doing something if it was originally declared. Your boss won't be surprised to see you at your working place tomorrow, for example.

Putin has said a lot of things but is not that he always sticks to that. Things are not that simple, when it comes to him there is always a background.

Please cite the source for a russian spring withdraw from last year thanks.

Imho putin is awaiting leverage from the retreat in the upcoming negotiations?
I see him in a possible stronger position with the EU regarding Ukraine+migrant crisis and Syria.

Funny that russian bombs were one of the causes for the refugee wave.
I really dont understand why putin did that.
Everybody is able to google some newspaper headlines, compare the dates and find out that you're lying deliberately. Go and try to find fools elsewhere, please.

 Roll Eyes
I dont even know what to say.

Fighting wars is expensive and if chaos breaks loose even more refugees will flood Europe. Win-win for Mr. Putin.

Funny that russian bombs were one of the causes for the refugee wave.

I really dont understand why putin did that. There must have been something big behind the curtains for that decision to be made.
Russian troops in syria was putins ace not sure why he is giving it up.

Russians achieved their tactical and strategic goals: secured their bases over there, secured the survival of their ally in the future (maybe not Assad himself but someone Russia friendly), forced the "moderate opposition" to (at least temporarily) turn against the saudi/turkey/us backed islamists, so they've gained a lot of bargaining chips.
I think behind the scenes they've also made some new friendships with the syrian and iraqi kurds, so a pipeline from Iran to the Mediterranean sea through friendly kurdish held territories is possible again and now there's a possible supply route to PKK if the turks would try to oppose that.
Now they are partially pulling out with a military and diplomatic victory in their pocket. It appears unlike the US, Russians have learned their lessons in Afghanistan about why not good to be bogged down in local turf wars and such unstable situations. BTW they can go back in days if needed.

Interesting theory. I will do some research in that direction.

Overall it was quite surprising and sudden.

4088  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Merkel's party routed in German state elections on: March 14, 2016, 03:25:02 PM
For the second time in less than a week, the opinion polls have gone horribly wrong. Check this:

1. Opinion polls (and even the exit polls) have Clinton ahead of Sanders by 20 to 25 points in Michigan. Real results: Sanders "bern" Hitlery by 2 points.

2. Opinion polls report 15% to 19% support for AfD in Sachsen-Anhalt. Real results: AfD polls 24.5% of the vote.

I don't know whether there is a deliberate attempt by the mainstream media, to under-estimate the anti-establishment figures/parties in the opinion polls.

I dont know for the US, but german news agencies and similiar all reported a possible 20+% for AfD in sachsen anhalt and 10+% in rheinland-pfalz and baden-Württemberg. And indeed sadly it came true.

His narrative is just that everyone in germany is lying except the right wing Smiley
4089  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pro gun mom got shot by her 4 years old son on: March 14, 2016, 11:56:14 AM
Multiple lessons here. Weapons must be secured in a rapid-opening finger-touch-code locking device. Another lesson; handguns are wounding weapons that sometimes kill. The best home defense weapon should be either a shotgun or center-fire rifle (if living in dense population / apartment, rifle rounds over penetrate, so only a shotgun would be appropriate).

If you use a shotgun in the correct distance then you would have to miss your target on purpose to not kill him.
4090  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pro gun mom got shot by her 4 years old son on: March 14, 2016, 11:53:11 AM
Yeah. Seems like a much better idea to jail people and separate families than to take away guns that have absolutely no other use but to kill people Smiley

In most circumstances yes, anyone who allows young children unsupervised access to loaded guns SHOULD be prosecuted and potentially jailed. You don't find this to be worthy of criminal charges in most cases? Additionally are you making the argument that guns NEVER are used to defend life? I think you are going to lose that one.

Another logical fallacy here. Seems like you preach a lot but you're not better at logical debate.
https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/strawman

So you did not just state that guns have no other use than to kill people? It seems pretty clear to me you did, making my statement 100% fair and logical. Just because you get amnesia about what you said when convenient doesn't erase your statement from the record.

Well i guess the dream of arms manufacturers would be that every shot would miss and therefor people create an infinite demand.
Peoples death are just a sad and a not wanted occurrence - usually by accident or mistake - in the world of arms producer.

Lord of War was a pretty good movie Smiley
4091  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Merkel's party routed in German state elections on: March 14, 2016, 10:13:51 AM
Gotta love the narrative the Guardian is running of being against open door policies makes you 'anti-refugee', it's like how the mainsream press is calling left wing protestors 'anti-racist' when really it's just a fucking turf war.

They are talking about the AfD and are correct with their assesment.

There was an significant increase of voters and a lot of them voted AfD an anti-Establishment/everything party - which was caused by a lot of reasons. The refugee crisis is just of them imho.

The sad thing is that the AfD has no real party programm or something similar it is just a protest party that uses the fear of the german citiziens.

cant find on any mainstream news sites

Edited to reflect that.

One was, until recently at least, hard pressed to find any report of an 'immigrant' involved in any crime in Scandinavia or Germany in the 'mainstream news.'  So, I guess we'll have to wait a decent amount of time to get a second opinion in this story.

You might want to learn german and buy german newspapers to read then Roll Eyes

Hallo an alle,

Smiley

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

What type of weapons did the pictures i posted  show and why are or should they be legal?

Why the heck should normal citiziens run around with (half) automatic assault rifles ( thats the correct translation i believe)?

They are designed to kill as much people as possible in the shortest timeframe.
