4081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that in near future BTC would be connected with mobile number? on: August 21, 2017, 02:48:51 PM
Why will you need a mobile number for if you can send right away your Bitcoin Wallet Address? I think what you are asking os totally unnecessary because connecting it to a mobile number will be a useless thing to do necause it won't have any function. Not unless it is a debit card in whoch you won't need an internet access for. Also assuming it for the future, I think that us being a technical world would have easier access with Bitcoin directly.
4082  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 21, 2017, 01:40:43 PM
Of course bitcoin is better for long-term storage in order to earn as much money as possible at a price increase, but if you really need money, it can also be used for short-term investments.
Its not how long you hold your Bitcoin in order to earn more from your Bitcoin, but it is about what price did you bought your Bitcoin and what price did you sell your Bitcoin. For example Bitcoin 1 week before August 1 dropped at 1800$ but after August 1 the prices skyrocket to above 3000$, did you get what I mean? Prices are more important than how long you are holding it.
4083  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: August 21, 2017, 07:19:39 AM
I thinks you should focus on both. Because having a real job is different from just claiming faucets. Profesionaly you can still improve your job. Just use bitcoin as a sideline to earn more. Grin
It is the first time I am hearing a person that would even compare the earnings from a faucet to what a regular salary a employee gets, because even a minimum wage earner is greater than what you will get if you claimed money through faucets. I am not against going full time on Bitcoin but if you are suggesting Faucets as an alternative then it is a foolish idea to make by any person.
4084  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: August 21, 2017, 04:51:11 AM
I dont really think that bitcoin is gonna die soon, but nobody knows what can happen in a few years... As far as everybody knows here, bitcoin is the main cryptocurrencie, so it will continue growing in the next years, because this is the new era of money people, and everybody must know it.

There's a possibility that bitcoin die in the future, but in my opinion I think before it happen it will takes a hundred years. Because these coming past few days bitcoin shown of a good performance in the market and  I think it was enough to catch up the eye of many investors to support bitcoin. In additional bitcoin is the famous digital currency in the world now so I never think now the dying day of bitcoin.
It is very difficult to make predictions for such an extended periods of time, just look at the pace in which people replace cell phones even if the cell phones are still in prefect working condition, bitcoin is great but to think that nothing better is going to come along in the hundreds of years is in my opinion to be too naive and too optimistic.

Well I agree with you that there could be technology advancements etc. but Bitcoin could also be improved to meet the technological demands of the time either through a hard or soft fork.

You are all right that it is hard to make assumptions and predictions on what the future Bitcoin's hold because we really don't know the factors that will affect it. For example we don't know what the government will do on cryptocurrencies in the future if it will be good or bad. We don't know if Bitcoin will remain the king of cryptocurrencies because every month there are hundreds of ICOs taking place that is reducing the market share of Bitcoin. The best thing to do is to be prepared and be updated on the latest happenings to Bitcoin.
4085  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: August 20, 2017, 02:08:20 PM
If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?
If you are a Bitcoin trader you should cash out because we're in panic period and buy later. But if you're saving your bitcoin as a long time asset then don't cash out now because bitcoin will surely appreciate. Cool
If you invested in bitcoin for the long term then there is no need for a panic, but if you watch the graph carefully you will understand how the price moves and usually it would end up hitting a resistance point and if you could see that the market goes down, you could book your profit and enter back when the price goes down.
Selling now and buying at a lower price does not necessarily mean "panic" for traders they are basically taking advantage of the situation and they gain profit at the event. Selling at a higher price compared to when they bought it and buying it at a lower price seems to be the perfect trade for any trader. That is why they are called traders in the first place they are totally different people from investors in which they buy and hold assets in the long term to make profit out of it.
4086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] Solar DAO 🔅 Signature & Avatar Campaign 🔅 on: August 20, 2017, 01:16:06 PM
So to understand well. As a Sr. Member I can earn 120$ per week? or 120$ for 2 weeks?

For 2 weeks (80 posts for 2 weeks x 1,5$ = 120$)

Dear friends!

I want to inform you about new payment rates for the next weeks.
Payments will be send every 2 weeks in BTC for this rate:

1. Full Member: 1$ per post (min 40$, max 80$)
2. Senior Member: 1,5$ per post (min 60$, max 120$)
3. Hero/Legendary Member: 2$ per post (min 80$, max 160$)

The next payment will be on 3rd of September (cut off on 23:59 UTC 2nd of September)

Thank you!

The minimum and maximum post is still the same right?

Yes. minimum 20 posts per week (40 posts for 2 weeks) and maximum 40 posts per week (80 posts for 2 weeks)
Isn't the rate change too much? 60$ per week roughly translates to = .014BTC which means the rates for the Sr. Member have been decreased to around .01BTC

So in per post basis we are actually being paid .00035BTC / post. Which is a lot lower compared to the original rate change you offered us during this week.

4089  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Getting Scammed: Go to Police or Cut Losses and Move On? on: August 19, 2017, 08:19:21 PM
This things are the worst way to be on a situation with. Ask if you chase them by going to the police, the idea of it is good but the Bitcoin or money that will be returned to you depends on how your police system works. Normally the chances of your money being retrieved again is how much is the money taken away and how important of a person for you to them, a 10,000$ worth of cash is a pretty big amount so you need to tell them all the details in order to increase your chances of ever retrieving your money again.
4090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BCH threat to BTC? on: August 19, 2017, 07:51:17 PM
I don't think so bro because Bitcoin Cash will always be the weaker clone of Bitcoin, in which people will see it as another kind of Alternative Coin, it won't be viewed as what people see Bitcoin right now. Also I think the greatest affect of the Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash exchange rate is the price of Bitcoin lately going down which as of now is 4100$ compared  to where it was before (4500$). But I greatly disagree the opinion on Bitcoin Cash being the greater among the two it simply does not have the support Bitcoin is getting.
4091  Economy / Economics / Re: Wasn't that good to use bitcoin as your lifetime asset? on: August 19, 2017, 07:22:52 PM
For me if Bitcoin will have a good future then it will be better than any kind of pension because the growth of it is unbelievable and if this continued I will assume that anyone who invested even at this price range will have a good life, as long as they us the money they earned to build a bisiness or another kind of investment. Because investing on Bitcoin alone is not a clever idea for you to make.
4092  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: August 19, 2017, 06:25:23 PM
I can see that people nowadays are busy searching on money and everything depends on money. People nowadays never go to church just because they would rather earn money rather than praise God. Others do not pay respect to elders  because they earn money for them or richer than them. Well for you, is money above all things ?

I don't really think that money is above everything else. There are a lot of things that money can't buy like happiness, love, respect and a lot more. There are a lot of rich people who are not even happy. There are families who are poor but happy and contented. So, I believe that money is a necessity, but it is not that essential.
Well it is true happiness is only obtained with interacting and living with your love ones, but isn't it also true that if you want to maintain your relationship with other people you must have money in order for you and them to live and to be able to interact with them. I know money alone can't buy happiness but it is really needed as it is an essential material for our satisfaction.
4093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: August 19, 2017, 06:30:03 AM
The governments of some countries fear to lose control of their own currency (where they can control inflation, cash flow and print the money). If their people start to use Bitcoin, which has no inflation, no one wants their Fiat money anymore. That's probably why they do not support or even forbid the use of alternative currencies like Bitcoin.
Actually the country's goverment won't lose control of their own currency they can still control the supply of it as Bitcoin has no effect on it whatsoever. And what is up with you guys looking at inflation a bad thing? For people who knows the basics of Macro Economics inflation rate of a country is actually good for both the country and their economy. There are inflation rates that signifies growth and bad inflation that signifies a bad economy.
4094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if we die? on: August 19, 2017, 04:14:17 AM
Yes that is the sad part of it. You are sacrificing that in exchange for security and privacy which is not bad. But if you are willing to give your Bitcoins on your moment of death you can always right it in your last will and testament. That advantage of this is you are keeping your Bitcoin until you are alive and all your Bitcoin will be transferred on the moment of your death. This can be a quick fix for people who have these problems.
4095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High school dropout who invested in bitcoin is now a millionaire at 18 on: August 18, 2017, 06:14:48 PM
It was actually a good trade off worth a 40,000$ difference it is worth it to invest on something that has dropped of in value lets say more than half the price. If this kid had done his research well then he knew what are the causes of the price drop and if that price drop is temporary or permanent. With that being said he knows what is the risk involve and it gladly paid him off.
4096  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: August 18, 2017, 05:17:37 PM
I made the most stupid mistake to cash out 0.5 bitcoin on 30 July fearing the worst on August 1st. It was most stupid. I will need 3 years to recover the lossses of what I lost on that day from my fear. If you need money it is good to cash out 10% of what you have. If you want to cash out everything, cash out 90%, leave 10% in bitcoin, one never knows...
What losses are you talking about? From what I remembered Bitcoin was still at the 2700$ on July 30 and it is one of highest price you could ever buy Bitcoin before August 1. Also there is really no right proportion on cashing out Bitcoin for Fiat currency, what I normally say is that you cashing out Bitcoin depend on how much you need. But if you are cashing out because you are scared the best thing to do is to just sit tight because in these kind of scares are where investors are tested the most.
4097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people invest in bitcoin? on: August 18, 2017, 04:51:51 PM
I dont want to be a pathetic liar but for now, it is really about the damn money.
Before I use to get a loan just so I could live cause my salary aint enough.
Now that changed. I cant say it is easy money but it gives a lot of space for my budget. The profit from just the movement of it and add the services that i will do that pays good makes it worth using bitcoin.
We will have to wait for it to be more popular just so we could see what else it could do.
But the truth about here is we shouldn't be relying on one source of income in the first place, as a person who is living in a fast pace economy I myself know that in one day the inflation rate will takeover my salary which is true. The one way to escape or at least protect us from this kind of events is by investing. Investing is a really good way to earn passively and to protect your capital for the future, not only it has more growth potential than interest rates of banks but it also will give us the right path to financial freedom.
4098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: August 18, 2017, 02:57:48 PM
Golden state are far more better at all stats.

I know the draft is not over yet, but still, most of the good players are playing at Golden State.

I am not sure about cleveland but GS are clearly going to dominate the east side!

Going to be a good season for sure as a large amount of big players are joining from the college leagues.

Good thing that Andre Iguodala re-signed  with the Warriors because without him there will be no body in the bench and he is really the 6th man for the team. Too bad that the Timberwolves did not persuade him on signing witg them.
4099  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: August 18, 2017, 12:42:31 PM
those made me realize we arent soo freedom as we think we are, even bein at crypto world, there are some risks
Yes there are risks but those risks are worth to take because it will be an exchange for freedom which is decentralization from the cryptocurrencies that we will use where it means that no one can really dictate us and we are just keep on going with our will and also based on the good things and developments that we will get and applied in the future.
Obviously cryptocurrency is a lot riskier to invest in it is not like fiat currency in which a government can control its price by means of supply and economic growth. In cryptocurrency the advantage I see is we can be actively trading them because they are too volatile, the downside to this is if you don't know what you are doing you might end up losing money in the process.
4100  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: August 18, 2017, 09:16:16 AM
Forget about everything else and just put everything on bitcoin. You are living with your parents, they pay everything for you, you got nothing to lose. If I was living with my parents, I would save everything and buy bitcoin monthly. If BTC doesn't keep rising you can still reach the 21 BTC holder group, then save this and retire in 10 years when the price makes you a millionaire.

Go all in on regret later. You are on a privileged position to profit from high risk high reward moves. No risk no win, and BTC is the best long term high risk bet.

I think this is right, but young people shouldn't be taking life seriously and must just focus on studying. They can do this on their free time if they want, but earning a lot in young age is not that good, because it's really hard to learn how to handle money, what more if you're talking about millions of money.

I agree with you because at a young age they need to learn new terminology and technology what is happening around the world. Even I won't prefer them to earn Bitcoin but they need to learn the technology and how it is going to work for their future.
You are missing the point here, I know Bitcoin as of right now is a good investment but as a young person you don't need to focus on one thing but what you really need is to diversify not only in terms of investing but also in education. By having the capital you need you can create a business that has a potential to be successful, also I don't like the idea on relying on one source of investment, what will happen if it will fall? Then you don't have any back up plan for your capital.
