I already got a official response from one of my emails:

Dear Sir, Madam,

Thank you for the notification.

We have informed the reseller about your complaint and he will investigate this issue. If we do not receive any update from them, we will suspend the domain after 2020-12-17 12:23:09 CET and it will stop working.

Please, check this article about abuse procedure in order to know more about the responsibilities of the registrar: https://support.openprovider.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360001725008-Reporting-abuse.

Have a nice day.
Kind regards,
Abuse Team

Max day that we will see the site suspended is on December 17. So I do hope that from this time and up to December 17, no one will fall for this trap.

Why it took too long to make the decision though, it's pretty obvious that this is a phishing and malicious site. Although they have their processes here, I respect that, but they should make this a priority, a 3 day window is already long in my opinion (after you file the case).

Anyhow, both of the sites are still active at this point. Again, it's good that you have posted it here so that everyone should be aware of it and I also found your post in their official ANN thread so they may also something on their side to bring this site down.
4102  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake Ripple website on: December 13, 2020, 11:40:17 AM
^^ Thanks, yeah I do agree, websites asking for your 12 or 24 seed mnemonic phrase is a no-no. So I don't know why many are still falling for this kind of trick.

There are a lot of phishing sites right now, and there is spike using Ripple as the front because we all know that they have a fork (already completed by this time) and getting airdrop Spark token. So this is a clear warning specially for newbies to be very careful of this dangerous and malicious sites.
4103  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] ⭐🚀 as.exchange ⭐🚀 Innovative Derivatives Exchange ⭐🚀 on: December 13, 2020, 10:59:16 AM
And it's good that you have filled a patent (still pending) so that at least if someone wants to used it, they have to get your permission, or if other exchanges implemented it without your knowledge then there is patent infringement that can be filed against that exchange.

You are absolutely correct Smiley That's the reason we launched just recently, as before that we were preparing thoroughly the patent application. Unfortunately, as you know most of the current crypto-exchanges are very hostile to newcomers, and operate in unfair and dishonest manner.

I agree, this is a hostile environment, cut throat business, other practices frauds just to be on top of the game and be relevant, while there are exchanges that can't really compete at a high level and eventually die down.

Therefore, we do our best to assure our interests and compliance, but more importantly - our users' interest and benefits. That's #1 priority for as.exchange.

I guess if you really set your goals and bring and help average joe traders to get the most benefit here, you can survived here. There could be a lot of challenges and bumps ahead, but this is part of business processes that one have to experience and undergo in order to be successful in the future. Best of luck.
4104  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Beware] Fake Blockchain wallet on Google Play stealing people's money. on: December 12, 2020, 11:46:56 AM
Yes,
This has been the isuues to some people who sometimes complain about missing coins
So if you want to get a crypto wallet read the previews about the wallet or you can actually seek for advice from others who has been in the field.

No offense, but it just shows how beginner you are in the world of crypto. Experience crypto users don't really on previous reviews because it could be fake and paid reviews coming from the criminals themselves. The best weapon here so as not to get trick is to really educate yourself and not to download apps in Google Play store because they are not that strict on how to create and setup an app on their store.

In other news, 4 Congressman, Warren Davidson, Tom Emmer, Ted Budd, and Scott Perry has urge Steven Mnuchin to stop this rumours for good.

So I guess we have some ally in the Congress and ask Mnuchin to re-evaluate before going into public.

4106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we all not have our own bitcoin? on: December 12, 2020, 09:04:46 AM
I think everyone in the world should make a coin with the same supply.
Your thinking is very strange, if everyone has their own coins, then, who buys, each one already has it.

From where these kinds of ideas and come to your mind, I hope you are well, not in brainwashing.

If everyone chooses a mind like you, this world will experience an unbalanced tilt, there will be no more poor people in this world, everyone already has their own product to use.

I have the same thoughts, why and where in the hell the OP get this idea, really absurd really to the boundary that it gives me a good chuckle.

Anyhow, it's not going to work this is not how money works in the first place. There are a lot of crypto's already that we can used as money, so it doesn't make sense at all.
4107  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] ⭐🚀 as.exchange ⭐🚀 Innovative Derivatives Exchange ⭐🚀 on: December 12, 2020, 08:29:22 AM
Thanks for the video, just watch the first half of it and some of the terms are really new to me so I can't comment as this point.  Smiley I just probably shoot later as I slowly digest TVS.

And it's good that you have filled a patent (still pending) so that at least if someone wants to used it, they have to get your permission, or if other exchanges implemented it without your knowledge then there is patent infringement that can be filed against that exchange.

Very clever trick, so just be careful and double check the Ripple website.

It is obvious what the real intention here, and since Ripple will have it's fork tomorrow, scammers are working very hard as well to register ripple names to carry their exploits.
4109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: there is so many announcements about instutuional investment in btc but question on: December 11, 2020, 01:06:09 PM
It's either we believed these kind of statement from company or not. We can't really proved or disapproved. But it's not that important I guess, still a win-win for bitcoin whichever way we look at it.

And the only one that they are going to fool here is not the crypto market, but the company themselves if they chooses to release such fake news in order to make the public believed that they have throw this x amount of millions to bitcoin market.
4110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Awards 2020 Edition on: December 11, 2020, 03:49:02 AM
Lopez for fighter of the year, it was his break out year with that huge huge win against the invincible Loma.

Knock out of the year goes to Povetkin, I mean it was out of the blue, then suddenly he hits that perfect upper cut and knock out Whyte out cold. There is a rematch, but we will have to wait and see how it goes for Povetkin to recover from the effects of Covid-19.

Fight of the year I would say Fury vs Wilder rematch, too much at stake. And Fury proved that he is the better fighter and that he should really won the first fight.
4111  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] ⭐🚀 as.exchange ⭐🚀 Innovative Derivatives Exchange ⭐🚀 on: December 11, 2020, 03:04:54 AM
So it's not only that it ends in ".exchange"... I didn't even know that's possible. But you only got two letters before the dot. How much does such a domain cost?

Maybe you can have an idea here:

https://www.name.com/domains/exchange

First time though to hear Tranched Value Securities and I think this is innovative as this offering is a win-win situation for traders and the exchange itself. For sure, if this becomes successful in the future, other exchanges might implement this in there core and offer it to their users as well.
4112  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Warning: Bustabit phishing site on: December 11, 2020, 01:29:04 AM
Good find, I myself has seen gambling phishing sites, FAKE dice2.win. And then we have, @DroomieChikito, Be Aware Phishing Roobet.com.

Bustabit is one of the most popular crash games so I'm not surprised that cyber criminals are baiting with this kind of phishing sites. So it's better to bookmark online gambling sites that we frequented so as not to fall for this kind of traps.

I'm sure the same people are behind this malicious websites.
4114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ]: Boxing - Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev on: December 08, 2020, 12:02:39 PM
I still think Joshua will win this fight but it will not be straightforward.

He has learned mate, he will not be as aggressive as he was before because it will make him careless, the loss against Ruiz was already enough for him to adjust and use his advantage over a fighter, slowly but at least a sure win for him. A KO win or decision, it doesn't matter because he will fight Fury next and that's the biggest fight of his career.

I don't know if Joshua's confidence is already back but the way i saw it on the rematch against Ruiz, it's still not there. He was vey clever on using his jabs to keep Ruiz at bay which was his biggest advantage on that rematch but on this upcoming fight against Pulev, they got almost the same reach and the advantage of AJ is only his age so far  Smiley.

It's because Ruiz did knock him out in their first fight. So in the rematch he is more cautious and just cruising for a victory, just to be in the safe side. So good tactic by Joshua and not pushing to go for the knock out so I would say that his confidence his back.

If AJ won't be aggressive here then i think there will be no KO as he will be playing safe and a bet for AJ by Decision @4.50 is imminent for me.

Pulev is a different opponent though, so I think Joshua will go aggressive again and will look for a knockout win here. And I'm sure he is not taking this fight lightly and over look Pulev the way he over look Ruiz and not thinking of his potential fight with Wilder.
4115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best trusted exchange for trading Altcoins with no KYC? on: December 08, 2020, 09:23:33 AM
On top of my head is Binance, a lot of top altcoins but not all though, shitcoin are not their thing.

And then we have Bybit and Bitmex as well. But overall though, Binance still top everything, one of the best in the game right now, liquidity and trading volume is also very good.

So best of luck and happy trading.

4117  Economy / Speculation / Re: Some twist in take for BTC what's next? on: December 07, 2020, 10:26:19 PM
I think we are still the bullish flag though,

- price seems to be bouncing around $19k levels. If we can maintained this level, this is already a win for us.
- if we go to $19,500, then we should expect around run to $20k.

Worth to mentioned though that the trading volume is low, but I think this is a sign that something might brewing up in the next coming days. Sort of calm before a storm, so there is still that big possibility of a break to $20k++.
4118  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake ETH and Uni giveaway on: December 07, 2020, 09:28:57 PM
Honestly the domain name is quite confusing. I am sure it will confuse many users to get scam. I have to admit that scammer is very clever and that's why he choose that domain. Anyway, those running for free tokens, most probably they would fall in such as trap.
Owner of this site choose this domain to take this advantage and interestingly they have blended the name of ETH & Uniswap together to hunt them who know about both platform. You can call him clever but this is why they are scammer who apply all their trick to make others fool.

Exactly, for us experienced crypto users, the name of the site is confusing as we al know that ETH and UNI at least does not sound good. But for those newbies, this is definitely eye catching for them with you have two of the hottest name in the business right now.

So these criminals are wise enough now, if you can call them clever because we know that it can really fool many newbies to this fake giveaway.
4119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Swap Scam on: December 07, 2020, 05:24:37 PM
What can be done if anything through legal avenues for people to get their stolen money back?

There are already large companies in the world that are fighting against online fraud, hacking, theft of funds, etc.
https://www.group-ib.ru/
If you have been cheated for a large amount and you have the means to hire professionals, then you can try to contact such companies.
But their services are very expensive 50-100 thousand dollars and more.
They work with the police of many countries, and after the fraudsters are found, their data will be transferred to the police.

That's the thing though, if you have been scam just a couple of thousands of dollars then it doesn't make sense to spend $50-$100 thousand just to chase those criminals. However, perhaps these victims can group themselves together to strengthen the case and maybe they can file it against those fighting online frauds.

I'm not really sure though if this has precedence already. As far as I know, it's either the US DOJ or SEC are filing criminal complaints and chasing this fraudulent projects in crypto space
