4121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long until we can bet with bitcoin in real life casinos? on: November 11, 2020, 08:08:58 AM
do you think it will become a mass adoption currency or it'll keep as it is on online websites only?
Well as long as we get to the point that it got instant for example via lighting network or even more upgraded feature like that then we could say we are on that stage to adapt betting on Bitcoin. If this is still the scenario that affordable fee on transactions take an hour/s then it wouldn't be possible as people kinda not like waiting especially when they are urging to play when they got chips on them. I do think it will not take decades but who knows we don't have crystal ball to predict that.

4126  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: My Plan if ever happens again ATH on: November 10, 2020, 03:52:12 AM
If we're talking about ATH kasunod talaga niyan bear season IMO lang naman. This is for the risks takers and have some risky appetites and this just a suggestion not an advice. What if you play it in futures trading? Well, hindi naman yung pinakamataas na leverage more on the long term one like 3x - 10x na hindi kataasan yung risks kung talagang risk taker ka you can do 15x above.

By the way, this is some good news just recently about the vaccine for awareness: https://www.cnbc.com/2020/11/09/covid-vaccine-pfizer-drug-is-more-than-90percent-effective-in-preventing-infection.html
4127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on gambling casinos on: November 10, 2020, 03:31:58 AM
Some of the Gambling casinos I've seen are requiring its user to conduct a KYC (not mandatory but they said there's a chance or something) however my concern is that the gambling casino is not licensed are you going to trust this or not? Imagine winning a big jackpot and they asked for you to conduct KYC but they are not licensed.
Well, if you can provide your identity and you want that money badly (I guess everyone would) then you should abide on them, I don't think they'll change their minds if they already asked for it. If I were you just gamble on crypto casinos that are proven by the community, has been proven trustworthy, and has lot of good reviews and we can find it here.

If you're from the most restricted country on gambling better if you first read the casino's TOS before doing some deposits and playing mostly this scenario do happen. If you don't prefer an unlicensed casino then it's best to avoid it before worst case scenario may happen like what you assume.
4128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you think 2020 couldn't get any weirder on: November 10, 2020, 12:00:37 AM
Maybe he just own only a partial amount of it (0.5 BTC I suppose). For sure they always have a rebuttal when they asked why the sudden turn of events lead him to think it that way.

I wonder if what he reads about bitcoin whitepaper on 2018 was different from this time or he'll call it next time a "God of all scams" when it turns bearish again because I assume he just been into FOMO or something how he gets into Bitcoin thing.

4130  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bplay binance casino? on: November 09, 2020, 11:52:00 AM
This is what I'm about to share as I'm looking if the site was really legit and yet it appears on Binance blog an I will never wonder their legitimacy. Never see any announcement though in this forum which is a chance they probably gonna miss since this is the largest crypto gambling platform and if they want competition they should head here too.

How can we know if the Bplay is fair or not? are we allowed to check the seed of the casino? What could be the advantage and disadvantage of this Binance casino to the typical casinos we have right now?
I think they are but it would be better if they could at least provide just like any other known trusted casino here. I tried to see if they have chat room discord, telegram etc. but no luck and I guess this is the only way to contact them contact@bplay.org or via live chat on their site if you're currently log in.

I try to sign up and it's really that easy just go to their site and login via Binance account > confirm via Google 2FA and voila you're connected and verifying was easy too. That instant deposit using Binance is really something and guess what they have no deposit fee as I've read on the FAQ page.

This article might be positive but that one thing still a speculation and we may never know until they get seated and do their corresponding jobs. Was the deciding factor goes solely to the American soil, and what if they are or they are not? How about other countries?

OP has no other option but to follow the CS's instructions to verify his identity.
That's his only choice and only possible option unless he wants to forget the balance he got from Binance exchange. If that's what the CS of Binance wants from his account then he should abide by it no matter what because that's the decision they give to the user.
4135  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinPlay.org – Bitcoin Gambling Directory on: November 08, 2020, 12:34:51 PM
Bitcoinplay.org is a site which guides you by covering bitcoin BTC and BSV games. It provides information about Games like Blackjack, baccarat, poker, sports, lottery, dice, keno, predictions, roulette, slots and table games.
There are also tutorials and articles about bitcoin technology with new content added regularly.

Visit us today and later...
Why BSV instead of other cryptocurrencies? Not to frown upon but I guess it's the same mostly the majority here do despise BSV for some reasonable reasons. I think it's better you just stick to BTC instead but who am I to dictate what you want to do or to review but it's just my simple suggestion.
4136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: November 08, 2020, 09:07:15 AM
Now let's combine politics and USA Sports (especially NBA of course) and sports gambling.  Grin

"Do not open gymnasiums."
Quote
Biden has appeared more willing than Trump to aggressively address COVID-19 in the short term with hopes that it will curtail the spread of the disease in the long term. He has supported a national mask mandate and said in August that he would implement a national lockdown if scientists recommend taking that step.

"If you have a reproduction rate in a community that's above a certain level, everybody says, slow up," Biden said during a presidential debate. "More social distancing. Do not open bars and do not open gymnasiums. Do not open until you get this under control, under more control."
https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/2020/11/07/joe-bidens-election-and-how-could-impact-world-sports/6160249002/

We all know he is winning.
High chances of NBA being stopped or will not even start in December if ever he will focus on what he said during his campaigns.
Defeating Covid-19 is one of those. That means lockdowns.

That is for sure a nice campaign to go through maybe defeat first the virus so that we have the crowd the next season. Well, I certainly agree with more extensive fight for this virus rather but hope he will a devised plan as we all know that campaigns are only those flowering words comes to those mouth of every politicians and only few or rare ones do want they say worst is not.

Well, it's not certainly the economy will stop but I think sports can still wait and should must if they want more revenues to come up for example on the tickets as this one been affected the most IMO.

4139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian boy committed suicide after losing money by Betting in IPL on: November 08, 2020, 02:57:06 AM
Recently an Indian young boy committed suicide as he lost enough money by betting in IPL. He lost all of his money then borrowed money from his friends and bet with it in a hope of win back something. But he lost everything and took the step finally.
This is horrible if indeed it was a confirmed suicide but I think the possibility is huge that it was, the young lad couldn't handle the pressure and I think that's really a huge amount of money he lent from his friends that he done this.

Even if he didn't borrow money from his friends it seems like it's bound to happen since he's losing money and it was mentioned in the source that his financial situation isn't great. Then again it's hard to tell what would've happen next since he could've been struggling with other things too and maybe that last big loss he had was the icing on the cake that made him pull the trigger.
The question is how much the money his friends lent and why would they allow him to lend if it's huge and if he can't afford to pay that. Well, the thing has happened already he just can't face what he should face what a poor and young soul he should have asked for help rather taking his life that easily. Hope this is an eye-opener to all gamblers out there new or old.
