There is a tendency for someone to let his/her guard down when approached or contacted by another person with a title like Chief executive officer(CEO), Managing director(MD), Consultant, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Investor, Forex trader etc. due to the fact that titles naturally accord respect to the individual who bears them. Do not be deceived, scammers can easily bear these titles to have an advantage over you. Don't let your guard down. Title in a small company means nothing. CEO, MD, etc are basically the owners of this small company/project. I believe most of those people get scammed because they want some easy money. The title is not the most important, but the "free money" offer. DM first with money request, private key request, mnemonic request is always from scammer.

Is this not another way noncustodial addresses will be linked to real identity of exchange users in the future? We all know what exchanges can later make mandatory.
If it's now working with non-kyc account and they later change something you can always stop using it and disconnect your hardware wallet. It's centralized exchange so I wouldn't trust they would run something like this forever. I tried to use it, and it requires login:  Then you are redirect to login with your FTX credentials. I would never do this and I recommend that anyone who cares minimum about your privacy to avoid this. You will be connecting basically your whole cryptocurrency stash (from ledger live) to your FTX account. Those two companies most likely will share our personal data with each other, as they are partners (and ledger doesn't really have the best reputation handling personal data) It is way better just to go to FTX, create an account and transfer the input UTXO you want to spend. That is all you need. |

Para poder sacar voce precisa ler 200 artigos, e receber R$ 1,10 Voce sabe que isso tudo não paga nem a primeira transação para se conectar num node da lightning ne? rsrs Acho bacana só pra estimular as pessoas a usar a lightning, e a Bitcoin Magazine é de fato uma das melhores fontes de informações... mas não existe quase nenhum pagamento ai. Não é nenhuma maluquice querer controlar o twitter. Twitter hoje é maior rede social que ainda não foi comprada pelo facebook. Além disso, o twitter tem um perfil de uso bastante diferente das outras redes, com muito protagonismo político. E ainda para deixar tudo mais complexo, existe uma censura no Twitter. Controlar essa rede social pode dar muito poder nas mãos de uma pessoa inteligente e com objetivos claros, e certamente o Elon Musk é uma pessoa assim.
Acabei de ver que o Twitter já está em caminhos de processar o Elon Musk por desistir da compra. Nesse caso, creio que não seria simplesmente a Binance passar os dados para a Capitual e sair contatando os clientes e abrindo as contas.
Nesse caso, quem tem os dados dos clientes é a binance. Ela que está na posição de não compartilhar dados de clientes com terceiros (a Capitual). A Capitual simplesmente quer os dados para usar no seu próprio negócio. Basta um documento do KYC da binance que ja serio o suficiente para abrir uma conta bancária. Acredito que o interesse deles é por aí. Eles rapidamente se tornariam um banco muito grande em número de clientes. |

Eles elaboram semanalmente um relatório que é um agregado de informações de mais de 100 instituições financeiras brasileiras, onde fazem diversas previsões com o que existe de mais atualizado e com todos os dados disponíveis. We all know it takes a lot of resources such as money, time, efforts etc to print new paper notes (Fiat money), and I strongly believe same applies to generating BTC too.
But just to clear the air, between the very two which really takes a lot of resources to generate?
Let's say for example, one Bitcoin equals to $14,000. With the equalization in value of one Bitcoin to $14,000 does it means both could consume same amount of resources since they amount to same value?
Bitcoin cannot be just printed, it has to be mined. To cost to mine one bitcoin varies according to the cost of electricity. This is very simple. Trezor and ledger and basically any hardware wallet supports other (and better wallets) such as electrum. Choose derivation path m/44'/0'/0' . Native wallets such as trezor suite are not very good. They do not allow good control over private keys, so it is much better to use electrum. The account system should be used if you want to always issue a new payment address to the same customers, but even large exchanges do not do this and usually issue the same replenishment addresses to their customers.
This is exactly what large exchanges do. They create an account inside their wallet for each customer. The correct way of doing this is to add the account/client numer in the forth level of the derivation path |

Provavelmente a maioria das transações vai ocorrer off chain, em segundas camadas como a lightning. E apenas grandes balanços serão feitos on chain.
Existem muitas possibilidades. Hoje a recompensa por bloco já é bem inferior a 50btc iniciais e ainda é muito lucrativo.
Isso mesmo. E não podemos esquecer que a dificuldade é ajustada para que o ritmo de mineração seja sempre o mesmo. Ou seja, se 50% dos mineradores desligarem as maquinas por não ser rentável, os outros 50% passa a ganhar quase dobro com a mineração, passando compensar a mineração. Digamos que é um sistema de auto regulamentação, para tudo funcionar continuamente. Lembrando que isso acontece não de forma imediata. A cada 2016 blocos, aproximadamente 15 Dias, a dificuldade é recalculada para que nos próximos 15 dias sejam minerados 2016 blocos. Ou seja, se houver um corte subto no hashrate no 7o dia, vamos ficar 7 dias com cada bloco demorando muito mais até o próximo ajuste. E o próximo ajuste vai levar em conta a média dos 15 dias anteriores, podendo ainda ficar difícil. |
