4162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Nordine Oubaali vs. Nonito Donaire - December 12 on: November 03, 2020, 12:01:06 PM
Looking at the tale of the tape, i could say that Nonito Donaire have the advantage of this fight, that may be the reason why persuaded Top Rank to give him this fight.
Not that huge on the age gap and if experience and knockouts will be the basis Donaire is still the dominant one but considering the overall percentage of KOs of this Ouballi this I think is a lethal fighter but as what @Bttzed03 pointed out it will be dangerous if he's at his 20's.

I'd love to see the odds but it seems none of the popular bitcoin bookies have picked this fight yet.
Was it just announced recently? Maybe tomorrow we will see it, just keep eyeing on the bookies, it will take time but we already know whose side will be favoring the odds here.
4163  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [TIP] Onting tipid tips sa transactions sa Coins.PH on: November 03, 2020, 08:56:48 AM
So far I've been using only XRP from exchanges to my coins.ph account kasi nga sa tipid naman din ng fee nito compare sa ibang supported currency na nasa coins.ph, nasa 5 Php lang yung fee from Binance > Coins.ph. If I were you OP try other conversions sa thread mo kasi merong iba na yung narereceive nila isn't usually from BTC for example may user na nakatanggap ng BCH or ETH (since yan lang naman yung other supported cryptocurrency na nasa coins.ph) so is it if best ba na i-convert it through XRP too or directly nalang sa PHP.

Just a suggestion here and so that we could see too what's the mere alternative kasi dalawang currency lang yung na-discuss rito at yung natitirang dalawa ay hindi pa. Well, just to expand lang din the whole topic at curious lang din ako, I'll let you handle it OP since ikaw naman nag start ng topic. Thanks nga pala sa tips, usually I don't mind these kind of things kasi convert ng convert lang din ako especially direct to PHP kapag meron akong ibang currency sa wallet ko.
4164  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Crash games, promotions on: November 03, 2020, 08:08:18 AM
On the FAQ page it says that the minimum withdrawal was 20 USD and small withdrawal was automatic while larger one is manually. My question is how much is the larger withdrawal? Because from my experience manual withdrawals are annoying sometimes that you'll have to contact the owner that you want to withdraw and you'll never know when will they process it and you may get some delays + the delays on the blockchain.

Small things like that do matter to users and when not in good experience users do not prefer again to use the platform, just my two cents. I guess it's best if all are automatic for deposits and withdrawals.
4165  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Blender.io - Advanced privacy for Bitcoin transactions (mixer) on: November 03, 2020, 01:11:49 AM
Blender.io is a mixer, and a mixer is not a web wallet. It is what it is=> a mixer. The vulnerabilities you're thinking about with a web wallet don't exist with a mixer. Mainly because there is no account that you can create.

As for your question with a Tor version, it's written with big red letters in the original post
I think he's referring to this https://blenderwallet.io/en/ and it's new since there's a new campaign opened on the Services board and it connects here in this thread. Hope it is clear now!

By the way, this is the Tor site for the blenderwallet: http://blenderwal4qsydi.onion this address is available once you create your wallet on the top-left corner of the web wallet.
4166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what bankroll management is in sports betting? on: November 02, 2020, 09:40:26 PM
I don't think there is just a one rule to cover everything, and even if others are practicing safe bankroll management, you can still fall sometimes that you want to bet even more than 1 stake because you feel the urge to (just like the majority of the gamblers are). Similar to when you are going to a traditional base casino, before playing you always tell to control yourself, but in the end those bank roll system you put into place are thrown out of the window, because your bet are affected by our emotions already.
There may be diverse rules to follow but overall if you can master 1,2 or three of it I think it will be a key to your gambling life and the number 1 rule to setup is the attitude and discipline towards it. I bet these happen to all gamblers but when you get some experience or say you're already a pro I think you may able to control that urge especially when chasing losses where most gamblers fail to sway.

Bankroll management I guess is hard to meet by our own standards but if there's some key to it I think it should be an advisor or something that always never fail to remind you that you may stop during some point of either win or losses.

4167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I'll choose number 1 if you're a beginner on: November 02, 2020, 01:35:31 PM
6. Paid Group
Or simply subscribe to a betting group and play their games strictly.
Of all the strategy of suggestions I think this is the easiest one to win but you don't know yet how much it will cost you to join such group or you may even be scam in the first place since you'll not know who's the reliable one in the space of gambling especially on sports betting. The easiest one but I think the riskiest of all when it comes in the beginners category, I should rely on my own prediction rather risk the capital I'll pay in a paid group or even search here in the forum who offers free betting tips.

I think all involved risks but in the end it will still rely on gamblers risky or not risky appetite if what he prefers the best and suite his betting style.

4169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 02, 2020, 11:04:03 AM
Not a fan of this guy, in the news it's "Malik Beasley ", I thought it was Michael Beasley because this guy looks like into drugs.

I've been laughing at his interview in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkRtHNhK2OA) as he looks high, so he was the first one that came into my mind.
I think this Malik was a new player in the NBA but if you're talking about Michael Beasly I was a fan of him in the early days but I think the guy didn't prove how he's pick no.2 on the draft. He's been with LBJ on the first debut in the Miami but unluckily Beasly doesn't get a ring along and he's been drafted to Phoenix, he's been with Lakers in the 2018-19 but right now on Nets what an unexpected turn of events he could have a ring by now.

Well, we are not talking about Michael instead it was Malik, doesn't ring a bell I really thought as well that it was the Beasly I know but sad how and her wife will be on that thing. Was really the pandemic made them like this? The guy also been arrested 3 or 4 weeks ago you could read an article here and I think the guy doesn't learn some lessons.
4170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what bankroll management is in sports betting? on: November 01, 2020, 10:05:59 PM
This is one of the major topics that is never covered here (or maybe I haven't seen any such threads related to this).
I think there is some threads that are somehow related to it but either outdated nor locked, see the links below:

Bankroll management - Don't go bust all the time
Bankroll Management Challenge!
Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling?

Deciding Units
I always do this especially on slots gambling so that I get too many spins. If I have only $10 on the bankroll I'd goo deep at 0.01 so that I may have a thousand spins to play with but the win was really that low. Sometimes I does this but when greed comes along busted was the outcome.

Never chase your losses
This is where always most gamblers been broke that much and I agree with you but becoming a smart gambler isn't that easy along the way maybe you could be broke many times before you learn your greatest and expensive lesson.

Calm mindset
How I wish we are that calm but if a loss streak do happen most do panic and that's not the way we can calm our mind. The thing that calms my mind while playing is listening to music, pretty good it eases and makes me feel good especially if it's a jiving one (well, I'm referring when playing crash, dice, blackjack and slots - the fast games).

Have an edge over yourself

IMO those who gamble for fun I think they have already set their mind that they are prepared it will lose but when luck do happen they sometimes feel that they couldn't have to loss it anymore, I do sometimes feel it this way. There's no really fun on losing those money but I think having an edge is only when you got the expertise on the field especially on sports betting but on fast games and game of luck I think that's not possible, just my two cents.

Maybe poker, sports betting and other game of strategy is where you could only have an edge over something you're betting, I think it do fall on that category. Well, bankroll management wasn't bthay easy for most for starters but experience and more losses do help sometimes on the learning process.
4171  Other / Meta / Re: How to increase Merit? on: November 01, 2020, 02:58:08 AM
You would have learned already when you created this another Meta topic about rank of yours just recently, I believe that it still fall on the merit category as merit defines as well to ranking. The thing is you like spoon-feeding and if you wouldn't get rid of this bad habit you'll never get any merits nor improve your rank position.

OP, you need to do a hell of a lot more reading--and I suggest reading some older threads in Meta dealing with merits, because this question has been asked dozens of times since the merit system rolled out.
He's already been spoon feed from the topic I've just link above and he even got a reply from one user @Jeremy Franklinto get him started  but that wasn't I guess enough of him. He's been advised by @Jet Cash too to use the search feature but have he ever done that? We never know but I think it's a starting point for him too yet the user probably ignore such.

If you want to rank up try improving your post quality, where you post, get rid the bad habit of spoon-feeding, get rid of those bounty posts, try to be helpful, and try things on your own way how you will get out on the newbie maze. It's just level 1 how about at level 500? Not that easy but there's no other way rather you have to  keep on trying.
4172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking: Sources that show information about suspended/injured missing players on: November 01, 2020, 02:38:46 AM
I do this most of the time and the great site I try to find if there's someone injured is https://www.espn.com. ESPN almost covers most of the major leagues even international games and hopes this helps you. By the way, I believe they don't cover all the games you try to find but the web is wide and don't just rely on one source but I think ESPN is a reliable as I'm using this quite a long time now and so far it's accurate.

Interestingly there is still 28.31 odds for Bernie Sanders to win Cheesy. I mean not because people think its possible right now, because we all know it is impossible for that to happen anymore (well technically possible but come on) but because he was seen as the sure fire thing just a year ago, before all of this covid things started and he lost big on super Tuesday primaries, dude was seen as guaranteed next president for a while with so many more supporters and so many more donators, yet when it came down being able to have supporters in everywhere, dude failed because he had more numbers but they were all in the same place which gained him few places and made him lose more places whereas Biden won because he may not have the numbers but his numbers come from all around the USA.
That was around the early days but look how it turns out the tide. Trump and Biden still on the 48/42 I guess and Sanders just on 10 not that good on numbers but basically that's it IMO.

Now we have very small time and its still on $13.8K and its good for me as I was expecting this will be stay around $13.5K to $14K so its going to stay here for some more time now in next month we are going to have some really shocking results about these predictions as mostly feeling its going in positive way and I am also feeling this will go some good for us.
If we see past history especially the 2017 ATH I believe we would see a fall in price on the early week of November and rise all the way up until December and that will be a new ATH I guess.

4175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: October 31, 2020, 09:35:16 AM
Escrow it but it should be escrowed as well to trusted escrow here in the forum. I wouldn't mind if the bounty is managed by a trusted manager but if it's handled by no trust or haven't done any past trades here in the forum I tend to avoid them especially if the bounty or project isn't that good.

The very best thing isn't really to escrow but to paid weekly/monthly to the hunters with the tokens they worked for, it may be few or not that huge of amount but if the hunters feel they are compensated I think that will create more good ambiance on bounty space. This has been in talk already but still can't find a solution I guess the managers doesn't want to revolutionize it or most are just incompetent they don't hear these hunters what they plead.

The good thing sa paid courses is you'll be given certificate/s once na matapos mo siya. Kasi may mga changes na sa mga MOOCs ngayon kung dati kahit free yung course free na rin certificate Ang ngayong bago free yung course pero babayaran mo yung certificate kung gusto mo itong makuha, it's optional either you just want to only gain knowledge or gusto mo rin kumuha mg katibayan na tinapos mo ang pag-aaral sa course na yan.

Example note galing sa Udemy:
Quote
Please note: free courses and courses that only include practice tests do not offer a certificate of completion.

4177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: October 30, 2020, 12:48:53 PM
However, not this time maybe as there's a lot more important things to do than this fight, and during the pandemic there was no crowd, so less money.
With this kind of fight they badly needed PPV just like what's the outcome of the Mayweather-McGregor fight wherein they generated $600M on that and I guess this anticipated fight between PacMan and The Notorious will do the same but I am not expecting it will be that huge until the situation goes better.

I guess they are targeting next week because they believe the pandemic will be over by next week, only vaccine is the answer here, if there's a vaccine already, people will be free to watch this game live and that could bring a good revenue for this fight, another easy $100 million in my estimate.
No, it was rescheduled until McGregor settles with Poirier looks like Poirier doesn't want to continue over the huge embarrassment he get with that easy and fast knockout in their last fight and wants to get some revenge.
4178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Harvest Finance loses 34 million due to bug/hack on: October 30, 2020, 09:09:12 AM
Quote from: Francis Freeman link=topic=5285413.msg55483204#msg55483204
Harvest Finance has announced 1 million bounty to anyone who helps track the hacker .
I think it will not be that easy to track unless they leave some obvious footprints along the way. They are also asking if the hacker could return the fund but it's the same as tracking as well unless the attacker was on the grey or white zone but if it's the other way around those USDT or USDC will be really gone for good.

Are more Defi and staking projects suspectible to these kind of hacks ? How to be more safe ?
I think they are and most are susceptible not only this DeFi platforms you can read more here some DeFi hacks just from past year and this 2020 https://defirate.com/hacks/.
4179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Know any promising alt for medium/long time holding and possibility of staking? on: October 30, 2020, 03:12:45 AM
Good staking coins. Are on this list.
My 5 favourite staking coins right now
Except for Lisk, I think it's a good project but I'll put my money to Tezos instead of it. Anyway, it's a good resource if you want to see.
Of all on that list I think it's psychological that people will go on much higher APY rather than the lower one and that's ATOM on that list but this coin do fluctuate heavy too so not that recommended unless the staker or investor has that of risky appetite. The main advantage about staking is it doesn't let your balance go low and if you're of a HODLER in nature it's pretty good rather than putting it on your wallet that doesn't you earn fees or tokens as a reward besides staking on exchanges gives you another benefit like lesser transaction fees.

Is not it better if you join in the staking event that available on the exchange site like binance and others?
If you're a trader and a HODLER then definitely staking on exchanges is much a preferred one. I think Binance and Coinbase are trusted and established one might be good for the long term if you gonna stake rather on other exchanges but if you find there's a much better APY on the others maybe heading there is a good choice but it always involves risks and it's always does.

Meron ding telegram channel para diyan ito yung link ng channel nila https://t.me/Udemy4, usually all shared there are free pero sa tingin ko mga outdated rin. There's no harm on free kasi itry mo lang naman at may matututunan ka rin naman at nasa sipag at dedikasyon din yan ng indibidwal Kung magpupursigi siya pero wala rin namang masama sa paid courses besides Udemy is I think cheap compared sa ibang sites gaya ng Udacity, Codecademy, EdX at marami pang iba.

For everyone they can try khanacademy.org too kasi lahat ng courses soon at free at marami rin silang courses na offer from Math, Grammar, Science atbp., check them guys.
