I think it's more appropriate to post it in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5094661.0 rather than posting a new thread but since it has already been created I think the solution is either to quote your thread there or link this post both ways would work too.
4182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: October 29, 2020, 08:55:04 AM
I think it has been moved since McGregor wants a rematch with Dustin Poirier and I've been reading his tweets looks like it will still be a long way to go before we see the fight between them (PacMan vs. The Notorious). I think it's for best to lock the thread until the fight is nearing, never read some news lately and I miss it has already been extended and it looks like McGregor is really an enigma where he would really want to be if it's on UFC or on boxing.

You can read here the full story: https://mmajunkie.usatoday.com/2020/10/ufc-news-dustin-poirier-conor-mcgregor-wants-rematch-manny-pacquiao-preparation/

4183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: October 29, 2020, 03:10:46 AM
Just to bump this and I find it something funny but I think McGregor should do this trick so that Pacquiao may not find any opening on him LOL! https://www.facebook.com/Koreanvideovlog/videos/730845957786409/

Though still a long way for a fight since it's been pushed through until first half of 2021 but I'm that excited again for the upcoming fight of PacMan.
4184  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit Source Question on: October 28, 2020, 11:05:56 PM
If you want to be a merit source:

 1. Be a somewhat established member.
 2. Collect TEN posts written in the last couple of months by other people that have not received nearly enough merit for how good they are, and post quotes for them all in a new Meta thread. The point of this is to demonstrate your ability to give out merit usefully.
 3. We will take a look at your history and maybe make you a source.

I am especially eager to have merit sources in sub-communities such as the local sections.

Here's a quote from the Merit thread of theymos for you to have a knowledge how to be a merit source. Few points, merit source isn't base on ranks of you can spot post/s that are meritable and you apply for it you may even given a chance by theymos.

Who are merit source?
You can find more information about them or who they are in the links below:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=topsend
There are currently 97 merit sources but in this list above it's still few and theymos said it shouldn't be made publicly for them not to be harassed by users asking for merits.

Yes is a winning streak.
Wow! That's really out of leauge for this user, he/she really dominated the game of chance.

No, the amount of prize pool isn't fixed. It depends on total number of tickets.
Every week, 1/4 of value of total tickets is awarded to winners.
All this time I thought the prizepool was fixed as what being announced by freebitco.in PR just like here

I saw that the lottery winning amount keeps changing every week. Is it progressive like the daily jackpot or is a btc price dependent prize pot?
It keeps on changing every week because every week as well winners will be announced. I think lottery has always to depend on BTC price on its prizepot and it's always $7500 (can't remember clearly if it has changed).

By the way was this a bug? I get a glance in it when I head for the lottery tab then click the WINNERS link (I think it's all the same wherever tab I go) just below the daily jackpot using my mobile and I find it odd that the winner was only the same UID is this a win streak of him? I tried refreshing it, put it on desktop mode and some troubleshooting and still got the same issue. Maybe it's just on my end or others got the same? Please do check the image below.

4188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Degens Blockchain Betting Exchange Announces Airdrop For All Users of Degens! on: October 28, 2020, 10:15:29 AM
If it's airdrop of sort of an altcoins then this should be on Bounties board and not in the Gambling Discussion board. Please feel free to move this, click the "move" button on the bottom left corner of this thread and move it on the right place https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

about the free Degens is it already on exchange if so what's the market it was listed or what could be its volume.
It's on the OPs post, on Balancer exchange. I'll make it bold for you to see it.

That's just the same username  Huh Huh
Do you think Twitter users could have the same username? If the username was already taken by another user it should be unavailable for you or vice versa. I thought that the account was banned hence you used this account wailok but it's just your greed on bounty that prevails and that leads you being busted.
4190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Game lover ? Have you invested for a gaming project ?? on: October 27, 2020, 11:03:22 PM
I have seen few gaming companies aims to lead the blockchain digital revolution in the marketing gaming sector . But about 60% of them were scam projects  , and 10-15% were unsuccessful projects.. So , i studied about same type of project by studuying for last two weeks and recognized that project is a quite good project than others.
Project name - n Game Credit (https://www.ingamecredit.com/)
Reasons why I'm interested in this project ---> [ecosystem , based in the United Kingdom with teams working remotely in Australia , 100% of pre-sale goes into ingame prizes , Real Team members with their real photos]

So , As a gamer  Grin Grin Grin Im quite interested to earn some profit and earn new games and earn some profit as well.. Grin Wink Wink ... What do you think Huh

Have you really studied it or you're just hype because you think they have real team members (which can still be vague) and they are from UK? It's always a good publicity these projects and their products would be and you think they will be on the remaining 30/25 percent of the successful projects? I think even your calculations of the scam or unsuccessful project is vague considering on the gaming sector, there's only a few percentage has been successful and I think 25% is still a huge one.

Sorry but I'm not that convinced even on your explanation and the construction of your explanation. If you really studied it well maybe you need to try more harder the next time the actual expectation of the readers and provide more valid conclusion.

You can't see that in this thread because you're a newbie and newbie can't post images even if the link was correct. If a Jr. Member or higher ranks has quoted your message that will be fine for everyone to see. Just like what will I do here.

4194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery is a poor man's tax on: October 27, 2020, 08:28:55 AM
The thing is, it's always for poor people that's the perception, considering if they won it's a guaranteed unexpected wealthy lifestyle. It's called poor man's tax since most of the people that buying those tickets comes from low earner individuals. Besides, if there were high rollers or rich that plays the lottery will it be still called a poor man's tax?

Is government owned lottery a scummy way to tax the poor people?
I couldn't say that it is really a scum way to tax the people since it's still from the government and they spend it as well to health, charities and so on and I'm seeing it's for the good cause in the long run.
4195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 26, 2020, 08:20:52 PM
Lebron will probably retire after he played one year with his kid, I know he would probably prefer to play with him on the same team and if any father can manage to do that it would be Lebron because as we all know very well dude takes care of his body and Lebron could probably play until he is 50 if he is willing to be like Vince Carter for example, shatter all the all-time records and then some, but he won't probably accept like a "come from bench for 12 minutes a game" role so he would probably retire in 4-5 years at most, probably around 4. Which is the year where Bronny will be in the league, for the looks of it dude is 14 years old and one of the best in his class but he is too young to decide, so we have to wait like another 2 years to see if Bronny would be a viable pick for any team or not, if he actually is a good player to get drafted we will see Lebron vs Bronny season and Lebron will retire after that.
I don't think that will be the case unless he really wants to be that of a record breaker even of the old age. I think 50 is too much for his body, just my hunch it will be in his 40's that will be a prime age for his career I don't think 50 is possible though we didn't know that it's always speculation.

I expect Bronny to be in 17 or 18 to decide for that or even older than that, if he could manage to be on NBA in that age I think he will broke some records. I think he needs to mature first before he get onto the finest basketball league in the world, he should not rush things.

have anyone experience a login attempt  ? i recieve an authorize login in email but i didnt login my account  . is there someone tryin to hack my account . i experience this before but i ignore it and then i experience this again  .

good thing the hacker didnt login to my email because i only have the same email address and password that i used on freebitco   . i didnt set a 2fa on my email or on my freebitco but im going to change password now because the authorized login email annoys me  .
If you have bitcoins on that account and you've successfully login on that right now make sure to withdraw those first for security purposes. As per leea-1334 it's best to change your email and the try protonmail and always make sure that the one you put on freebitco.in account isn't your main email, always register alternative emails on gambling accounts.

It's easy to enable 2fa and there's lot of articles and videos on the web, but if it's not that rude to ask maybe @freebitco.in PR or any freebitco.in admins will make a guide on the actual site itself for it to be visible on all users. There's no guide for it on the FAQ page, just my two cents.
4199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SURE BETS with Bitcoin on: October 26, 2020, 03:47:40 AM
Definitely, the formula is very simple. just bet on Bookmaker A @ 1.30 odds and Bookmaker B @4.50 odds.
If I were to bet, I will bet $1,000 to  Bookmaker A @ 1.30 and if that wins, I'll be break even because I'm going to put a bet on Bookmaker B @4.50 at $300 which would give me a win of  $1,350.00, so less $1,000 +$300, my profit would only be $50... At least there's nor risk.  Grin
This is comparable to arbitrage bots trading at crypto-exchanges. For coins with little volume, prices may vary considerably. Had a case the day before yesterday where AERGO on Kucoin cost 0.044c per coin, on HitBTC it was 0.068c. If one is fast enough to buy the coins on Kucoin, transfer it to HitBTC and sell it immediatly, it may be quite worth the effort. But this functions however only with less well-known Coins with low trading volume.

I think it will be the same here and you will only be able to use arbitrage for less frequented sports, right?
That's what I have thinking too considering it's always a win-win scenario but more favorable to sports betting since the odds is already set compare to arbitrage that you may experience fast volatility of coin value and for worst you may be stuck when the coins is just meant to be p&d.

The only thing really that be a wet blanket here is if there's a draw especially on football but it will be good if it's on basketball sports betting.
