421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FIAT rewards for bounty hunters. on: August 12, 2018, 03:09:32 PM
This is a good suggestion and i wished it would be imbibed and adhered to amd with that there won't be any issue or complaints about bounty hunters dumping their tokens. I have also seen projects that at first would pay their bounty hunters with tokens and will alongside be given the option of selling the tokens directly back to the ICO team at the ICO price if they agree with it. They will then be paid in either eth or btc and not in FIAT.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selecting Bounties - A pocket guide! on: August 12, 2018, 03:02:49 PM
This is undeniably a useful thread, most specially for those who have been finding it difficult to join good bounty campaigns. Most of the bounty campaigns managed by the team of the project tend not to succeed, although i have seen some succeeded. I participated in a bounty sometimes ago, which was managed by the team of the project. The manager was even a newbie at that time. The project was cube (auto) and we all know it succeeded. So, some succeed, while some do not.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Cryptos finally getting stable? on: August 12, 2018, 02:43:46 PM
The market is yet to recover, because prices are certainly not yet stable. Considering what is presently happening, i think some people are still skeptical about the bitcoin ETF, which i believe will not any anyway come to pass in this year. There might not even be anything on that whatsoever. Nonetheless, the market will surely recover any time soon, because this is not just the expectation of many, but that the circumstances surrounding the present time have revealed it.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do u follow what politicians say about cryptocurrency? on: August 12, 2018, 02:38:56 PM
For a very long time now, governments and not just politicians have been looking for ways to have control over cryptocurrency through regulations, but this did not work out as expected. The G20 meeting that was held was their hope of gaining this control, but they met something different. Virtually everyone knows that they are aware of the immense benefits behind this ingenious technology. They too are secretly into it in their different closets, yet they are not satisfied with it.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcointalk vs moonforum on: August 12, 2018, 02:32:50 PM
There are several platforms aside bitcointalk forum, where cryptocurrency projects are being promoted. That notwithstanding, i still see bitcointalk forum as the pioneer and perhaps the most popular among all. I also make use of forums like altcointalk, where ICOs are promoted and has so many things in common with bitcointalk forum, except for the fact that it is not yet well known like bitcointalk. I have an account on it, but not that active.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many projects are dead? on: August 12, 2018, 02:27:35 PM
Virtually everyone in the crypto space knows that not every project that comes to this space succeeds. Some of these projects are scam projects. The developers of projects like these abandon them after getting the money they want. Also, some projects lack proper management, due to lack of technical knowhow on the part of the developers and so such project might not be able to withstand the test of time. Notwithstanding, we still have projects that have been able to survive, despite the situation of the market. Projects like this have good products and have been adopted.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is signature apportionment always high than that of Social Media? on: August 10, 2018, 07:33:52 PM
There is much difference between reaching everybody and reaching those specifically involved and inclined to crypto. It is like going to talk with a mixed audience and you may also be sure if any of those in such audience understand crypto, that is talking about social media bounty. For signature bounty, you talk specifically and directly with those who understand cryptocurrency and are real crypto investors.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC in crypto, does it really require? on: August 10, 2018, 07:09:11 PM
I do not like the idea of asking for personal details from bounty or airdrop participants, since they are paying nothing to get their tokens, except for the fact that they are there to promote the projects. On the other hand, asking for KYC from investors might be a requirement, but this is choice. There are some ICO that do not ask for KYC, so you can decide to choose which to invest in. Also, they my do that in order to know their customers coming from different jurisdictions and to prevent money laundering.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypro will make people smarter? on: August 10, 2018, 02:18:07 PM
Exposure in life is very essential. Cryptocurrency is another way through which we can be exposed to so many things, both good and bad. I could remember when i first got to this space, there were several people that were raising different alarms of scams, wallets being hacked. It got to a point, despite the fact that i had not fully started, i was afraid and the thought of not being safe came to me. Nonetheless, I started and i learnt from the experience of others and mine. Today, due to my level of exposure, i can boldly say that I am wiser and i still learn everyday.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: eight basic levels of cryptocurrencies. on: August 10, 2018, 02:08:30 PM
Where do you categorize the new generational altcoins with good working products. Do you still categorize them under hyped token. I have already seen some of these projects and i believed in them, because they have organic growth.
Before Bitcoin got to this stage, many thought of it to be a shit coin. For this reason, some might see altcoin to be shit, but i would say not all are and this will be evident in near future.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I give up earning money from ICO on: August 10, 2018, 01:57:45 PM
I would have loved that you shared with us what happened, so that we can know how to channel our advise to you. No matter what might have happened. Just try as much as possible to stand firm and strong on your feet. Life is full of challenges and whatever will end well, might have a rough path, but the aftermath of it will be testimony. There are still good ICOs in the space. So do not give up friend.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what if altcoin or bitcoin crash? on: August 10, 2018, 01:49:11 PM
I do not know why some people have the notion that crypto will crash. Bitcoin is not going to crash even in the next 10 years. So also, not all altcoins will crash. Which is why i only invest into altcoins with good working products. Altcoins with good products serve as drivers or propelling that will keep the project or coin going and last longer.
These are the kind of altcoins i believe people should invest in.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token listing on: August 10, 2018, 01:17:20 PM
Any developer that lists before distributing tokens to investors needs to be suspected. I would even say that he has breached the rules of investment. Only put the horse after the cart and not the horse before the cart. So, listing should come first.
I have not also seen such a situation before. Although, i do not know if it had happened to anyone, but it is not a normal thing. Who would then sell if listing should come first.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in ETC now? on: August 09, 2018, 11:18:50 PM
Those who bought etc some few weeks ago, are now in profit. I think it is not too late to get onboard. ETC is still a good buy now, just before it is listed on coinbase as proposed.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: August 05, 2018, 10:42:15 PM
I think almost everyone who came newly into crypto at that time and also invested had similar experience. I feel it is normal, but with determination, hard work and persistence, we can still get back our portfolio as it were.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned from Twitter bounty campaign? on: August 05, 2018, 10:23:08 PM
Having a huge number of followers does not not always guarantee corresponding huge reward. The amount of reward you get will be determined by the project in participate in.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are some stable altcoins ? on: August 05, 2018, 10:07:44 PM
Do we really have anything like stable altcoin in the crypto space? I think there ius no stable altcoin, because all altcoins, including bitcoin fluctuate in price. What should be of utmost concern to us is the value that these altcoins have.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 80% of ICOs are Scams on: August 05, 2018, 09:42:32 PM
We may have hundreds or thousands of ICOs, those that will eventually succeed might not be up to 5%. There are some developers who already know that their project or coin cannot succeed, yet they will try all means to make their money before abandoning the project.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Determination is power on: August 05, 2018, 09:37:26 PM
Crypto is a free space where everyone can exercise his/her ability and make it big. Apart from saying that some lack the power of determination, there are some who want to make it bug within a very short time frame. That not withstanding, there is power in will and that will power is to be determined.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin will rise more? on: August 03, 2018, 08:12:21 AM
Not only litecoin will rise, but every other cryptocurrency. Some coins may have suffered some setback, but that does not mean it is the end of the road. Litecoin is one of the coins with lots of potentials. Apart from holding, whoever has the capacity to buy now should, because it will definitely rise. I also perceive there are already some assurance of bull run this year. Waiting will pay in the long run.
