I was wondering if it is possible to hot-swap the interactive flag?
Like with a keypress or something.

After swapping out my desktop PC"s 1050W PSU and the underdimensioned 800W PSU on my miner I can finally run 2 GTX 880Ti on my newly built mining rig. It"s doing 1.1 MHash using 585W from the wall. The cards run a modded BIOS with a mild overclock. Fan noise is noticeable, around 70-75% fan speed. 75 and 78 deg C on the GPUs.

For some strange reason I have to run two separate cudaminer instances - a single one won"t mine correctly.

playing Bioshock Infinite on the 3rd 780Ti, otherwise I would add it into my mining rig right away...

Nice, be careful with Bioshock though...
Backup your brain before you end it!

Got a new AMD card heading my way from xmas.

Has anyone attempted to hash on CGminer on one card and cudaminer on another card, all in the same system? Is this possible? Or will I run into problems?
blackraven1425 mines with AMD and NVIDIA, not sure if he uses CGMiner though, but he does use both cards.

Okay then I have no clue, all I can say is that I have a hashrate of 275k when I use GPU sha256 hashing (so -h 2), perhaps these results do scale properly?

EDIT: I am off to bed now

I'm not using -H 2 though, I'm using -H 1. -H 2 lowers my hash rate very slightly.

I think that would be the difference then. Also I run 64bit and use the latest beta drivers.

What happens if you temporarily disable the Radeon?

Other than a really high temperature, I see not much problems.
My card runs 75C with 55% fan

On GPU-Z does it show any cap other than GPU usage?

Did you try multithreaded cpu hashing? (-h 1)

oh for crying out loud... here https://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX670DC2T2GD5/

Asus GTX670-DC2T-2GD5 would be mine then... I really thought they would all be the same.

I found it and the fix is to disable interactive mode, I like interactive mode alot though...
Getting 300khash/s without interactive mode which is good to know in case I go afk for a while.
This pc is not just for mining, so I like interactive mode from time to time.
Weird that Chrome still boosts gpu usage by 25% in interactive mode though.

Disabling interactive mode gives me around 3 khash. Not worth it IMO since I work on this computer.

If your card isn't OC'd, I don't know how a <15% clock increase (that's if you have a TOP card) got you >20% khash over my card.
ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II is stock overclocked, I also use multithreaded CPU hashing.

If I close Google Chrome my hashrate drops 50khash/s, why is that?
Also getting 295khash/s on my gpu, ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II... compared to your card the results seem low.
Launch config: -H 1 -l K7x32 -C 1 -m 1

I'm at ~235 stable on my GTX670 with stock clocks. I still don't understand why people think 290+ is low.

The Chrome issue was mentioned earlier in the thread. I don't know if there was a solution, but have a search.

I think it's bad that people try to steal the content of your wallets. I guess this also happens physically though. Litecoins are safe right? I think there should be some list somewhere that lists legit programs and altcoins.
I have been mining Litecoins lately, it would be a shame if they get stolen from me Sad

No one can steal your coins if you store them offline and have backups.

Ok good!
