It might make sense to look at future games, to check if that's the motivation for the new hash chain (or the timing of the release of it).
Oh yes, that's a good point. It could be that the players were due for a good green streak, and so you've decided to switch to a new random sequence. It seems unlikely that there are any long enough streaks to make it worth your while switching, but at least it's a plausible reason for people to want to be able to examine the whole chain. |

DavorCoin is truly going to be the best lending platform now.
They've found a great new way to encourage lending. They allow people to get their capital release anytime they choose. They just have to pay back the interest (only up to the first month and half of month two's). This should stop all the Ponzi accusations as this proves they don't have any trouble returning these loans whenever anyone wants them back and also keeps customers in control of their own money. You really can't be this dense. Nobody is saying that BitConnect's lending platform was a Ponzi because their token went up in value. That isn't what defines a Ponzi. People are saying that BitConnect's lending platform was a Ponzi because it promised unrealistic and unsustainable daily returns in USD terms. the promise of free coins forever for holding enough of them and not selling- sounds a bit like lending doesn't it?
All proof-of-stake coins promise free coins forever. They don't promise that these free coins won't debase the currency - because they will. If staking causes the supply of DASH to double, it's not unrealistic to expect the per-unit price of DASH to halve if there's no change in demand. And nobody is promising any different. It is the promise of sustained daily USD profits by the BCC lending platform that made it a Ponzi. It basically works exactly the same way - PoS mining/staking isn't much different either except the yearly interest they give you is a fixed percentage instead of variable although the more often you stake, the more it compounds and higher staking amounts tend to pay more often)
No, it's quite different. DASH's returns are in its own tokens. BCC's lending platform promised a return in USD, effectively promising that the USD price of BCC tokens would never fall below a certain price. That's a promise they couldn't afford to make, and a promise that they eventually broke. DASH was even moaning about Bitconnect to coinmarketcap's Twitter (calling it a Ponzi, no less)
That makes sense, because it was a Ponzi, and DASH isn't. |

So what part don't you agree with?? Bitconnect always profited in BCC from the lending system and didn't need to take BCC from new lenders to pay old ones. So it wasn't a ponzi. When someone lent 1BCC for example, by the end of the term the capital release would only cost bitconnect say 0.1BCC if the coin had gone up 10 times in that 8 months or whatever
They would only be paying out less BCC than they took in if the price of BCC kept going up. The price of BCC would only keep going up if people were making new loans at an exponentially increasing rate. That's not sustainable. Eventually they'd be paying out more BCC than they took in, and would end up unable to pay. That's what makes it a Ponzi. |

Also, as I explained before, to send just 6BTC from my wallet at a normal fee range (few hundreds satoshis per byte) I had to pay hundreds of dollars. My wallet wouldn't have charged me more than I needed to pay but obviously most wallets like electrum generate lots of inputs etc so the more you send the more the fee would be.

In a few days I will be releasing version 2 of bustabit. The principle of our provably fair system remains the same, but the algorithm that converts game hashes to game results has changed. Therefore I'm holding a new seeding event. Starting with a secret I've generated a chain of 10,000,000 SHA256 hashes. Each element is the hash of the lowercase, hexadecimal string representation of the previous hash. The hash of the chain's last element is 86728f5fc3bd99db94d3cdaf105d67788194e9701bf95d049ad0e1ee3d004277. Every game maps to a hash in the chain: The 10,000,000th element of the chain is the hash of game #1 and the first element in the chain is the hash of game #10,000,000. To verify that a hash belongs to a game #n, simply hash it n times and compare the result with the terminating hash. To calculate a game's result from its hash: const crypto = require("crypto")
