421  Economy / Economics / Re: It's ok to love the decentralized bitcoin but why hate the centralized one? on: October 27, 2015, 02:43:49 PM
Thanks for the comment.

you are welcome, is a pleasure for me to give you my reply.

But if it will be not the human kind who will own the new (even better) "bitcoin" but the State (the Central Bank of the given country) itself what it will be your answer?

but here you got the problem again, banks controlled by humans... in the end you will have the same problem. who believe on banks for example? do you really think that they will not create rules who benefits them?

well you can think that people can decide if the "new" rules from banks are fair or not in this case, but just look at how it works now, everybody know that fiat money is the big ponzi scheme out there and we still using it...

that's the main problem, people are so chastened about corruption that they don't believe on anything.

how can we solved it? i mean, how people can start to realize that a centralized one is not bad?

hard to say,but maybe if they didn't get any benefit and be 100% transparent about it, maybe then, people would start to believe on it, for example...

I had the answer of medUSA about this case. Now I want to understand if you will be fair in your answer or not. At least will be coherent as him in arguing your decisions and choices. Like you do in your post above. Wink

i hope that my new reply satisfy you now Wink

Vamos, que entrar en este hilo es una pérdida de tiempo por lo que veo. ¿No?

423  Economy / Economics / Re: It's ok to love the decentralized bitcoin but why hate the centralized one? on: October 27, 2015, 12:49:56 PM
Then why hate the centralized bitcoin (if this could possible)? Nothing will change. Nothing cannot be manipulated on it (as I know).

Because a more centralised bitcoin increases the risk of control/shutdown/manipulation by a single authority. Transactions can be reversed and address blocked if a single authority controls a majority for the hashrate.

human nature is ambitious and vain, always want more and more, if this were not so, there should not be any problem on a centralized one, but this is not the case, that's why i quote that answer, because i really think is the main reason, we should fix "our own problems", before think that everything is good, posible and normal.
424  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-10-25] Video: An interview from BTC news, October 2020 ;D on: October 27, 2015, 12:36:39 PM

428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.3 Fork block 92000 on: October 26, 2015, 11:08:55 PM
guys anyone know why none of the block explorers on the OP post works? or if there is someone working on it trying to fix it?

I bought 16TB today, had 12TB crash on me inside one week  ( none of them burst drives btw.) However, 8TB of the 12 was not a faulty drive, but a faulty cable, so now i have way more space than i had planned for. I'll be adding approx 10TB, if not more, to my plots over the next week or so.

If burst ever takes off, everyone will be regretting they didn't buy and mine more this autumn. I would expect the price to go up 300% from here just on the news of a new development team in place.

where did you read all those news?

434  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is your political orientation ? on: October 26, 2015, 05:50:38 PM
none of them, politics are ALL corrupts, without exception, all policy infrastructure...

Politics is all about choosing the least evil candidate. If you don't vote and stay at home, then someone who want to destroy you and your family might get elected. I agree that most of the politicians are corrupt. It is their job, and they need to make money. They make money in the form of bribes, or through other means such as donations and gifts.

exactly this, but as you already know,  is sad that this is the only way to go right now, yes?, we should not choose the least evil candidate, we should use a good candidate who solve problems.

if this have never worked, why we still using this system?
435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You damn fools - it'll never work. on: October 26, 2015, 05:47:19 PM
haha you made a pretty good job, with your permission i will take your picture and use it on some social networks Tongue

As with any new technology, there will be doubt, distrust and lack of general interest. I believe bitcoin is here to stay, don't listen to the naysayers.
Nice compilation there OP

shhh don't let others to understand it yet, that way we will get more time collect more bitcoins Tongue

440  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-10-26] Russian Ministry of Finance proposes 4 years in jail for using bitc on: October 26, 2015, 11:33:00 AM
what? only 4 years? cmon... it should be at least 15-20....

seriously, all those news just made me start to think about the success of the bitcoin is more close than we expected, seems like "they" are trying to do desperate thing to stop it, soon or later they will understand that this is unstoppable.
