Buying cheap and selling at more price is the trend.

Have you heard the sory of a man who tried to fill well with bucket?

If i buy from myself and try to sell you with big profit, the result is
that you find the bucket from your a-hole.

And bucket of doubt, once you fill water, never go in, and ash forgot.

close to 45 000 nxt again

NEM is rising
It is still cheap before its official launch.

before its official launch...that maybe will never happen Sad

Im pretty sure you are right... just look at theire histoy besides a lot of promisses and a few "beta-clients" nothing has happend.
We still hear the old "The LAUNCH will be soon" Story and "BUY more as long as it is cheap !!" from the believers...
The Facts are theire marketcap and theire trades are declining and actualy my Personal opinion is that this whole PILLE of S+++
is nothing more than a big scam coin that keeps draging in more naive "we are the new economy" believers....
If i recall it right theire first launch date has been set to NOV-Dec now it is almost end of JAN and we still hear it will be "SOON"

I Bet it will be,as soon as the devs get theire tickets to the Caymans Cheesy

There's actually a fair amount in the pipeline. If you followed the forums and telegram chat, you'd probably be aware of this.

I personally hope they launch soon so people can make jabs at a different subject, this one is getting old.

If you check from Secure EA or NXT EA you can see that trades are just a few/week. Why the possible bot
trades are not seen there and which service they are using if not mentioned ones??
How someone is getting benifit out of it if price level is stable?
I do not see the connection with daytrades, or i am missing some info here..
Pls. explain?

Also bots usually pretty clearly are pushing the price up or down and I didn't ever see that with NEM.
its long past the planned redemption phase, unless nem is convincing new people I'd say everyone thats interested is already in. they have their nem and its sent to redeem, thats why theres just a few trades a week. bots could set a buy and a sell at the same time within the next Nxt block and the AE would record a sale though the books may never reflect it on the buy/sell side. I cant say thats for certain but seems feasible.

Hopefully there is still new people coming on board!

19.1.2015
total trades
NEMstake   5503

After UP was caught with sock puppets, his official excuse was that he was using sockpuppets so nem would look good (more activity). How do we know he wasn't trading with himself on AE for exact same reason? These numbers don't prove shit.

If one person (without coding skills) can manipulate the stats of the entire AE in such a big way then it does prove something.

Why would you need coding skills to buy and sell on AE? It only costs 1 Nxt to post and 1 Nxt to buy on AE. 2000 Nxt will get you 1000 fake trades with yourself. UP was obviously motivated enough that he created sock puppets even for BTT forum. God knows what he was doing on  AE

What I was getting at that if one person can trade an asset to the top then the utilization of the AE can't be all that great.
NXT AE is definitely the most heavily used one out there but appearantly it's still a very very niche market.

Why is it that recently NXTers come there to trash NEM ? Butthurt about the price decline ? Guess what, that's not NEMs fault.

The NEM asset was heavily traded and I think honestly, but who know? It might have been manipulated.  But the same can be said for any of the other NXT assets.  In fact, all the other heavily traded NXT assets are mostly produced and bought by NXT insiders.  It would be my guess that it is they that are more likely to have been faked.  Just a guess though.

I don't want to sound like a jerk because I really have faith in NEM, but it just doesn't appear to me the NXT AE is really utilized that much, so I kind of feel like we are #1, but it is like being #1 in removing bottlecaps with your forehead...

Just feels like we are over-hyping this a bit.

Donīt tell me to keep calm & wait for launch

Man I doubt launch is that far away.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM Official Thread - Redemption extended[Updates&Discussion] on: January 19, 2015, 12:27:26 AM
Too bad we aren't launching soon, changetip just made some huge waves.

I hate to be that guy, but maybe it is time to update the OP?
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM Official Thread - Redemption extended[Updates&Discussion] on: January 14, 2015, 06:16:45 PM
I hate to throw a curve-ball, but I feel like we are seeing the same names over and over, the same people praising, and the same people complaining. I really think we are losing steam with new people adopting this coin. Are we waiting on launch to start more marketing/advertising?

The problem is called Telegram. 90% of active nemsters hangout in our group there.

yup. Pat is right on the button again. Telegram is buzzing.....I think there are now about 20 Trello boards filled with ideas to be acted on.Behind the scenes Nem is not your typical coin/ platform.....building foundations on all sorts of initiatives.

i must admit though, I have been seeing names lately posting here that I havnt seen before. All those that were half interested before will be fully interested soon. I am sure of it.

if anyone is serious about Nem and has ideas or just wants to chat then post on the forum or ask to join Telegram.

Thanks for your replies.

This is transparency only because they were pressured into it haha... If your philosophy is to only tell when you have been found out, that is not transparency. It is shady at best. Stay the $%@$ away from these guys and this god awful Dogecoin wanna be.

Polo is getting in a really dominant spot. Big target for hackers. I hope they are prepared to get hacked because it will happen sooner or later. The only question is how deep the intrusion will be.

Ummmm where have you been? Poloniex has already been hacked.

434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM Official Thread - Redemption extended[Updates&Discussion] on: January 06, 2015, 06:46:47 PM
So NEM will really launch in February !
IMO another postpone would be terrible blow for the NEM.

"The development team has reported to us that they have more or less completed the multi-sig solution and is going to put the multi-sig into the latest Beta version soon and test it for another 3 or 4 weeks before launch.

Hopefully, if there are no major problems with the multi-sig, we should be able to launch in February. A firm date will be announced later."

For those that wanted to see that mentioned. I am curious how the number of coins changing is going to affect us. Thanks to everyone working so hard ion this!

436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reddcoin (RDD) Controlling The Conversation ... on: December 28, 2014, 08:44:40 AM
As a rule of thumb you really shouldn't trust coin that only interacts with its community through a controlled forum, reddit is especially bad due to the voting system they use.

I think it is more like a dying dog, wants to run away and die alone.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM Official Thread - Redemption extended[Updates&Discussion] on: December 28, 2014, 05:35:16 AM
One NEM stake cost about $15 (or even free for the very first people) about a year ago and is now worth over $600.

That is a gain of over 4000%

And people are complaining.. Crypto makes me laugh sometimes.

NEM is a solid project. The original codebase, momentum from the developers and the community alone is going to make this one of the standout cryptos of 2015. It's one to hold long term and keep an eye on.

Yup. NEM has seen huge growth from what was essentially nothing. It's clear to see that there's a number of people here who have intents to sell almost straight away - now of course i don't hold them against that, but i do believe they just see quick profit in their eyes and this is most certainly going to be their undoing - this is the biggest problem crypto's have in the altcoin space, and is precisely why we see so many scams, pumps and dumps, fudsters and other chaos. They're in it for the FIAT.

I'm certain that the less vocal among us who regularly spectate these discussions are likely in this for a much longer haul, and I like to think of myself the same.

While I agree, the problem is is someone makes this point in every thread about every coin.

I am hoping for once this one is different.

Are you still in need of development donations? I have a few cryptos I need to unload.

Who is NXT-S7RD-ETUJ-HQ53-5D4KX ?

He bought 8.8 NEMstakes last days.
Some big whale started to hoard up NEMstakes.

It took me three months to get 0.3... :/

It's our friend, stadtfeger Smiley

Actually, he seems to be an okay guy, and 8.8/4000 stakes is still not a whole lot. I hope he will contribute to NEM.

There were some who bought a lot when it was around 20000 NXT. Those were much more than 8.8 Stakes.

Well I am proud of my measly 0.3 NEMstake haha

0.3m NEM is a lot, not measly at all.

The NXT you spend to buy them is going to be worth less and less so you did good by converting your NXT to NEM.

Very kind of you Coinshot, yeah I think NEM is the winner.
