Another big name is pulling out of the US Open and that is Ash Barty. Like I said we'll see a lot more pulling out due to the virus not slowing down in the US but I still think tennis can go on just like the other sports. In fact there is less risk when it comes to tennis as the players don't need to be near each other like other sports such as the NBA and football. So I think once the tennis starts up in Europe we'll see a lot more tennis played, its just the US that's the big concern right now as the virus is out of control.
I think you're wrong. China has also canceled all tennis tournaments this year and many other tennis tournaments are questionable, even in Europe. The UK has also introduced quarantine for visitors from Spain, restrictions on borders are expected to be tightened in the autumn and all this will have a very bad effect on the tennis season.

''Brentford overturned a first-leg deficit to beat Swansea City 3-2 on aggregate and book their spot in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.''Brentford seem to have recovered relatively quickly from the shocking end of the Championship and have now come one step closer to promotion to a higher ranking competition. Honestly, I'm glad for them and I wish them success. They already had everything in their hands and a lot of misfortune. Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/53508321

It seems that Barcelona lately can't live without drama and conflict Barcelona president Bartomeu facing vote of no confidence proposal at Barcelona. ''Cor Blaugrana, a group of members of Barcelona, are preparing to put forward a vote of no confidence in president Josep Maria Bartomeu. It seems that they already have near 5,000 signatures behind the movement. Barcelona has huge problems this year due to bad results, bad atmosphere in the club, conflict in the club's management, coaches without authority, dissatisfied Messi etc. I think the last chance for the club president is to stay at the head of the club if the club wins the European Champions League. Otherwise, I think there is no chance for him to survive in that position with so much opposition. Source: https://www.marca.com/en/football/barcelona/2020/07/29/5f21d6e246163f86a78b4666.html

Why is it so impossible that Bernie can't be VP? two old white guys, that's why. it has nothing to do with policies or platforms. if you haven't noticed, identity politics are front and center in this election. biden has already vowed to pick a woman VP, so technically that's why it's impossible. in terms of odds, it's pretty clear by now that it will be a non-white woman. i'll be very surprised if it's anyone besides kamala harris or susan rice. Not just the race, but also it's about the age. Biden is a few weeks away from 78. Bernie is almost 79. Do you really want a 78-year old presidential candidate, with a 79-year old VP pick? IMO, race is secondary concern. And age is one of the advantages Kamala Harris is having, as she's just 55 years old. But from what I have heard, some of the top Biden allies and donors are not happy with her, and want to prevent her being named as the VP candidate at any cost. It looks to me that Biden can't ignore their stand. In the end, he may come up with another compromise candidate. May be African American and female, but not Kamala Harris. I heard that other candidates for VP are: - Keisha Lance Bottoms, mayor of Atlanta, - Keisha Lance Bottoms, voting rights activist - Susan Rice, Ambassador to the United Nations, and National Security Adviser etc. Personally, it seems to me that Susan Rice is the most qualified candidate for the position of VP and I hope that Biden will choose her. When the whole world is in confusion and chaos due to the corona crisis, America-China relations and many other reasons, Biden needs someone experienced in foreign policy.

Juventus lost again what a shame... this Juventus has no chance next week with Lyon.
Maybe is better they will go out with Lyon than with Manchester City losing with 5 goals.
I think you're exaggerating after all. This match meant nothing to Juventus and they played without motivation and desire. The match with Lyon is a completely different story and they will do their best there. The European Champions League is the "holy grail" of every club and player in Europe and the players in that competition always play to the maximum, at 120%. There is no chance of losing 5 goals difference from Manchester City, it will be a completely uncertain match. After all, who says Manchester City is the favorite in that match, they had a weak season in England.

The government is always one step ahead of its population and of course they want to make a profit from everything. Perhaps if they could somehow help people who own bitcoins, learning, saving, safety, etc. and they would take a small tax for it, I think it would be normal, but in fact I am sure it will be on average 20%. I think that in my country the government is very reasonable and open when it comes to crypto taxes. We only pay taxes if we decide to exchange crypto funds into local money and the tax is relatively low, only 12%. If I can prove that I kept crypto funds in my wallet for at least 2 years I don’t pay any taxes.

OK, I can't find a topic about the Europa League anymore, so I'm putting this info here, and in any case, Sevilla will soon play in the European Champions League any way. So, after Real we have another Spanish club that has a problem with an infected player, this time Sevilla. More info here: https://www.marca.com/en/football/spanish-football/2020/07/29/5f2171e4ca47415c0d8b461d.htmlWill Sevilla be able to play their match with Roma in the last 16 of the Europa League on August 6? Perhaps the better question is whether UEFA’s entire plan to end European competitions will collapse because of these and likely new cases that will emerge soon? What do you think?

Although the opportunity for Inter to play UCL is very good, but they need huge funds for the age of messi. Look at transfermarkt.com. The current market value is Messi € 112.00 million, already down € 68.00 million from prices around 2018. They have also given a release clause to Messi around € 700.00 million. So maybe Inter will have to pay € 812.00 million to Barcelona. Going to Inter Milan is something that can happen, but seeing Messi in Barcelona, I think it will be difficult. Even though Messi is 33 years old he is a regular player in Barcelona. Inter has spent a lot this season. They bought Hakimi, Eriksen , Young, and lot of big players. I feel like they also are in financial situation similar to Barcelona but slightly better. Right now they are considering a swap deal in order to bring Alexis Sanchez on permanent to Inter Milan after Man United denied their loan extension move. So Messi to Inter seems far from happening. I agree with you. The main reason why others associate Messi with Inter is his dissatisfaction in Barcelona and the fact that his father bought a house in Milan. Of course this doesn't mean that Messi will leave Barcelona but these are topics that journalists like to write about 😀

Of course that we all wants financial freedom but there is no absolute freedom out there. If you want strong public service, health care, free study like we have in Europe than taxes are very important. I think rule that we don't need to pay taxes on crypto but only on fiat money (at the moment when we exchange crypto to fiat ) is fair rule At least, such rule exist in my country.
If the tax on cryptocurrency is eliminated, many people will divert their income using cryptocurrency. With coercion and threat of sanctions, there are still many individuals and groups who avoid tax obligations. If cryptocurrency is not taxed, it will be an opportunity for many individuals to avoid tax legally. If this is widely practiced by the people, over time the country will lose income, which in turn will conduct a review of tax regulations that will ultimately harm many people. I agree with you and that is why we need some reasonable compromise that will suit everyone. In my country there are already talks between the tax office and certain representatives of the crypto sector and crypto companies. For now we have a very good solution that we don't have to pay crypto tax if we've kept crypto funds in our wallet for at least 2 years and can prove it. It's very good and reasonable solution.

If Messi was to leave Barcelona, I seriously cannot see him joining a team like Inter. There would be absolutely no logic in it, they are a team inferior to Barcelona in all categories.
I think that City or PSG would be frontrunners for his signature and considering the quality of the league and Guardiola as manager, I think City's chances would really be big. United could afford him but again - they are currently not a club with enough quality in their team to attract him.
I read that Conte said those are just fake news and that they cannot afford him. In addition, jumping to the Serie A right now isn't a wise move imo, same goes to PSG. At the opposite EPL is more interesting for him, especially City. But we all know that his contract will be renewed before its end I don't think Messi will ever leave Barcelona. I think Messi’s performance will be worse if he leaves Barcelona. Actually, Messi is not so successful with the Argentina team, so if Messi wants to leave Barcelona at this time, it will not be happy for him. If Messi finalize the decision, that he will leave Barcelona anyhow, I think the best alternative for him is man city. Are you sure? I was thinking that Ronaldo will never leave Real but he is now in Juve 😁 Any way, Messi and Guardiola have very good relationship and owners of Manchester City have enough money to pay for Messi and to fulfil all his desires. If Messi really decide to leave Barcelona I think he will choose Guardiola and Manchester City. Of course, it's just speculation now based on some rumors and nothing concrete.

If we think about it, the main point of this whole industry specially bitcoins, is that it wants to be away from traditional ways or to give freedom to its users from the world we are used to in terms of assets or so if you get what I mean. But if we really want recognition and being allowed by most of the countries, we really have no choice but to agree with taxes no matter how unfair it kay seem since there really is no other way.
Of course that we all wants financial freedom but there is no absolute freedom out there. If you want strong public service, health care, free study like we have in Europe than taxes are very important. Transfer Market rumours: Bartomeu has told Mundo Deportivo that Barcelona were in talks with Inter over Lautaro Martinez. There appear to be disagreements in these negotiations. The Daily Mail are reporting that Manchester United could sell Paul Pogba to fund a summer of spending. When will this Pogba saga finally end? Chelsea have already spent big this summer, but The Daily Star believe they're also looking to strengthen in defence and could move to bring John Stones to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea again preparing a strong team to attack the titles? Nice defender Youcef Atal transfers to Real at Zidane's request? James looks like he is on his way out of Real Madrid, with Manchester United set to make their first offer for the player. Is this story finally over? And finally, the story of the day. ''According to The Sun, Lionel Messi, the Barcelona captain has asked the Catalan team to replace Quique Setien with Marcelo Bielsa.''Source: https://www.marca.com/en/football/international-football/2020/07/26/5f1d4ab846163fe8b98b45ce.html

Will the match between Manchester City and Real Madrid be played according to the original plan? In today's article, Marca writes that the fate of this match is in the hands of British Prime Minister Johnson. From the article: ''Anyone arriving to the UK from Spain is now being told to self-isolate for 14 days, so this could affect Real Madrid if they travel for the game. There may be an exception made for professional sportspeople, but this is in the hands of UK prime minister Boris Johnson and his government.''Source: https://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2020/07/26/5f1d554846163fb74c8b45c6.htmlNo doubts that exception for professional athletes will be made. I already read that F1 racers won't have to stay in 14 days quarantine, their race will be held next weekend. It was confirmed by BBC journalist that it applies to "other elite sports" https://mobile.twitter.com/andrewbensonf1/status/1287095290525372416You seem to be right. According to this article in Marca, ]https://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2020/07/26/5f1d554846163fb74c8b45c6.html it seems that it has already been agreed that an exception will be made in the case of Real footballers. ''Oliver Dowden is the UK's secretary of state for sport and he previously stated that Champions League and F1 events should be able to go ahead as planned. It is believed that Dowden hasn't changed his tune on this, with Sky Sports reporting that elite sportspeople will not have to follow this new measure if they travel to the UK for competition''Anyway, good news for both Real and all football fans.
