"Then I continued to ignore accusations of Crypto-city and myself by once again posting about C-c's completed or planned massive updates that may or may not be delayed due to the crickets cockroaches in my Yonkers' duplex needing squashing.

Feels better than spewing out nonsense for less than $0.02. The gambling section is the main example of spamming, considering the fact that half the signature campaigns are gambling services that pay for like 10 posts in there. It's funny how they manage to turn one sentence into ten by saying the same thing over again. This site would be great if the admins did something about it or at least gave permission to some members to do it. But oh well

Meanwhile, the following very low value spam thread abused by farmers and sig spammers is still not locked: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1538843.0

Nice catch, 0x0010! How does it feel to be an unpaid Wikipedia editor-esque entity doing all the field work policing the site while those above us may or may not take timely action, namely merely literally clicking a button to lock a thread, again, thanks to our unpaid efforts while they get paid?

Carl Pattersfield was arrested for dumpster-diving, but not to feed himself.

He instead had intentions of feeding the hungry. Carl said food corporations are throwing away edible food instead of donating it to help 50 million Americans in need.

For his noble efforts, Carl Pattersfield was Donald Trump's first pick for Department of Dumpster-Diving (PDD). Carl proclaims that he will forego receiving a salary thanks to the millions of dollars worth of bitcoins he found on a discarded laptop while for-real dumpster-diving for himself.

Mya Xu is a college student who first reported on this case and is an Unsung advocate. Any donation of bitcoin to her would be appreciated for her kindness.

there's probably already a sealed indictment with pauls name on it - i doubt he can return to america without risking arrest at this point

Is the indictment sealed by the same person who told Sonny Vleisides of BFL that if he fucks up one more time he's serving person time, so Sonny fucked up even bigger time, yet he remained outta jail. Hell, I even have one doc in my hands proving beyond doubt that Sonny fucked over the IRS, yet, again, motherfuckin' crickets. Scam millions and have your wrist slapped, but openly trade bitcoins and they'll scare the living shit outta your 9-year-old daughter as they arrest your scammy ass on trumped-up charges, later dropping them all after you nearly go broke defending your innocence. Not to mention Josh Zerlan's BTC-house fully paid for with some bitcoins directly and indirectly stemming from the infamous bitcoin wallet address that the FTC confiscated then returned to BFL thanks to their infamous wisdom. And, the general consensus is that the Jewish Freemason Joshua Zipkin is back in the States after once leaving the US to his Bulgarian homeland to run from the law due to his millions of dollars embezzlement in the cryptocurrency space à la AMT, perhaps carrying a sealed indictment in his back pocket as a let-me-back-in-the-US-free card.

Yes, myself and the network admin Logan were alerted of a breach. We were informed Paul had contacted the authorities.

Quote

Personally, I find it hard to believe that the FBI would inform Paul to merely fill out a form on a website after being informed that a hacker, possibly a terrorist, hacked over ten million dollars of virtually untraceable moneys during the height of the ISIS era.

I think that the FBI et al. should go to JShock's (Jim Shockney) Texas ranch and stick microscopes up Jenny's horse's asses to make sure no crypto is hidden there, afterward sticking the same microscopes up Jenny's ass to make sure that they didn't miss any horses.

Why the fuck Jim hasn't been terrorized like Burt Wagner's daughter was, along with Burt and his wife because Burt openly traded bitcoins (http://www.jmwagner.com/), is fuckin' beyond me.

I'll answer any questions you have as long as they wont interfere with any open investigation into Paul Vernon

Thank you, Mullick, hoping that you'll keep to your word. I'll try to stay civil in my replies as they pertain to commenting on your posts (think: sugar/vinegar).

That said, YOU MOTHERF...  Grin

Seriously, onto reading the subsequent posts after your arrival.

EDIT:

Glad to see you speak up Mullick.
Interesting info..
I don't intend on trying to harras you or anything.

That's two, with perhaps Horus making three. At this rate, Mullick, theymos will be entrusting you with private keys to this forum and its wallets within weeks.  Tongue

Well, I feel if someone had wallet access, and saw funds weren't there, they should be liable, yes. If with nothing else, at least for failure to report.

That being said, Coinbase isn't being sued because they saw funds weren't there. They are being sued because they had faulty KYC/AML, knowing Vernon had scammed people, and still allowing him to liquidate. They turned a blind eye to it. That's what the suit claims.

To be fair, if Coinbase did their job properly, they would have locked accounts, or not allowed it, meaning a good chunk of funds would still be there, or at the least, reported earlier, giving feds an opportunity to seize computers or servers early, maybe saving information. Who knows though, it is a what if scenario. Maybe if it was reported, feds still wouldn't have done anything in time, maybe they would have.

I agree, it doesn't directly catch or even help catch Vernon, but it does help make investors whole.

It isn't ideal by any means, but at this point, I do not believe any prosecution will reach Vernon unless he comes back to states, but at least it helps some people get money back.

Maybe if we're lucky, china will look into bitebi9 and get him with something there.

If the hacker isn't Vern or Cryptsy insider - most likely a rogue federal agent - like Shawn Bridges

Good point! That explains why Paul Vernon erased the servers and ran to hide in China with his new Chinese piece of ass leaving behind his Chinese ex-wife and two kids - ROGUE FEDERAL AGENTS.

Back to Lori Nettles, a gal well-versed in intelligence serving in the US Army in said capacity, she was able to plea ignorance in Paul Vernon's personal and business affairs, thus rewarded a million-dollar-plus house. If Lori was any more ignorant, she could've won the entire state of Florida.

It's going to be interesting to see the outcome of the coinbase lawsuit. Anything from that will go to people who lost at cryptsy too. They may not get the full 8 million they're asking for, but anything is better than nothing. People just have to remember to actually email and join the class action. Even if you aren't in US, email and join. Some of the documents on the receivership website give proper instructions on how to join.  Lawyers have to give 66.6% back to people. Even if you don't have screenshots, you may be able to get in on action with your word and swearing on how much you had. Worth a shot for sure.

^dude aren't YOU the grifter who helped steal the bitcoins!?--pay up now !  Undecided

" A grifter is someone who swindles you through deception or fraud.

Synonyms include fraudster, con artist, cheater, confidence man, scammer, hustler, swindler, etc. "

You're beating a dead horse man.

If you bothered to read this thread, you would know that.

We all know I drank the koolaid and fucked up by believing my employer, that is already known.

You have added nothing of value to this thread.

In the meantime, I am one of 2 old employees who have done anything at all to help people recover some funds. Thunderjet, Gleb and Spoetnik have contributed as well. I know it isn't all of it, and because of my position I only had so much access which means I could only do so much. The other previous employee had much more access and has helped recover more funds than anyone.

Call scam some more, doesn't change anything.

When you have something of value to share, please feel free to do so.

We will all be waiting.

YOU KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND KEPT WORKING THERE!!!!

DUDE I WANT MY COINS BACK!!!

===>

 I HOLD YOU PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE.

I'll go you one better: Horus, I want my coins back, too. The ONLY proof I had about having coins was on a server that Paul Vernon erased. I had a backup, but this damn cat fucked up my computer. Here's proof of cat:

4214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this true or a speculation on: December 28, 2016, 01:15:18 AM
Somewhere while surfing I read popular sites often makes less known sites use the money to pay first then scam and then continue on the popular sites. Could this also be happening in the Bitcoin industry. Start a roll dice or casino, open a hyip and then hyip goes scam and front site continues, no one comes to know. Or this is purely speculation, none of this happens?

The following depicts my take as to why this tread with its grammatically incorrect OP was created:

It is already easy to spend BTC. It is becoming easier to buy and sell BTC.

To close the cycle and have a real Bitcoin economy we really need some way for millions of people to be able to earn BTC.

Thankfully there is a simple way to achieve that:

https://www.fiverr.com/   millions of gigs, already takes Bitcoin for funding (via Coinbase)

https://www.uber.com    Over 1 million drivers worldwide      (works with Braintree/Paypal)

https://www.airbnb.com/  34.000 cities, over 1 million listings (works with Braintree/Paypal)

https://www.freelancer.com/  15 million users. 8 million projects. (works with Paypal)

The follow is my take as to why this thread with its grammatically incorrect OP was created.

If we can get just these 4 to do Bitcoin payouts for contractors, it will give access to millions worldwide to earning BTC. Anyone with a house, a car or able to work will be able to #EarnBitcoin.

The payment processors are already in contact with these companies and have been offering the option to receive Bitcoin payments... how hard can it be to offer the option of Bitcoin withdrawals/payouts?
Fiver and freelance is not that easy to earn, it really requires luck and effort to earn it. I would suggest signature campaign as a far more effective method rest i feel are slow or difficult to earn. So I think you should add signature campaign also. Rest is faucet site and get few, 100 refs then only one can earn.

Question: How many Juggy777 sockpuppets do you think commented in this thread? My educated guess is no less than four, thus at least five accounts making bank for one person via starting, then commenting on contrived threads. Madness!

On Christmas no less.  Hey, wait a minute, do they have Christmas in China?

Yes, but instead of stockings, presents are stuffed in Santa thongs by the chimney with care delivered by a Mongolian monk on a sleigh powered by a team of friendship-is-magic yaks lead by Pinky Nose.

You were a great accomplice to vern, you know that all our transactions they are on blockchain, I had 30-40 coins to cryptsy!!!

I have no idea what coins are where on the blockchain.  And then for someone to know your coins, from 300 000 other people on the blockchain, is insane.

I agree, it sucks if you had 30-40 coins on there, and that being said, not all coins were recovered, only a % of some were, and you can find that in receiver reports.

I wish you the best in recovering what you can, your best bet at this time is to reach out to the receivers and silver.

It is impossible not to find all our coins have been "Verified", I gave my personal information, so it's all logged and tracked.

Paul wiped servers according to the receiver. Your information is no longer there. No ones is. Any ID or information you had there were deleted as far as I know.

Wonderful! That means that Lori and Paul Vernon [among others] could theoretically file claims and [once again] be unjustifiably rewarded.

you won't see any money back

Au contraire! Pennies on the dollar IS indeed money back.

Meanwhile, the pseudo Cryptsy hacker is still nesting on over $10M worth of bitcoins, coins that won't be part of the refund at the end of the Class Action way, way, way down the road unless, that is, El Hacko finds Jesus in the middle of some Chinese rice field:

4218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: December 27, 2016, 07:52:39 PM
investment of over $14 billion

See, that is the problem right there.  Many people here are very unsophisticated.  They can't discern the difference between '$14 Billion investment' and '$14 Billion valuation'.

Because these very stupid people can't understand these very different concepts, they just keep on buying, and buying.  Thus, we have a 'natural Ponzi scheme'.  Bitcoin offers no utility nor function to anyone.  It is simply a 'buy and hope' speculator's tool.  There is no revenue.  There are no earnings.  It is just a more inflated 'market cap' day after day.  A total Ponzi scheme.

Not only here, but in the wild outside BitcoinTalk. With the exception of only three, at most, everybody I've spoke with about Bitcoin over the past years weren't even aware of this forum, let alone know what they're talking about. Case in post re the latter, I struck up a convo with a poker dealer in Laughlin the other day, thanks to me PROUDLY donning my KNC Miner tee  Roll Eyes. He stated that he just purchased $500 worth of BTC during the recent runup because he had learnt about Bitcoin on one of them Forex-esque sites that he's a member of. He felt like Bitcoin is a secure investment because (slightly paraphrased -->) the blockchain only made - past tense - a hundred million bitcoins (oppose to never exceeding 21M BTC way, way, way down the road). At $500, he wasn't even able to purchase a full bitcoin, yet his intent is to sell soon when the exchange rate reaches $1,200 per.

In essence, most folks don't have a clue about Bitcoin et al., let alone possessing rudimentary knowledge of handling their everyday fiat-based financials. I'm sure you, like myself, have heard many people claim to be an expert in something that we're versed in, but prior to them ending the very first sentence outta their pie holes, we quickly realize that they don't have a fuckin' clue about the subject matter.

Bitcoin doesn't even have that much adoption from large companies yet, and still we see that bitcoin popularity is rising even further. It's true that bitcoin is only starting out it's huge success.

Akin to the price of gold going up when overall the demand for the actual precious is considerably down thanks to myriad trading platforms in which it's traded, e.g. Ratecoin going up and down in price on exchanges when there's [virtually] no real-world usage, let alone purpose for said shitcoin.
4219  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin 100 has run its course. This is the rebate thread. on: December 27, 2016, 05:48:46 PM
Since this is a moderated thread you can delete a few entries, including this one, get it back down to 100 and then lock it.

For those like BurtW who think I'm an idiot <insert mega  Tongue and winks here>, I quickly thought of that option. That outta way, let's wait and see what FurBall had up his sleeve kept from us and perhaps even me.

Harassment includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Well fuck me in my Lugan ass! Marshall Long musta got wind (no pun intended) of me possibly attending the NABC so he wanted to make sure that his literally stinky ass was covered (we can only hope) so not to be harassed by those who smell good, so he pulled the few remaining strings he has left in the cryptocurrency community and had his disability - soap-and-waterphobia - retroactively added to NABC's harassment policy.
