Can someone plz tell me what does this Ping : 190 means at the top right corner ? If I'm correct it means the time taken for you to receive information from the win88 server. Lower the better. So, does Ping : 190 means it'll take 190ms for me to receive the data from server ? I believe so! |

Where were all the naysayers when bitcoin went from 35 dollars to 2 dollars in 4 months? then sat at 4 dollars for like 6 months... I think too many people are too anxious and want mass adoption yesterday. this will take time, I personally think its ahead of schedule..
I know exactly what the problem is: people want to get rich quick and get annoyed and antsy when they've suddenly not become a millionaire overnight, let alone in a year. The reason so many people want overnight success like this is because many people did become rich almost overnight. Last November the price of bitcoin went up 10x in the span of less then a month. People that invested only a few thousand dollars in bitcoin in late 2012 would have become a millionaire. People that invested much less only months earlier would have now make millions. People are hoping to have the same success. Do not forget that in about 1 month, BTC price will be negative compared to the same period of the last year. What about people who bought BTC in November, December last year? We need that push and we need it fast. Sick and tired with speculators and bots tradin $1 of BTC or less at a time to manipulate the price. Market manipulation will continue unless we get an officially registered and look after market (most likely centralised) |

It is a sufficient deterrent. At least, you wont have people signing up for hundreds of accounts.  If I'm thinking of the right thing, you can get virtual sims that you use online that can receive verification codes. |

Well after several days of this regular shit it SEEMS to have finally tapered off... Maybe these guys figure after hitting the same wallet addresses six or seven times with no response, they should filter addresses that they've already hit to save the wasted satoshis, LOL We'll see, I guess... of course now that I've written this it'll probably start up again  Not for me. I am still in the midst of the spam, getting 0.0001 a day usually.  |

This is nothing new. It has been done before and will be done again. Not particularly smart or innovative. College student should get a job.
I think it is smart. It may not be original but it works. There was a time last year when someone held up a sign at a college football game asking his mom to send him bitcoin with a QR code for his bitcoin address. The sign was shown on TV for only a few seconds and ends up getting more then $25,000 worth of bitcoin Yikes, that's not bad for an idea he probably came up with the same morning. |
