My bank needs street address in Wanchai, Hong Kong

This is my banks requirement does anyone know this address?

I had a similar experience with my bank here in Canada, they think they need a street number because the software at the teller has a field for city country, street address. We put
city: Hong Kong, street address: Wanchai,Hong Kong,Country: China and it worked no problem. The two most important things are the swift and account number.

Why is it if i add 1x , 100gh to my cart it says Subtotal $3,527.50

if you are ordering from BA site, the minimum order is 10 units@ $350 each,if you want less than that you should order from minersource.net
4423  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 14, 2013, 10:40:29 PM
I started my order on Blackarrow, I was going to wire transfer from the US. If I am reading the above posts correctly I can not do this?

If I can not, what do I need to do to move my order to minesource?

Leave the BA order and simply file one with MS, Bob can fix it for ya.

Your not in queue until you pay.

he said he sent the wire/paid,so he's stuck with BA unless they will return the wire and then reorder with MS.....imo

ooops wrong guy.. my bad Undecided

Site is back up- made some backend updates and rolled out the theme.

You may want to check the dates on the new site it refers to orders placed Dec/12/ 2012 should it not be 2013 Wink

"We've just updated Miner Source to accept automatic bitcoin payments! Until we finish importing completed orders, you can view your order status for orders placed before December 12, 2012 on the previous platform."

A lot of people have wired from the U.S. (not I) but it takes BA several days for them to clear the payment and change the order status, all the transfer info is on the BA site and would be sent to your inbox a soon as you submit the order. You could just cancel or abandon the BA order as it will be deleted automatically if you don't pay and update the ticket in 7 days. To order with minersource you need to wait a bit until they get the site fixed up,they seem to working on it now and they do accept wire transfers but you may need to email Bobsag3 for the info.

Yeah I can't get to minersource.net. Getting that same message.

I'm able to load the page with Firefox but not I.E.
4427  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 11:45:15 PM
Just placed a large order, but have received no payment instructions.
I'd like to confirm that the order I just placed will be in the February delivery batch, otherwise I'll just cancel and not pay.

Please confirm.

Thanks!

Buy through the re-seller or from blackarrow directly?

If Black Arrow, add the sales manager blackarrowsoftware   on skype Wink . She is online now and offering sales support.

I was unaware of the "re-seller".  Where does bobsag ship out of?  If he ships from US, I'll cancel the original order I placed with BA and place with minersource.ne  .ne would seem to indicate Niger, but somehow I doubt that.
They are located in Missouri.

Bob, if your out of MO, do you do local pickups? I live in Kansas City MO and could make a drive to pick up units when the time comes.

He has told me before that local pickups are no problem

At this point we're close to the end of Batch 1 but it's not yet officially closed. We're running numbers and will give official word soon.

Myself and maybe few others are wondering,if an order has been placed through BA,paid for immediately by successful wire transfer, additional form submitted and ticket updated but still waiting for the status to change from "waiting for payment' to "processing" are those orders safe for batch 1. Also,if it takes longer than seven days for that status to change, would the system automatically cancel the order?
4429  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 12:28:14 PM
Hi BlackArrow

Can we have a confirmation on the official cut-off for batch 1? According to bobsag we have already reached that checkpoint?

Cheers

BA always wants us to check the knowledge base because they are so busy.

"Knowledgebase: Orders
Is first batch sold out?
Posted by Julia I. on 23 November 2013 04:20 PM

We will post on our website when our first batch will be close to be sold out. The post will be displayed in our News section at: http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/index.php?dispatch=news.list."

the last entry in the news section on the BA site is the Minion data sheet ...... bobsag3 did indicate that BA may have closed batch 1 a bit early so those orders still waiting for payment update could be processed and make it into batch 1

Damn glad I got in on my two x-3's/hope this goes as planned and I'll be onto your next gen machines!

Some of you guy's need to calm down. I realize you spent 6 grand. that doesn't make the employee's your waiter's to jump when you say bark..

Well no one asked them too Huh But there has been a very simple question being asked several times here and in the BA forum with no reply but we are busy!
And that is when must the Minion be taped out in order to meet the FEB launch? Someone knows and I think we have a right to know. Not to mention this issue/panic over the delivery date changing to APR could/should have been avoided by both sites stating " Batch 1 sold out" pre order batch 2 now for APR at the same time, how hard can that be?
4431  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 04:03:39 AM
My humble apologies then!
4432  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 02:11:06 AM
if I had it to do over again I won't order from BA at all,i get the gut feeling my $6500 is just gone with the wind, should have gone with bitmine.ch Angry
4433  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 01:28:25 AM
Glad your on line Matt Grin I think the single most important question for most people is "tape out" When must that occur to meet the Feb 24 launch date? Are we close to having a tape out.

and he logs off as soon as i asked that Huh and that statement above looks like a cut/paste from a few days ago, said the same thing, told us nothing
4434  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 01:09:57 AM
I would NOT think tape out is underway yet Undecided with all the heat they have been taking on the BA forums and complete lack of info I'm sure they would make big deal about tape out
when?if it happens
4435  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 13, 2013, 12:49:29 AM
Bobsag3 has answered that question above, the Apr date is for batch2. unfortunately BA nor minersource have used the terms Feb batch sold out! Per order now for Apr. or something similar and to add to the confusion BA has not changed the dates at all. please go top of page and read his reply
4436  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 12, 2013, 09:20:00 PM
Glad to see that you are officially part of the BA customer service Bobsag3! This is a cut/paste from my post on the BA forum that is yet to be answered, maybe you can.
David is someone from BA that tries answer question from time to time.

"I thank you David for taking time to answer questions but I think there are a number of things that could be done to help people understand what is going on. You said elsewhere that the project is a ahead of schedule, that's great but it would be nice to know what the schedule is? it's has been suggested that if tape out is not done within the next two weeks it would be nearly impossible to meet the Feb/24 launch? Someone in BA must know when the Minion MUST be taped out to meet the Feb/24 launch?  What elements of this project have been finalized? it seems strange to me this late in the game and we don't even know what these things will look like. I thought BA would have  one or two housing/casing/shells what ever you call them to build a mock-up even with a dummy board to make sure everything fits,a picture of this would speak a 1000 words and SHOW progress. I have seen the photos of the heat sinks, the fpga board supposedly running a simulation of the Minion but how is that progressing, how long should that take? i have looked at the datasheet pdf for the minion but for most people and I who no nothing of writing software or electronics its just a pdf file.It doesn't tell me where the Minion is in its development 50% 80% 100% done Is the Minion at a state that it could be taped out when simulations are done? "

Thanks for clearing that up Mat,I hope my X-3 will make into batch 1, Ordered through BA on the 10th sent wire in the 11th but still waiting for the status to change.
4438  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 12, 2013, 05:59:04 PM
On minersource.net the U.S reseller Bobsag3
4439  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: December 12, 2013, 05:15:53 PM
I hate to say it but that late April date would explain a lot of why there are no photos from anyone that show anything with the Prospero name on it,no tape out date,no mock-up of the design even with a dummy board. just some shots of heat sinks on a table and an FPGA board supposedly running a simulation of the Minion.

If that delivery date applies to orders already placed and paid for, then it is very worrisome to skip 2 months ahead. it would suggest to me that things with the Minion are not going
very well as other components should be routine. This could be worse for the X-1 if pushed back to late Apr,you get in May and be happy to get your money back if the diff goes as predicted. imo. I hope I'm wrong as I just sent off a wire  for a X-3 last night Undecided

It seems a bit to good to be true for me Undecided  I would first ask the OEM's if this place is an official reseller for them. Most resellers sell on pre-order,get what there customer paid for, ship it out and don't have extra to sell at the exact same price as the OEM,they don't really want big ticket items sitting around on sold. No phone number or address that I can see and only takes Bitcoin. red flags for me  Cointerra are sold out until April and the last I checked haven't started delivery for Dec/Jan orders yet so how does he have 10 TerraMiners sitting around,he could have had everything he could get sold on pre-order.

I may be wrong, but do your homework before sending any bitcoin or see if you can pick-up and pay in person.
