Now, after communicating with XBtec, I am leaning towards BA again being the scum of the earth. But not the whole organization. It seems that a single or small group of people inside BA sold the list.
Please let us know who has sold this stolen information. I unfortunately do not know that as they would not tell me, perhaps you should get in contact with them? Also you should be relaying what is being done about this breach of internal security measures. Something has happened, whether it was sold or stolen there still needs to be steps taken to ensure the integrity of your team and system. This has gone beyond silly mining toys and is real people's information and you need to relay to everyone exactly what happened and your steps to correct it. BlackArrow, Since you are monitoring this forum, how about some concrete numbers as to how many items have been actually shipped and ACTUAL progress of shipping on a regular basis now?
We have shipped 15 to 20% of X1s and 4 to 8% of X3s. Thank you! Please post this information regularly on your site (at least once a week) we would really appreciate it! Not sure why you are avoiding telling us the actual order number or date that has been shipped until. This seems fishy Its been stated about 5000000 times now, order number from either BA or MS has nothing to do with ship date, so its useless. What about something like "orders paid on or before XXXX are being shiped now,this week? |

Let me explain the talks about Blackarrow software email database. 1. We have bought the email base from Black arrow. If you do not want to receive information from us, just click on the unsubscribe button in the bottom of the email and we will not disturb you. Sorry for inconvenience. You did not purchase the Database from Black Arrow, as I have confirmed with them. Even as such, you will be hearing from my corporate attorneys in regards to illegally obtaining customer information. How do you propose they got an exact copy of BA's customer database? Probably took it while they were still under contract as resellers. Either way, I will be pursuing all the parties involved to the fullest extent of the law. if they DID buy it they should be able to produce some sort of proof of that,no? |

I do have my X-1 up and running. So I als MS about the LCD for it. Here's the answere:
We expect to receive the LCDs for the X1s in the next 2-3 weeks. We have noted that you would like to receive one when they arrive. It will be shipped to you free of charge, though with the cheapest shipping method unless you would like to pay for faster shipping. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Do we have to explicitly ask for those LCDs in order to have them sent? And what about mounting them by ourselves, wouldn't this void the guarantee (there is that seal/sticker)? it depends on where you are on the shipping list,the X-1s being build now were to have LCDs but I would wait and get your miner first then ask for it if needed otherwise you may be waiting even longer for your miner. putting it in should be easy,warranty?,not sure but shouldn't void it,your fixing their mistake for them. |

I paid minersource on 12/2/13 order #400 for 2 X1's, which ultimately turned into #2434A on their new system... i have yet to get any tracking info.. Communication with minersource has been excellent in the past, but i havent been keeping up with this in the last few weeks.. are we still this far behind?

I did. Ordered 1 X-1 in Dec. 13, payed right after and received the Miner last Sathurday. I'ts up and running since ... @MichelG: My own PAY DATE ( in full) was December 3rd, 2013, but I have not received even a tracking number yet. -- Order # 724 on the old site. @shogunmark: Similar for me -- on the new site, for some reason the order was canceled and then re-issued with the order number changed: - Order number on new site, which was canceled (not by me, someone at minersource did this) with no explanation: #2309
- Second order number on new site, which was created with no explanation: #2309A (this is currently my only active order in the minersource order system, and my address is still correct and unchanged, and I did not request to wait for availability of LCD either.)

I asked for the LCD to be included "IF AVAILABLE",NOT for my order to held until they are availble,they may never be. Show me where i said hold my order until lcds are available! Who in right mind would want to another delay for that? |

Bobsag,can you give us an update over on ecointalk,I need to deside what to do and it depends alot on when you are getting your units shipped. X-1s and I asked for a BA X-3 order to be transfered to MS but have not gotten a replly from,neither has MS as far as I know.
