I'm glad you guys appreciate the approach. It may not always be successful the first time, but we have now (with 10k and BALLS) shown exactly what the Peercoin-based PoS system can and cannot do, with regards to supply and performance. If you notice, each version of our coins runs differently. MMXIV and BALLS run very lightweight, while 10k is a resource monster. All based on the same code base, but each answers very, very different questions I can sill remember the day you came with that very basic SHA256 based MMXIV wallet. It has gotten a very different Coin today, a real evolutrion ... Oh yes. Then we swapped to this chain with 2014 coins TOTAL from mining and started with 50% yearly PoS (which people hated). Switched the ticker to M when we name-changed to Maieuticoin (again, hated), then back to MMXIV. The story of how we got to where we are now is a long one, indeed. We are almost at MMXIV's first birthday, too! May 25th, I believe, is when we launched the original client |

This might be a stupid question but if all the crypto is on BTC pool And BTC pool doesn't steak then how will the remaining transactions get to the pool? I guess the question is will the cloud mining continue in order to facilitate the final transactions into the pool?
Not a stupid question at all. I'll be keeping some coins in my local wallet to make sure that coins still stake and move. Cloud staking acts the same way as when you stake on your pc, so when people move their coins, they will be automatically pulling them off our servers if they are running the private key locally |

I was referring to Balls, 10k, MMXIV. btw, why do i have invalid check point on balls wallet? Any idea? It's a lie, the checkpoints are valid. What was the Goal, before people call you a scammer and the rest what happend!? My goal was to deliver a working blockchain and the rest was up to the community. The stake rate was voted on; that wasn't really my decision, I just combined the two top vote counts into one system Something must also be done regarding the stake rate. The available supply is now OK but it will be problematic if it continues to grow at this rate. We should reduce the rate to a very low level and work on ECASH value to adjust its marketcap. I would say a stake rate of less than 10% per annum will be good. Put up a poll and pick a new rate. That's how the original was chosen |

I have a stupid question. Can I refuse creating account on btcpool and wait for GorillaEx to be launched and then transfer my coins from Trex to GorillaEx, right?
Unfortunately, no. The swap will occur while the migration is taking place. 10k and BALLS will never actually be on GorillaEx You could make a throwaway account on btcpool, then transfer your coins from the migrated account to your real account once everything is moved over to GorillaEx, though, if you don't want your main account migrated |

I got seriously fucked over by fixing this last time. It's going to take a lot of convincing for me to set myself up to get fucked again by the same coin twice. I'm still out of lube from last time, not to mention extremely swamped with the 10k and BALLS merger, GorillaEx, GorillaTeeth, GorillaStake..
Spreading my already thin time to a coin that I have a feeling will bite me in the ass twice does not really seem all that appealing, especially when I don't (and never did, since I gave them all away in trivia, which this very thread said I lied about) have any stake in the coin
