4261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 10, 2019, 08:16:32 PM
I wasn't following Bundesliga lately but when i checked the table today. I was quite surprised on seeing Bayern Munich's current position on the table  Grin

I wish this continues to happen and another team wins the league this time round, it had become so boring Bayern munich winning the league without any serious challengers.
4262  Economy / Reputation / Re: @EMEKA OKOLI using someone elses work for contest (possibly sold account) on: December 10, 2019, 07:37:17 PM
I hope the person who runs the Roobet contest gets to see this and the un honest participant doesn't stand a chance to win anything.

Font face and font size that are used are also the same, maybe they use the same template or indeed they are the same person
If it was the same person, then i wonder why they had to use a different profile for submission.
4263  Economy / Reputation / Re: 0.212 bitcoin Youtube/FanArt contest 🔥 Bitsler.com Birthday! on: December 10, 2019, 10:08:50 AM
At the end of the day, they are the sponsors of the contest, so they have the choice to pick whichever entry they felt pleased them... You can't do anything about that.

If you have ever participated in contents then you should be well aware that not every body will win the prize. No need to waste time complaining because it still won't change who the winners were.
4264  Economy / Reputation / Re: P2PB2B - resolving "scam alerts" and misunderstandings on: December 09, 2019, 05:24:04 PM
I am not saying to allow everyone with a negative trust to join the campaign. There are many accounts that have red trust from users who have not been in this forum for a long time and the situation cannot be explained. There are also accounts that have red trust just for asking for the price of the account during the auction. And from many other trivial situations. I think they are not scammers and they should always have a chance. Of course, I am against accepting typical and proven scammers.

Ps. Talking about trading accounts, or my trust is not for this thread, so please leave it.
Bottom line is nobody is going to trust a negative tagged account and in most cases whatever it advertised and individuals with trusted accounts would be reluctant to join for fear of risking losing reputation. So the effect would be  negative rather than positive.

Nobody talked about trading accounts just as yet.

4265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 09, 2019, 04:32:46 PM
Does anyone care about the West Ham vs Arsenal game today? I haven't seen a single comment about it  Cheesy

I took West Ham ML and added it to a three team parlay. I feel like West Ham have a pretty good chance to beat an out of form Arsenal tonight, plus i couldn't resist the odds at 9/4. Tbh, it's pretty risky to back either team to win since they've been pretty shit lately, but watching Arsenal HQ in chaos is pretty amusing so...
They are a Small team now. If there fans gave up on them, that means there will not be so much talk about them  Grin
Personally i think arsenal might lose tonight again. West Ham United may have been performing poorly in the recent times but it's a London derby and they come alive sometimes.
4266  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Spectrocoin scam on: December 09, 2019, 04:11:15 PM
Looking at the trustpilot reviews, you can clearly see that the positive review are fake.
There have been some many scam accusations about spectrocoin here

It's only Shelvey that i picked right so far.
4268  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] on: December 09, 2019, 09:22:27 AM
Hey guys, I wanted to ask if anyone that got disabled for inactivity on the Cryptotalk panel during the course of the campaign and later got it working? If yes, I'd like to know how it was done. Will appreciate a response. Thanks.
The truth is that it's impossible. Historically in all Yobit campaigns, once you are out, you are out until maybe another campaign by Yobit comes up and there is a reset.
4269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EOSex: The hybrid Exchange for EOS Community - ICO successfully Completed! on: December 08, 2019, 09:44:51 PM
Maybe it is one of the reasons behind the scenes, which they didn't manage to collect the fund and showed their false activities to the investors in order to raise money. I don't know why these criminals are cheating innocent investors by giving false promises.
If they didn't manage to collect the funds then it would mean that they lied to be people too. look at the title of the ANN for example

At some point the CEO claimed they were selling the project to another group of investors. That was the last we heard from him Grin

I think it would be better to just be a little patient. Your transaction will go through. No need to panic.

The Best other way right now would be to Perform a CPFP like o_e_l_e_o just said so long as you still have some change sent back to your blockchain.com wallet. In this case, you spend the change but make sure your transaction fee is doubled up so that the combined fee should be high enough to get both transactions confirmed at ago.
You can check out more details about fee bumping here if you need to learn more: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Fee_bumping
4271  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Fake VPN Website Pushes CryptBot and Vidar Info-Stealing Trojans on: December 08, 2019, 04:28:33 PM
Windscribe VPN was giving out promotions with 50GB monthly traffic. I remember seeing their ads in the past. Not sure how good their service is though. I think the promotional code was "FREE50" or something like that. I am sure those interested in it can find it if needed.
I do use windscribe. i like fact that they have extensions for all the popular browsers which makes setting up and connecting very easy. From what i can tell, i think it's close sourced but that's personally not an issue to me since i have nothing shady that i do.
4272  Economy / Reputation / Re: P2PB2B - resolving "scam alerts" and misunderstandings on: December 08, 2019, 03:42:51 PM
If you want to speed it up, start campaign and accept users with neg trust. They don't care if they get one more neg comment.
Later when you resolve problems will join users with neutral trust.
This is not a very elegant solution, but there is always one..
So that you can get a chance to enroll your negged accounts?

I wonder what kind of signature campaign it would be given that i would be promoted by only red trusted accounts. I don't think it would help bring positive results to p2pb2b like they would love it to be.
4273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Got scammed by e-scrooge.is 1.08eth on: December 08, 2019, 08:28:59 AM
Thank you colleagues i was hyped by the good trust given to the exchange in Trust-pilot and unfortunately some people still believe deposit to their address every day as it is clear in Eth-blockchain , but i switched to old way by using https://localbitcoins.com/ ,, and all went fine.
Never base on trust ratings on trust pilot. Anybody can create multiple fake postive reviews. If there is anything you should have done first, it would have been to ask for opinions here. People would have helped you out to figure out if the website is trust worthy.

It's my first time hearing about the scam exchange.
4274  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] on: December 07, 2019, 08:58:10 PM
Well, this is not a payment issue since yobit was refilling their wallet again.
I removed my signature in Cryptotalk 2 days passed and I saw my yobit account now I am inactive. My question is, is there a chance that I can join back again the signature campaign? I am not in the banned list participants.
Maybe you can create new yobit account but I dont know if that gonna work and Im not sure if that is even allowed or againts the rules
It won't work because your bitcointalk account user ID is already in Yobit's database. It's the Bitcointalk account user ID that's linked to the signature campaign and not the yobit account so if your User ID that is banned, it means even if you create a new yobit account. it will still be detected as banned/inactive.
4275  Economy / Reputation / Re: P2PB2B - resolving "scam alerts" and misunderstandings on: December 07, 2019, 07:58:12 PM
I still wonder if P2PB2B would have decided solve the issues if they had no plans to run a campaign around the forum. After reading through the OP, i ask my self... why now?
Is this attempt to resolve them in good faith?

We have people who brought out issues here more than 3 months ago, but they decided to turn a blind eye on them. So why the sudden interest to resolve them after a number of months?

hey Cryptotalk is moving forward
https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/cryptotalk.org#trafficstats 69,651 only after two months.
Moving forward because of spammers?  Grin
Good luck to them

4276  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Fake VPN Website Pushes CryptBot and Vidar Info-Stealing Trojans on: December 07, 2019, 02:07:29 PM
That is why it's recommended to make your own proxy or socks5 it's easy to make your own Socks5 shared hosting is fine but if you don't want a shared hosting you need a dedicated hosting so that you are the only one who use the server. .
I did try using sock5 proxies at one point just to test out on my Telegram app but i was disappointed by the outcome. At first the speed would seem okay but after a couple of hours of days, the loading speed would be so slow and at times non-responsive. I would be forced to look for a new proxy and the cycle would continue all over again until i gave up and just stuck to VPNs.

Thou there is a chance of being monitored by the VPN service provider, there is not so much hassle setting up like i experienced with proxies

4277  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Effective Telegram SCAM report ? on: December 07, 2019, 01:01:13 PM
I wish more and more people get the will to report scams. Some people once they are scammed just don't do anything and go silent, leaving the scammer at large with the possibility of scamming more people.

I hope the new Telegram feature helps to fight and reduce the rampant scams in telegram
4278  Other / Meta / Re: Why not tokenize the forum? on: December 07, 2019, 03:33:57 AM
That would be against the initial purpose of the forum. Why tokenize it when Satoshi himself created it mainly to discuss bitcoin. I am very sure the new "token" would destruct people from the real purpose of the forum
